The ladies that work here are super friendly even though it is almost always busy busy busy here! They do have P.O. Boxes here but keep in mind that you can only have access to them when the Hallmark store is open....and you can't mail international packages here. This particular package had to have a signature to be delivered and we were unable to be at home for the first part of the morning. This package was very important and we needed it today, not tomorrow. I got home and there was a little orange notice on my door stating that I could pick it up tomorrow at 8:30 am. So I called them and asked if there was any way I could just swing by and pick it up tonight. Nope. We couldn't since the mail person wouldn't be back until after four. So they called our mail person. Turns out Courtney had only just left and was just around the corner. She turned around and drove back to deliver our package. I am so happy that we have such an amazing team at our post office who are willing to go out of their way to make sure people get taken care of!

The folks here are fantastic...they're an old fashion post office...they'll help you haul stuff, give you the best advice on how to best ship an item and the best of all...this is my favorite...they'll give you free tape. I know it's silly but the main post office won't give you tape if your box needs some extra TLC. They'll actually tell you to purchase it and they'll point to a roll of celluloid tape on the wall for $4.00...not making this up.... If you live in the area and gotta mail something. My latest experience, I walk in with a package to ship internationally. I was informed I came after the cut off time which fine I understand. They no longer have the customs forms or any other forms, you have to go to someone at the counter to get one. I know this as it's been that way a while. I go and ask the lady at the counter for one and from the moment I walked up she looked pissed. I just don't think she was having a good day and that had nothing to do with me. I get the form and try to start filling it out and she said the cut off time for international packages was done which I was fine with. As I get ready to leave, she says loudly something about me taking tape which I didn't. I came in with my tape. At this point I'm annoyed and I say I didn't take any tape what made her say that. She starts going off on me and I tell her she was rude from the beginning. She told me not to come back and I think she even gave me the finger. I've seen multiple incidents with rude employees and customers at this location but I didn't think I'd ever encounter that myself. I've worked in customer service so I know how hard it can be. One thing I DO NOT like is unnecessary rudeness. Since I was told not to come back, I won't go there and I also encourage others not to. Go somewhere else even if you have to drive further just so you can have your piece of mind. I don't know how many times people have to complain about this type of treatment before something is done about it. But nothing will probably change.
