I was rescheduled for 9 days through the online mess and was never notified until the end of the day that my technician could not make the appointments. On the 10th day, I finally got in touch with a "person" named Rain, phone number called 800-552-4364, and she explained I would receive a $200 gift card and she needed my bank account info to get a confirmation number for her to then transfer my call to the head department to help me because they were having phone problems. After much disagreeing with her that my bank account info was not needed by her and I refused to give her this info, and eventually she hung up. Thank God that Ronnie showed up, not a Bot, and fixed my washer. Ronnie is an asset to Sears! Sears Home Services is a joke. The great 5 star rating was for Ronnie, and 1 star for Sears.
