This car wash is not owned by by Jim coats any longer he sold it 2 to 3 years ago unfortunately it seems like the new owners do not maintain this car wash which is sad. They no longer do the inside of your car anymore either. read more

In addition to vehicles getting stuck in the tunnel until an employee fixes the issue, looks like they're no longer using any chemicals to clean/shine the vehicles, or even clean rinse water. Zero of the products included in the wash were used. read more

Since new ownership they don't spray your car off anymore if they do they barely spray the front end or fender wells& I've noticed at 2 locations the cars are getting dry upon exit business took a turn for the worse since new ownership read more

When this place was owned by Coates, it was a quality operation. Equipment maintained, vehicles sprayed and brushed front and back, car clean when it exits the wash. All these things appear to be a thing of the past. SAD!!! read more

We're customers for quite a few years .When they sold the business quality of service and wash went downhill very fast.

Took my rear tail light cover off during the wash. Said it wasn't their fault even though I went back to get it the next day from them. They said they would make out an actual accident report one week later said it wasn't their fault. They only cover vehicles that are less than 10 years old. I have a 2008 Ford F150 with not a stitch of rust on it. Well maintained looks better than some of the newer ones. when dealing with the main office somewhere else in Ohio, she was very rude and very short will never go back to that car wash again specially not for $20 to get my truck tour up. read more

Since Coates Car Wash was sold they aren't the same. Left my car dirty in various places and I had to end up using a damp towel to wipe the dirt spots off. I always went to Coates and thought they were the best around but not now. I will be canceling my monthly plan and finding a new place to go. read more

Great idea, wrong staff The employees they hired to clean the car out are angry... they obviously don't want to be there. They took 10 minutes to open garage door after my car wash (I was the only car) then when I pulled in they were mad. I said thank you after and the only one that spoke up was the girl, the 3 guys just looked at me... really considering canceling my membership, not worth the hassle. BOARDMAN LOCATION. If you want the crap scratched out of your brand new car. Then you'll like this place. But I'll never ever ever go here again. Hundreds of dollars of damage. They will not do anything or even call you back. They had pictures of when it happened too. A report was filled out on the spot. They dodge the claim to get out of fixing my damage. I went to this car was Saturday 2/24/24 - this is the only car wash I have ever washed my F250 at. I purchased the interior/exterior wash for around $31 I went through the wash and then to the interior cleaning side they put my dirty rubber mat back in without cleaning it and when I questioned them I was told it costs extra- i have never paid extra and they have always cleaned my mats - sprayed with cleaner and then used the air hose to dry them. I also got the first dent in my truck at this wash due to the wash malfunctioning not to mention they didn't even clean the inside there was mud on the inside of the door they didn't clean the center console was not cleaned - I don't expect perfect or spotless but I would expect that you at least get the service you purchase and I did not they put a ton of tire shine on the tires do not wipe the excess off so it flings all over the vehicle. i also posted on their Facebook page and now I am unable to see their Facebook page must have blocked me I've had other people look on there and looks like they even removed my comment from their page - Just proves that they are not an upstanding business and one that I will not use or recommend to anyone read more

need to get an adult supervision kids tend to stay on phones when business is slow very seldom after 6 o'clock you get dry towels again busy on their phones there are a few employees that are very good but as a whole I'm getting more and more disappointed in the service read more

Spent over 20 dollars and still had to get out after and properly dry and wipe it down. For the price that this business charges, I at least expect a proper dry. read more

they charge over $22 per wash and I always come out with dirty tires and rims!

I took my daughters care there to be cleaned before heading to college. We were the only car being cleaned. There had to have been at least a dozen workers standing around. I asked the girl at the beginning to vaccum the trunk. I find out today that see couldn't even do that. The inside of the doors were cleaned either. Next time I will save the $20.00 that it cost me and do it myself. Quality just wasn't there. read more

Initially had an issue with a wash I had. Anyways I placed a review that wasn't very flattering cause I had some issues with the wash. The owner responded and fixed the issue. Like any company, mistakes happen. The owner did go above and beyond to fix my issue. That says a lot in terms of character to me, so I'm sold again on this company. I will continue to frequent this location, as long as they continue doing good work. read more

Very lazy people work there. It's twice now that my car wasn't cleaned decently. I'm not expecting it detailed, but cleanly wiped down would be nice inside and out. Very disappointed. read more
