Mediocre full service car wash. I tried it for a month and will not be utilizing their full service again. For the wait time with the left over dirty, it's better off doing it yourself. When I asked the gentleman at the check in for the car wash to help me with issues on my account (went to another cobblestone and they said my account was scanning to my license plate) he was not helpful at all in resolving anything but told me I must've been at a Superstar wash... WORST CAR WASH EVER!!!!!!!! I paid $40 for a Full service Platinum wash. After about 15 minutes of sitting down, got a call that the jeep was ready. Got into the jeep and found the dash still full of dust and the back not vacuumed. The attendant wiped the dash and took it back to have it vacuumed. When I got it back, there was dust still in the jeep where they had just vacuumed, which we had to again request they clean. Strike 3 - got back in the jeep and found the area between the 2 front seats was not vacuumed and not wiped either, also streaks all over the front window and back window not wipe. At this point I decided I will go home and reclean the interior myself - at least it would be done co. When I returned home I did a thorough look at the outside of the jeep and the front bumper area was full of bugs and dust. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO COBBLESTONE IN GOODYEAR (140th Ave & Indian School Road), even if they offer free cleaning for a year, and I may never go back to ANY Cobblestone again. Just visited the Indian School location and used the full service. When they called my name and gave me my car the back was not vacuumed and I can see the seats were not wiped down and cleaned. Inside of the doors and the back tailgate was still dirty. Not acceptable. I'm now at the self service vacuuming and finishing what was not done. Just downgraded from 3 stars to 1 star. They didn't touch the 3rd row. Nothing wiped down no vacuuming. I hate that this is the closest full service cobblestone. I don't use the full service often I stick to the self service. But when I do use the full service I expect the work to be completed. read more

Took the beast for a much needed bath. Great location and easy pull up access. Vacuums were a plenty with hoses on both sides and a detailer. Express lane was fast. Attendants were at the ready for further detailing or just on hand to refill the towels. This location is pretty steady but hardly ever a wait. I feel much better with a clean vehicle. The unlimited wash option is well worth it if you love to keep your beauty sparkling. read more

The middle aged woman who works the booth at the automated car wash is wayyyyy too pushy on trying to sell the 22$ a month car wash subscription. The last few times Ive went there shes been really aggressive with her tone on trying to sell me that subscription. My family already pays enough money on monthly subscriptions, the last thing I want is another one from a carwash that I visit once a month. Not a busy day, maybe 5 cars total being dried off. I paid extra for the "interior door dash leather conditioning" detail. It disappointed. It was not worth the extra money. Even a full service car wash is subpar. Often I have 'marked' a window inside to if they even wipe them down and found it never cleaned. I tip accordingly. I figured maybe give them another try, even pay for an add on...I won't be doing that again. I am better off getting a mobile detail job. read more

$45 Car wash. 45 minutes waiting. For pretty much nothing as you can see in the pictures they didn't do absolutely anything. I gave this place a second chance and I shouldn't have. I guess their reviews are bad for a reason. I wanted my car to be clean and vacuum inside only I pay the $45 car wash and I specifically ask if they were gonna do any kind of cleaning inside of the car? Hope the pictures tell you enough of what they did. Mine knew the first time that I went. They up. Charged me for a oil change adding Me things that I did not ask for. Today after they print the received. They were almost about to charge me $110 for cleaning the dashboard. I was about to pay that, but since my first experience sucked, I decided to give a second chance. Do not come to this place. They do everything except for getting the job done. Came two times and left disappointed two times. I wish I could get my money back. Took my Highlander to Cobblestone Auto Spa and paid for the most expensive car wash and they didn't even lift the back hatch to vacuum the back, refused to wipe down the seats (because they are leather) or wipe down the inside of the doors. They are lazy and entitled but want the most money of any carwash out there. I will not spend anymore money with that location or any Cobblestone carwash. I had to take the vehicle to their free vacuums to clean the inside of my car for 10 minutes when they refused to do the job. Never been treated so poorly in my life. This was one of the most frustrating service experiences I've had. I am a longtime customer, and this is now the second time I've brought my car in for a detail and never received the promised call when it was ready. The first time, my husband was able to go check on the car, but that shouldn't be how customers get updates. Today, I dropped my car off and was told it would take about three hours and that I'd get a call when it was done. Five hours later, no call. When I tried to follow up, I couldn't even reach the location--everything routes through a central line. The person who called me back couldn't help, refused to give her name, told me I'd reached the wrong department, and then hung up on me. I was also told it could take 3-5 days for a callback. I work during the day and cannot just leave to pick up my car without notice. I depended on their communication to plan accordingly, and that did not happen. Meanwhile, I'm without my car and having to pay for additional rides. This is not just poor service--it's a repeated issue and a broken system. read more

I have been to this car wash several times in the past, and had some minor grievances over streaky windows and missed areas. But nothing prepared be for the quality of work when I elected to try out their detailing service. What appeared to be good value for the price, turned into a very poor choice. I cannot recommend this place for detailing. I watched as they were buffing the finish, and it looked like they were putting more scratches, This was supposed to be just a clay job, but was not like any I'd ever had done before. Ended up a few months later with clear coat failure and other paint issues. The total cost to repair this is going to be over $3000. read more

