I've been purchasing a monthly Cobblestone membership for both this location and the Thornton 144th location. For a while, everything worked perfectly, and I was able to use both locations without any issues with the license plate scanner. I recently renewed my membership on the 26th, but when I went through the member lane the other day, the screen said my form of payment had declined. I assumed the renewal hadn't gone through, so I signed up again. I later realized I was charged twice and am now paying for two memberships. I'm not sure if this issue is related to the license plate scanner or how my information was entered by an employee, but it's frustrating to run into this kind of problem after everything had been working smoothly. I'd appreciate help resolving the duplicate charge and understanding how this happened so it doesn't occur again. read more

I just went through as a unlimited monthly customer and had to wait in the Express "members only" line for almost 10 minutes while the supposed manager carried on a conversation with a nitwit that couldn't decide on a wash...honking did nothing, the manager (if he is the actual manager) doesn't understand how little it takes to retain a customer versus how much it takes to gain a customer... he pissed off at least six or seven other monthly customers who had to wait in the line while several other onetime customers drove through paid and went on through while we waited. He's a total A$$ and I'm probably going to drop my two monthly memberships. Extremely poor customer service and who gives a shit attitude. read more

I had my membership at this location before this company took over. In recent months my monthly payment went up several times without notice. Then when I decided to cancel, I didn't get to use the full month that I had paid for. There was no information provided in the cancellation saying it would be cut off from using it before the month cycle ended. When I asked the people working there, you get different answers which is disappointing. read more

Rude employees. I understand a lot of kids work here but their managers are not and I have had multiple times where they are rude and unprofessional. I drove up once and the guy was cussing about a customer, and now, my side view mirror on my truck with 1100 miles broke and they're trying to claim it was already damaged but know for a fact it wasn't. Their spinners are too aggressive and knocked both side mirrors back and forth through the wash. They load the cars too close together for my comfort. I'll be cancelling ASAP if I can ever get ahold of anyone. I miss the old car wash these guys bought out. Can't seem to get anyone to talk to about my problems. 2 weeks ago they had a promotion for $18 so I signed up they told me I could add an additional car for $14 all I had to do was use the app to add the second car. When I did that I was immediately charged $35. I called the next day and talked to Nick. He asked me to come in and offered me a much better deal for the second car. But I want going on vacation so called him and was told to get back with him on my return. I have since returned and can't seem to get contact with him. The phone answered and say they can answer the phone right now. I'm still concerned about the over charge for the second car. The car wash is actually good just wish they'd be more attentive to issues. read more

So many issues. Terrible customer service and problem solving all the way up to the corporate level. Zero communication when the car wash was down for a week of "maintenance" which actually changing the entire wash facility AND no refund/discount for downtime. This WAS NOT a closure due to weather or temperatures as it was in the 50s. Contacted Cobblestone to cancel a sold vehicle only to find out that the prior owner hadn't actually cancelled a previous membership despite confirmation in May 2021. Contacted customer service for a refund. They could find the request and issued a partial refund, but not for the months from the prior owner. They offered give me 6 months free on another vehicle. Okay, cool, but I don't have any other personal vehicles so that sucks for me. Finally get cancellation confirmation and realize that this new owner membership price is $31 and our business vehicles are still being charged $38 (unlimited best wash). On top of all this, they are still attempting to charge my personal card (blocked their transactions) even though they said it's "cancelled " so I'm getting decline notices daily. Who knows if they'll get it fixed or not. read more

My experience was great! I had recently moved so I had to leave the car washI used in Longmont. I find this car wash better than the last. It also cost $10 more than my last car wash for the unlimited washes but I feel the service is worth the increase, my granddaughters love the pretty lights. This is the worst car wash I have ever been too. I went to 4 different slots to get vacuum service and it wasn't working. I went back through to ask for help. They gave me a free car wash, which wasn't needed but I didn't have anyone else there to ask for help. I told the attendant the vacuums were not working. She said she'd get someone on it: I went through pulled into the 5th parking spot for vacuums and it still want working. I'll never go back! read more

