They were so clean throughout the process and communicative. We never had to ask what was happening, Ray and his team kept us in the loop on everything daily. It was important to Ray that we were happy with the work as well and he made sure to check in with us throughout the project. They were done quicker than we anticipated and we can't wait to have Ray and his team back to re-do our bathroom. We hired them to open up the first floor of our Cape Cod, and they completely helped me re-imagine the space taking down several walls to create a true open-concept layout. Along the way they installed new hardwood floors across the entire first floor, redid our shower, replaced both toilets, moved our washer and dryer, and prepped all the groundwork for our kitchen renovation. The craftsmanship throughout was outstanding. The part that really earned our trust is they delivered on what they promised AND THEN SOME! They finished within the estimate they quoted, and they were remarkably fast and efficient without ever cutting corners. Glen and his crew went above and beyond at every turn. His entire team was helpful, friendly, and easy to work with from the first day to the last.
