I grabbed a ticket and was seen in about 15 minutes. Again, everything ran smoothly and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Grateful to ALL who are committed to ensuring we have POSITIVE experiences as these offices ! Do yourself favor and double-triple check the documents needed. Then, take at least one back-up doc.

Once seated and waiting for her number to be called, I noticed that first line grew exponentially after our arrival. Her number was called within 5minutes. We passed over all our documents, most were scanned in. My daughter's photo was taken, we signed a few things and paid the $10 fee. She was told which computer to report to test then to return to the same counter once complete. She passed her test, it was around 50 questions, very similar to the practice test she took online. We returned to the counter when she was congratulated and given a print out of her permit.

I looked up online to make sure I had all of my information before going and I also filled out some online forms to hopefully make my life easier too. Once you're there you meet with the reception who basically asks why you're here and helps point you in the right direction. From there, you'll eventually get a number and it's a waiting game. Fortunately for me, the wait was not long. I had all of my paperwork and truthfully, the associate was so nice! I was in and out maybe within 30 minutes and I had my new temporary license while I waited for my actual license to mail. It couldn't have been easier.

I was allowed to assist my parents when needed. The whole process from getting out of the car to getting back into the car was less than 15 minutes. There was approximately 40-50 other people in various stages of getting their license. It appeared to be a smooth process for everyone.

She not only understood my dilemma, but she helped me find a way to resolve it I had severely injured my knee and had to wear a cast. Because I could not walk more than 10 to 15 feet with this heavy cast, I needed a handicap plaque card. Unfortunately, my doctor had not filled out the paperwork correctly to get exactly what I needed. But this Nice representative found a way to give me at least some time to get it filled out correctly by giving me a temporary plaque card. It's always nice to know when someone is trying to help you! And this woman went out of her way to make sure I was not disappointed after all it took to get there. As walking is difficult with my injured leg, this was also difficult to get to this location. Thank you for helping!
