In…read moreJanuary a car two in front of me jumped the track (no idea why), causing the car in front of me to ram it. My car in turn collided with the car the car in front of me. Lots of horn honking and the attendants eventually shut the line down. After a few seconds they started it up again...causing us to bump again. Eventually got out of the tunnel but the car that started it had driven off. The on-site manager had us fill out paperwork but said the car wash does not take any responsibility for damage occurring in their tunnel. A few days later, I got a call from the district manager who repeated that they take no responsibility for damage in their business. He said it is the same as if it happened in the city street...REALLY??? That is what they have liability insurance for. My car had less than 3000 miles on it and now the grille and front camera are damaged have several thousand dollars damage. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. Will be dropping both our memberships ASAP.

Not acceptable. I'm now at the self service vacuuming and finishing what was not done. Just downgraded from 3 stars to 1 star. They didn't touch the 3rd row. Nothing wiped down no vacuuming. I hate that this is the closest full service cobblestone. I don't use the full service often I stick to the self service. But when I do use the full service I expect the work to be completed.

I had a free car wash on my receipt from a previous wash I wanted to use before it expired on May 9. The receipt was a little faded which made the bar code hard to read. The car wash attendant even tried to help me by looking at it and entering it for me. But unfortunately after a two attempts he was like sorry I just can't read it, it's too faded. That's not my fault though. You could still read the part on the receipt where it says Super Star Car Wash Coupon Redeem for your FREE Clean Wash. He said sorry that's too bad, I can't read the code to enter so you have to pay. Now it's not like I couldn't pay. I just wanted my free car wash honored and it wasn't my fault the receipt was faded. That's how it printed out for me. Anyway he got annoyed, frustrated and was a little rude about it and then tried to sell me their monthly plan for unlimited washes. Like I'd buy that after his rudeness. I bought a basic wash and went on my way. Just honor the free car wash I clearly had the receipt for. Is it so hard to say, oh that's hard to read but I'll honor the free wash for you. Why be a butthead about it? Needless to say I won't be back at this location anytime soon. There's a lot of other car washes near me I can pull into instead.
