Went in to repair my roller skates when the boot had popped off the base. After a few days I went to pick them up and tried them out, the boot had popped off again as they screwed them together and finished with glue. Disappointed, I called back and asked for a partial or full refund, they replied that every repair is guaranteed and to come back in for a free fix. I was unsure about this because it's dangerous to have your skates break while they're on but went anyway. After about a week I pick them up and saw they had restitched the boot onto the base and used a larger washer for the screw, they were completely repaired. I've used them for about 2 weeks now and few confident they won't break again. Highly recommend ! read more

I went with this shoe cobbler because of the reviews here on Yelp and the closeness to my house, very convenient. Been looking for a reputable place where i could take a pair of Christian Louboutin shoes to get repaired, heels changed and a pair of sandals repaired. Not only did they actually know how to repair louboutins but the owner showed me before and after pics of louboutins that had been resoled by them to make them less slippery and the red soles last longer, so i decided to have the soles of mine resoled after he showed me the pics. Very happy with the result, they are very professional, fast and know what they are talking about. The loubis look great and are less slippery on the soles and my sandals were professionally repaired. Not cheap prices but worth every penny. Will come back!. read more

Five star service and a job well done. I brought tree pairs of heels in to get repaired and they made three all look brand new. Only $12.00 a pair which I think is a great deal. They did two pairs of my go-to Nine West heels that were about $60.00 and one pair of HUGO boss heels that were originally $288.00 . I'll take thirty six dollars to have them all look brand new! I was referred to by the Gucci store in Boca because I had my mothers vintage Gucci messenger bag that had no strap and they said they work on a lot of high end bags! Brought my shoes in to get new soles and he did a great job replacing them and giving my shoes a new life. Shoes were cleaned as well and looked great and he even removed some stain that built up from driving. A little pricey at $46 but then it was well worth it as I love these shoes and the quality of work was great. read more

They are a great repair place. I brought in two pairs of shoes. One needed a zipper repaired and another needed a new heel bc i lost it somehow someway. In total, everything came to $30 bucks. I ended up bringing another pair over there for them to stretch. I'm waiting to get that back. They also fix leather on shoes. read more

I used this place multiple times to repair my cowboy boots. Most of them needed new insole because the old ones were made of leather and cracked with the time. The job was always perfect. I have a big family and we travel a lot. I own more that 20 pieces of luggage from DELSEY brand. One of my carry-ons got the wheels ball bearing bad and I took for replacement. I chose this shoe repair based upon the excellent reviews on Yelp. Took my favorite pair of boots here to fix a hole in the sole, fix the worn down heels and toe. He did a fantastic job and the boots look brand new. He made them look exactly as they did when they were new and you can't tell they've been repaired, which is exactly what I wanted.
