I've been doing some market research on how to start a business and the library is a one stop shop for all of my needs. The building is bright, airy, and spotless--with large windows that let in lots of natural light and plenty of comfy seating around . There's a great children's section with learning toys, a clean and welcoming teen/young adult room, plus a dedicated makerspace and a fully stocked computer training lab. I even brought my daughter and granddaughter here and they actually learned a lot and had fun. Plenty of study rooms--perfect for group work or meeting quietly--are available, and the outdoor plaza is a great spot for programs or just chilling with a book. Free Wi‑Fi, public computers, printing, scanning, and copier services make it super convenient whether you're a student, a freelancer, or just wanting to browse. What really stands out is the staff--they're welcoming, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. Shot out to Sarah, Alice, Alecia and the entire team over there. Whether you need tech assistance, program info, or a book recommendation, someone's there to answer your questions. I didn't feel intimidated at all when asking questions. From the employees to adult patrons, they speak in voices as if they were at an outdoor venue and patrons in study rooms holding audible, lengthy conversations on their phones. There was a K9 demonstration by Cobb K-9 unit, display of fire vehicles, police cars, swat cars. I met Phyllis at window 2 and wow, what a delight! The sweetest lady! Such wonderful customer service. I explained I needed to transfer my title and register my car. She quickly processed my transactions and was very helpful. I was out by 8:14am. 3 other people walked in and were quickly served and left before I was finished. The location is small but very clean and open. The chairs were spaced out in the waiting area. They had a tv on up in the corner of the room. They accept debit/credit card. Phyllis was absolutely wonderful. My husband went later and received the same wonderful service but this time by Jessica. Such an easy and simple process. I am thankful it was so quick! This office shares a building with the fire station and also offers additional parking in the lot across the street. Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Save time by filling out the documents online (they are saved in their system for 30 days and the employee can access it on their end).

I put myself in a bit of a time crunch and needed something sooner, so I looked outside of the perimeter and the Kennesaw SSA had availability within two days. Thank God. It was a 30 mile drive but boy am I glad I did it. Now that I've visited this location, I completely understand why they have such great availability. The staff here moves with speed, accuracy and efficiency. Including the wait before my appointment, I had my name change processed by a pleasant young gentleman well within 15 minutes of stepping through security. The key here is to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT.
