Pay for one car wash or sign up and get a month's worth, so I signed up. He said I can cancel anytime. Process is easy, right through the right lane and the gate opens for you, get to wipee and smell good then drive through the car wash machine. The machine does a good job, the car wash is buys most of the time. The vacuums is a hit or miss, I had to try 4 stalls before I found one that is powerful to actually work. read more

Process is easy enough, friendly staff. None of the vacuums work. All the towels are bone dry. Waste of time.

Pretty good wash I don't think there's many carwashes that can wash ypur car better then you can do it yourself. However, the folks at Super Star Carwash do a pretty good job. This carwash seems to be busy regardless of the day or time. However, the staff are really good about getting you through the process in a timely manner. My car always looks good when I leave, the pricing is fair and the staff are friendly. A pretty good wash from these folks. read more

When my car came out of the machinery, it was wet and soapy. I complained to someone who claimed to be the district manager on site, and was told it was because I bought the $8 wash! And then she told me I was being rude. Go elsewhere! If you enjoy dirty wet towels, hardly any working vacuums, and people without training in basic customer service. This is the place for YOU! Only a disengaged owner would let this place be so run down and charge the prices they charge. read more

Got my car washed there today, the terminal frozen up. Then skippy the car washed attendant (older black guy) comes running over. He pushes the Reno button in the screen once the terminal reset. He then asks me if I put my card in the machine as thought I am a dumb ass. So I check his attitude back and say no I am just a dumbass sitting here waiting for it to go for free. He then runs his mouth says f@ck you man, you punk ass b1tch. Wow. Great job! I guess we know why you are a 49 year old working as a car wash attendant. I won't be back. read more

Tonight at around 6:30pm my boyfriend and I went in to get a wash and were in the middle of the wash tunnel when all of a sudden the conveyer belt may have malfunctioned and the car in front of us stopped. When the car in front of us stopped, the conveyer belt continued to push us forward and we were in danger of hitting the car in front of us. We then turned our heads and saw the car behind us also inching towards us and were in danger of being sandwiched in a car accident. We had to brake as we were literally an inch away from the car in front of us and as we were both stopped the car behind us was an inch away from hitting us, this caused me to slam on my horn to get attention from someone to help us. The general manager, Daniel, then proceeded to walk slowly towards our car with no sense of urgency. When he was asked by us "what happened" he was instantly rude and put the blame on our vehicle stating that we braked for no reason. We got out of the wash and had asked Daniel what happened that caused us to pile up like that and were immediately met with aggression and a lackadaisical attitude as he shrugged us off. He then offered to bring us into the office and look at the cameras only after 10 minutes of berating us. We went into the office where he pulled up the footage of our vehicles which clearly showed the vehicle in front of us OFF of the conveyer belt which caused them to not move as the rest of us were continuing to inch forward. because of this, it left only an inch between all three of our vehicles. When this was shown there was no apology or even a sincere tone in his voice as he stated "well i didn't see the whole thing so...". We were instantly frustrated as Daniel was not displaying appropriate customer service. When asking for an explanation, he then threatened to fight us and stated "I get off work at 8 if you want to meet me in the parking lot". This was a clear threat and because of this my boyfriend then pulled his phone out and started recording which resulted in Daniel shooing us out of the office while denying his threats and failed to give me a number of his manager to be held accountable for threatening to assault customers. This is very lengthy as we did not have the chance to voice our concerns with the general manager and have no clue who to contact to escalate this situation so that Daniel may be held accountable for his inappropriate and aggressive actions. I felt unsafe at this location with this individual and will not be returning and advise that no one does as well. read more

This place is terrible. You sign up and they don't have passes. They don't have the stickers for the machines to scan. The staff turnover is ridiculous . Nobody knows what they're doing. I have tried to cancel two accounts with this company and it has been an absolute nightmare you can't call anyone on the phone. Everything is done through email no accountability it's a joke and a scam. read more

5 stars because there were lots of employees working hard and doing their best. I haven't been to the full service for a long time. It was organized and busy. As I started to leave, AJ was still scrutinizing my car as if it were his own. He had a great attitude which I appreciated. Left a big tip--if you appreciate this business and want to ensure it stays, show your appreciation. My only regret is I didn't purchase the holiday special. I will return, it will be worth the trip.
