Be Aware...this place does not take responsibility for car damage occurring in their tunnel. In January a car two in front of me jumped the track (no idea why), causing the car in front of me to ram it. My car in turn collided with the car the car in front of me. Lots of horn honking and the attendants eventually shut the line down. After a few seconds they started it up again...causing us to bump again. Eventually got out of the tunnel but the car that started it had driven off. The on-site manager had us fill out paperwork but said the car wash does not take any responsibility for damage occurring in their tunnel. A few days later, I got a call from the district manager who repeated that they take no responsibility for damage in their business. He said it is the same as if it happened in the city street...REALLY??? That is what they have liability insurance for. My car had less than 3000 miles on it and now the grille and front camera are damaged have several thousand dollars damage. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. Do yourself a favor and skip this location. It's worth driving the extra few minutes to the one on the north side of I-10 at PebbleCreek Parkway. This location is run down, and it seems like something is always broken. The car wash is frequently out of service, and the air hoses and vacuums are constantly down. On 11/28/2025 I visited this car wash for the first time with a vehicle in pristine condition and left with a car covered in scratches, scuffs and swirl marks. Dash has denied any responsibility despite the fact after the wash I immediately reported the damage as I had looked at my car before leaving the property. I showed photos of my car taken earlier that showed the paint was not damaged. I was mislead by their false advertising promising customer satisfaction and ZERO disclaimers warning that their wash would cause damage, despite the 30+ 1* reviews I've since discovered of complaints and photos showing damage similar to what happened to my vehicle. Dash also promises outstanding customer service. It took 8 days before they followed up with my complaint, of which I was promised I'd hear from them within 72 hours. I was called by a Tanner Kilgore, Colorado area code, who hung up on me once I asked for video proof of the wash to be emailed to me. I'm not sure of the legalities to knowingly withhold evidence that has been used to make a decision, but I'm currently researching it. My paint has sustained an estimated thousands worth of damages and this company has stone-walled me and refused accountability while offering the bare minimum of communication. The next steps I am taking will be to 1) file a formal complaint against Dash Car Wash for false advertising with the Arizona Attorney General office and 2) Submit a formal letter to the CEO of the company, Jim Cole, compiling a list of negative reviews and photos of damages caused by the Estrella Parkway location. I urge any whose vehicle has been damaged from this facility to also file a complaint with the AAG office. Furthermore, I paid $30 for thousands worth of damages and my car wasn't even cleaned, as advertised, afterwards. read more

Staff was friendly and patient since it was my first time there. I was looking for a touchless car wash and bought the membership because when I asked the attendant I was told they can put it in the computer to be touchless. But at the end there are soft-touch brushes or foam and I don't trust that they won't mess up the matte finish on my car. I canceled my membership and it was easy to do so, but I don't think I'm getting credit for the remainder (since I just used one wash). I will miss the vacuums and microfiber towels and if I had a regular paint job, I would definitely recommend them. read more

I will never return to Dash Car Wash and strongly urge others to think twice before going. Their machines cracked both my sunroof and windshield during my visit - significant damage to my vehicle that should never happen at a professional car wash. Immediately after exiting the car wash, I filed a damage report on-site. A worker assured me they would review the camera footage to identify where the damage occurred and that someone would follow up with me within 72 hours. That was weeks ago. Since then, I have both called and emailed Dash and have yet to receive a single response. No follow-up, no accountability, no resolution - nothing. Filing that damage report clearly meant nothing to them. As a result, I have canceled my memberships for both vehicles I had accounts for. I was a loyal, paying member, and this is how they treat their customers. That says everything you need to know about how this business operates. If you value your vehicle, I would strongly advise taking your business elsewhere. All of a sudden in May they started charging our Credit Card 19.99 for membership. We did not sign up for membership, we just paid for a cheap car wash. We called the bank they removed the charges and our dispute was honored. Today, I get another Credit Card Statement and they charged it again, as I was on the phone with the Credit Card Company they mentioned they also just charged it again. So we cancelled our card. This was not an accident. We did not accept a trial or anything else. We used to like the convenience of going through, vacuuming the car and getting in and out. NO MORE. We really like this car wash a lot! The price was very reasonable with the basic Car Wash costing about $9. This includes the use of the free vacuum. The car wash also has rags available at the vacuum area to finish off the drying off your vehicle. We also used these Rags for wiping down the interior of our vehicle. The kids chose to help this time. I could have spent hours there if I had time. I went to three minute car wash on Estrella Mtn Pkwy south of I10, paid extra for deluxe wash. . It was NO better than half the cost Express Wash and the wash job is the WORST I've ever experienced. The Deluxe Wash was supposed to have Spot Free treatment, but the water spotting was THE WORST I've ever experienced in a car wash like this.... I had to use substantial elbow grease to minimize the spotting & streaking and I'm going to have to wash my car again to minimize the residue on my car from this debacle wash.... Top this terrible wash job off with vacuums that had minimal suction... The car wash does not do a good job on cleaning off bug splatter, even with their higher priced washes. Unfortunately they've also removed the Bug Buster brushes and buckets of water in the vacuum area, so you can't pre-clean the windshield and grill before entering the wash. Would be 5 stars if they brought back the bug brushes. read more

So, this past Sunday was at the 3-minute car wash in Buckeye and after going thru the machine notice scratches on my car I informed the employee working at that time what had happened filled out report and she said someone would call me Monday waited tell after 3 pm with no call left message finally called manger called me back on Tuesday with being very rude and tried to tell me those scratches where already there and said they had proof and he would send picture I asked them to email them to me and he still has not I take very good car of my car and Luckly I have pictures from a photo shoot of my car from that same day with no scratches he even tried to say might been from sitting on my car which has never happened the you can tell from the scratches are from the machine rolling over the car perfectly read more

My car got damaged while being washed and I was asked to fill a report and a manager by the name of James was supposed to call me after reviewing footage of video and this happened on 11/17/2021 and until this day I have not received a phone call despite numerous attempts to contact him via phone and in person. Went here a week ago and paid for the most expensive wash. Get through the gate and everything stops moving and we sit there for nearly 15 minutes. A guy comes and announces that the machine is broken and we need to exit. He says "I'll give you two free washes" and hands me two cards. I look and they are two of the cheaper washes and I paid for the most expensive wash. I tell him "I paid for the desert shield" and he says I'll go get you the desert shield and takes the two tickets. He returns with two desert shield tickets and hands them to me. I say, I thought you were giving me two free washes and he says "there are two there". I said, I already paid for one of them so you are only giving me one free wash. He says, "no, that is two free washes". I shook my head and tried to get my truck through the tight turn to exit the wash since we could not go through it. Today I went to use one of my "two free washes" and the piece of shit machine doesn't read the bar code. Now I'm stuck so I have to pay for another wash to get through. I ask the kid how to use it and he says "run it through the bar code reader but it doesn't work sometimes. Try again next time". I wanted to kick someones ass at this point. Go through the wash and everything is a mess. Came home and spent an hour hand washing the thing from scratch.
