I was so happy! I walked in the mall a bit, returned in 30 minutes, shoes were not just repaired as he stated but, the heels were both buffed to a beautiful shine. A nice surprise to be sure. His price was fair. The workmanship was exceptional. And, most importantly, I am VERY happy! Note: I had never been here before and after reading the reviews was a bit concerned. I do NOT know what those individuals were wanting but, I am here to tell y'all, he did an phenomenal job and has a customer for life. I am telling ALL my friends.

The pants looked fine when I moved around. I prepaid for the service so no surprises at pickup but the fee per pants was exorbitant and she gave me an almost 3 week pickup. I picked up the pants today and they're too short. It looks like I'm wearing highwaters. On top of that, there is almost a 1 inch difference in length between the 3 pants. Price is too high Wait it too long Service was sub-standard. Avoid.

I got boots at this location 6mos ago. Irish Setter work boots. Since then I have been burned on…read moreseveral occasions while cutting or welding and wearing the boots from Redwind in Frederick MD. They refused to replace them. Yesterday I put my boots on to find a large HARD object jammed between the composite toe and fabric. They are now unbearable to wear. I again returned to the Redwing in Frederick MD and was told they are unable to help. Unwilling is more like the truth. I told the guy the issue and he said he couldn't see anything wrong with them? Pathetic! I would not recommend this place ever. Now I have to contact redwing corporate and complain! I have always delt with Redwing in Hanover PA. They are completely different, great employees and products! I will add photos of burns on both my feet and sox! Brian the manager told me he didn't care he was not replacing the boots. How pathetically unprofessional, and on top of everything else. My company issues us a boot allowance each year, "Brian" told me your company is replacing the boot so I don't need to replace them. When I explained that they were not, I used the boot allowance last year for the unbearable 6mo old Irish setters. And have to now use this year's for the boots they ordered yesterday when "Brian" left early b/c he knew I was taking off work early just to see him abt the damaged boots. When he realized that the company was not replacing the defective boots, he told me he wasn't replacing them b/c they were out of warranty? When a few sentences ago he just didn't need to b/c my company was. Good luck brian, hope no one ever treats someone with Aspergers Syndrome you care about like that! I go back to ask the owner of the shop what can be done. he said he would fix the rug, returning it to its original size. The owner and I went back and forth over it, and I essentially asked for a partial refund which he combated me for, even after agreeing with me that he overcharged me for washable rugs that were less than $60 a piece on Amazon to begin with. Well, I pick it up 2 weeks later only to find that the shrinkage issue was never fixed. I never received receipts from the business, was never asked if I would like a copy of mine, and this business' phones are not operating for customer/clientele's convenience. There is certainly a language barrier with the owner, however, it seems worthless to go in and attempt to get this fixed a second time. there are better cleaners around the corner, don't waste your time here.