At this place the guy checking me in was way to high pressure on up selling me when I have the platinum package for my taste had to tell him no 4 times and he still came back 3 times. To preface this, I worked really hard to save up some money to get a full detail done. I was going to go with a mobile detail service but I'm a monthly member for express washes so decided to go with Cobblestone since they were doing 50% off details for the month of March. I dropped my car off this morning around 7:15, just picked it up at 2:30. TERRIBLE job! My main concern was doors, dash, and console I really wanted them deep cleaned. To my dismay, it appears they just wiped it down with oil. Pictures attached. I came home and ended up scrubbing it down myself, which i didn't want to do. I had never had a detail done and really just wanted it done so nice. I really can't even tell that they buffed the hood or that they applied a clear coat. I'm so sad and disappointed. My mom asked why I didn't go in and tell them it wasn't done properly, I didn't because it should have been done right the first time. I have been meaning to get my car detailed for the past 9 years :D. I think its just good to have it done at least once a year considering the price. I was doing errands that day and stumbled upon this car wash so I was like what the heck.. why not? I am very finicky with how I get my car cleaned since I hand wash it myself about 2-3 times a month. However, I don't think that I have the proper tools to do a 100% full detail. When I took it here, besides missing a few spots in the front and pointing it out, they fixed it right away. Anyways, 1100 miles later and I am here in Texas now, the wax they applied is still keeping my car shiny. Thank you for the job well done! I had planned on upgrading the rating today, as my past few previous visits, the tech did keep the top brush from coming down on my car. Today, there was a new tech on the tunnel. Now, to his credit, when I mentioned, no top brush, please, he did not know how to do it. So, he stopped the system, and went to get a supervisor. Well, the supervisor came over and showed him how to do it. And, I thought at the time, everything was going well. Well, on the SUV in front of me, I noticed that the top brush did not come down. And, I started thinking, uh-oh, wrong vehicle. Sure enough, when my car hit the mark, hello top brush! :-( Luckily, and so far, it has not damaged my top spoiler. But, these people really have got to learn thst certain vehicles, the top brush is to be off. So, based on this, and the 4 or 5 previous failures to do as I requested, I can't increase the rating. But, for sure, they need to do a better job on training. read more

I was considering purchasing a monthly package, but wanted to try a wash first. Pulled into a spot to vac and clean interior first. Vacs worked fine. Plenty of clean towels available. Chose the Carnuba Wax Express Wash at $19. Presoak and Bug Remover: Terrible. Spot Free Rinse: Good. Tire and Wheel Cleaner: Terrible. Top Blaster: Ok. Rainaway Surface and Glass: Ok. Triple Foam Conditioner and Clear Coat Protectant: Saw no difference. Carnuba Wax: Saw no difference. Signature Pre-Soak Double Foam Bath: Didn't appear to make a difference. Very disappointing wash. Was the car cleaner? Yes. But I've had better $6 washes at a Circle K. Seemed like a very short wash. After going thru the wash, I pulled into a spot to dry excess drops. Car was pretty dry, except for the back. LOTS of dirt streaks around car I had to wipe with towels. Bug spots still on the front of car. A bug on the front plate I was able to wipe right off with a towel. Bug spots still on windshield, and I had actually cleaned the front windshield to get some spots off before going thru the wash. Front of the side mirrors not clean. Back was quite wet and still had visible dirt spots. I was able to wipe most clean with towels. Tires and wheels still VERY dirty. Ended up having to clean them properly when I got home. Not a good wash. For $19, a very poor wash. I really wanted to be happy with a wash here, as it's a very convenient location, especially for an unlimited monthly package. But there's no way I would return for a single wash, let alone a monthly unlimited. read more

I was a monthly member with slight OCD compulsions for at least 15 years in Surprise. I cleaned in between myself and went 1-2 times a year in Surprise, but they just don't allow enough time or pay enough to make the folks on the line care. I had friendly relations with the staff and they knew me by name but I cannot say the cleaning was great. It was somewhat convenient and if you know them you get better service, but it was never worth what I paid and every time I bought details cards to help the front line guys out, it never ended up being what was sold. They just don't give them enough time or they don't pay enough for the folks to care. You won't even get a proper vaccum most times and who is going to really spend more time saying so just to deal with the hassle and ire of staff "the next time". My wife went there a few weeks ago and asked to have the car washed. It wasn't more than a week when I was last there. Upon arriving at this location, they were extremely generous in their attitude towards me and all of that. After I got there this worker smiled and then came back to the car to tell me that the card on file was no longer any good and so I obviously had to put in a new card which I did gladly. When I tried to talk to her regarding why her reasoning was wrong, she rolled her eyes at me and said she'd talk with management. Management came out and agreed with me - fixing the problem. She however continued to scowl at me as & roll her eyes as if what had I requested was wrong. She obviously couldn't figure out how to void the first transaction to process a second transaction in line with my prepaid Supreme Wash ticket - that my husband previously paid for. However when you pay for a diamond package, wait for an hour, and come out to a truck that is not clean, you can't get any more stars. I've been to several cobblestones and this was the worst by far. We paid for interior conditioning, which we were already up sold on, and got the car back and it looked like a they spent 2 min on it. They didn't wipe down the seats at all, they're covered in spots from whatever they sprayed. The center console wasn't touched. There's still dirt everywhere. I'm not sure what i paid for. Maybe that can be clarified... Only thing they did well was clean the outside and buff out some scuffs. I appreciate the guy that was working on that but whoever did the interior might need to be retrained. I highly doubt any of the employees would be satisfied if they got their car back in the state i did. I've actually never written a review before, let alone a bad one, but I was very disappointed with them this time around. Blake was cool getting me started with the "right" services for my little Chevy Trax (emphasis on the "little"). My detailing was great but at the most basic level of car washing they didn't vacuum my car with even remotely a little bit of care. I spent 10 extra minutes after my $70 car wash vacuuming it myself.I have zero clue what guy did this job. My guy Chris at the detailing spot tried to help me out afterwards but it wasn't his fault.
