However, my new car got dinged days after getting it and they were able to buff it out pretty easily. I was able to find the spot the work was done, but it took me a minute. I would be shocked if anyone who was unaware could even find the spot. While I was there, I also had my front two windows tinted while I waited and they did a good job. However, when I got the vehicle home I noticed that there was a decent bubble in the front driver side window. I contacted them the next day and they said to bring it back so it could be redone. At no point did I feel like they tried to push off the responsibility or try to get away from standing by their work. They fixed it no questions asked. I have no reason to believe that they wont also honor the lifetime warranty that they offer on their window tinting.

Rather than force it or tell me it wasn't going to work, they reached out to the company that supplied the part and worked with them until it was done properly. It took a lot more time than any of us expected, and they didn't charge me anything extra for it. I also had them PPF the trunk, which came out perfect. I've taken this car to two other detailers before, and the work OGD did was a clear step above both. Good people, and they clearly care about doing the job right. I'll be bringing my car back.
