They send enough workers to finish the job when they say it will be finished. They don't cut corners. Fully guaranteed for the time that is agreed on. You get a certificate from the company to give to your homeowners company for a predetermined discount. We called them back several times for minor changes that we made, and they were more than happy to oblige. You are shown what material they will use and they use what you have paid for. There is all ways a foreman on site. They are an American company and they speak English. They have a very nice finance plan. With1 year to pay it off with no interest. If you have a balance after that you can go on a monthly payment plan. They are truly conscientious. It's like your own family did the repair. You can do the whole roof at once or in sections. No pressure, go at your pace. No pressure sales. We had our whole roof done in two days. There wasn't a piece of wood or nails on my drive way when they were done. They come back after a few days to inspect the work and make sure you are satisfied. .you can contact them months later and they have the same demeanor as when Started. It's one thing to pay a lot of money for a job, But they are always able to to you to discuss you problem and make it right. You won't be disappointed! There are not enough positive words to use for this company. I had a small fire in the house (chimney related) and then a pipe froze and bursted. This company was amazing. They showed up when they said they would, Ronnie- walked me through every step of the process, I literally did not have to worry about anything. He was so thorough. Any time I have had a question, he has always been available. The next part of clean up, Randy and Joe made it work seamlessly. They were so professional, clean and organized. Richie, from the chimney portion of the company is a true expert at his job. He has made my chimney safe and secure. Although the entire job is not 100% complete, rebuild is beginning now, I just had to definitely give a RAVE review about my experience from the start. I would highly recommend! This team is extremely professional. I was very impressed on how much they care to do a good job. I have interviewed several companies to help me fix a roof leak since I had some bad experiences in the past. They had the most resanonable quote out of them all and excellent costumer service. They came to my house the time they said they were going to, and shared so many pictures of their progress through out the morning via their link; which I was very grateful for being usually is hard to know exactly what they did on the roof. I was able to see everything they did, and wow they did such a good job from the complete set up, removal of singles, replacement of plywood, and complete clean up before they left. We were also going away in a few days, so we needed the job handled quickly. We set up an appointment to have the roof repaired before our trip, but that needed to be delayed due to the heavy snow situation. Did a great job with our roofing project. They were on time, quick and very clean (I'm pretty sure my yard looked better after they left). They started demo around 730 and were cleaned up and gone by 3pm with the job looking great.
