We had to have them come out twice after the work was complete because they quoted us for additional joists and left the wood outside. The odor that was coming from our crawl space and into our kids room was alarming since they were to supposed to have sprayed it for mold....i was told that there was no smell but should buy odor absorbers to help. Charged more and didn't even do the work. The manager/supervisor came out due to my constant complaining of the smell and abundance of leftover joists and was given a story of how well the odor absorbers work.... Hired another company who found that the plastic encapsulation wasn't even done in part of our house and the growth of black mold was damaging the wood. Don't hire these people. Dissatisfied is an understatement.

After closing on the house in January and moving in last month, we've come to find many items that he missed on his inspection. The downstairs toilet was loose and not level, leading to wax ring failure which I had to fix. The refrigerator was full of mold(he checked all appliances) which I had to get replaced. He missed the burned outlet behind the fridge. He went up into the attic but missed leaks in the roof which were found by a reputable roofing company during their estimate. I'm disappointed in how much was missed considering how highly rated this company is.

My main concern was sweating vents in loft that was flipped from an attic, and Jayson did infrared imaging and saw that there was less insulation around it, which was having the heat hit all the cold air coming out causing sweating . Encompass provided me an online binder to see all of the notes. Once again, this was a great price with great quality and the electronic binder.

A few weeks later he called me and apologized profusely for forgetting me. He was in the area & asked if could drop by for an estimate. Not feeling well that day, I told him it was fine as long as I didn't have to come outside. He said he would leave the estimate in the door handle. The estimate was very reasonable, especially considering I live in a two story house & already had my Christmas lighting installation done. When I agreed to the estimate Matt asked if I was flexible. He would do the cleaning when he was in the area and I didn't need to be home. The bill would be left in my mailbox. That sounded great to me. It wasn't long before Matt did the cleaning. He did a fabulous job. There was not a speck of debris left around my house. Rain water now goes through the downspout instead of pouring over the side of the gutters. When I called to give him my credit card, I asked if he could put me on a recurring schedule. I've had all my large trees cut down. But there's an evil pin oak next door that hangs over my driveway & yard, wreaking havoc on my vehicles, clogging the gutters and offering a feast of acorns for the delighted squirrels.