Carwash overall not bad for price of unlimited when I got grandfathered in @ $19.00 a month. But trying to deal with them via web site is a nightmare. Update payment method always reads error please contact us, Good luck someone getting back to you and no ones answer whatever number you call. My mistake recently had a virtual card I use expired and because of web site problems (as usual) gave card to attendant at my Broomfield location. My mistake didn't realize was my debit card. Had a charge for $19 which is correct anther charge for $1 for some reason. Then a bogus charge from some subscription handle in UK for $10.99 right after that! coincidence? Only place I handed card to was attendant at Cobblestone. Needless to say canceled card, new one on the way and any attempts to update via web site futile. Still waiting for response. I have been using this car wash since it was built, when it was called Bumpers. When Cobblestone took it over it was closed for around two weeks with no notice to do "upgrades". The "upgrades" that they put in made the wash worse. The back of my car never gets clean. The brushes that are suppose to come down and clean the top of my car never do. I have called the corporate office in Arizona a had full of times to cancel my membership with no response. I did what they said on line to cancel and as far as I can tell they haven't canceled it. I signed up about a year ago and canceled it about 3 months in..6 months later I noticed they were still charging. a lady emailed me saying she fixed the problem and refunded me one of those six months. 2 months later and I just got charged again. pos company. Then I was told I have to call a number to cancel and if nobody answers leave if message. Which I have left n more than 3 messages asking to cancel. If I could give this car wash negative stars I would. I have to say that I am a very patient and understanding person. I get that the kids who run this car wash are not in complete control of the equipment. So when I went through the car wash back at the beginning of APRIL I tried to remain calm when the car wash literally ripped my side mirror off of my Ford Expedition. I thought I was extremely calm especially considering the Tesla who went through the car wash directly in front of me also had her side mirror ripped off. But maybe this issue would have been resolved by now had I thrown a bigger fit. I filled out an incident report. The manager said that their policy was to have me take my car to a dealership to be fixed and then corporate would reimburse me once I had the finalized receipt. This is so the correct part is found and used and so I don't have to drive around without a mirror until corporate can get their act together. Clearly this was a scam! I have called, stopped into the car wash in person and sent countless emails. I keep getting a "corporate will be contacting you" or "you will hear from us soon". AND NOTHING!!! I have been patient and get that these big corporations are busy and I am just one person, but unfortunately I will now be contacting a lawyer as I have everything in writing that they have promised to pay for the damage their car wash caused. I really do not like leaving bad reviews, but I really feel obligated. I got into a car accident inside the car wash on 1/2/23 due to the workers not noticing a back car rack on the car in front of me. The washer got stuck in the car rack and pulled the car off track. Then the workers did not notice that the car got pulled off the track and did not stop the track... I was still on the moving track and ran into the car. After honking and honking, they finally stopped the track. The manager on-site acted like he had no idea what to do, they finally had me come back on 1/9/23 to fill in an incident report. I almost believe that my incident report was thrown away by the employee because it is 3/1/23 and I still have no been contacted about the damage, and my insurance has not been contacted... I was treated SO poorly by the manager on site, and getting in contact with anyone at Cobblestone has seemed impossible. I have gone in 4 times to try and talk to someone, but each time they say they can't help and "leave a message for the manager". Every time I call, I get an automated message and once they call back, they take my statement and then nothing. I am feel so disrespected by the employees on site as they have not been even an ounce helpful. read more

Absolutely disappointed in the change of equipment from Breeze Car Wash to Cobblestone Car Wash!!! I used to rave about how well the Breeze Car Wash cleaned my car, as I started a membership with them as soon as they opened in Erie, but since the change in equipment two weeks ago, I'm absolutely disappointed because I've used the wash a minimum of 4 times and all 4 times my vehicle is still dirty, especially the back end as well as my rims and tires!! Once I can reach someone I'm canceling my membership and I'll drive to Longmont to use Breeze Car Wash again until Cobblestone makes a change!! read more

I've been using this carwash for years. I was gracious during the transition from Bumpers to Cobblestone figuring that issues were to be expected as they put in new equipment and cameras. I have been super kind with the staff for over 6 months because I figured that the staff at Cobblestone probably get crap from people every day. Today, I waited at the window for several minutes for someone then, I decided to back up and try another lane. The woman came to the window so I pulled back up and she had the nerve to say, "sometimes you just have to have a little patience". To be treated in such a manner when I have been nothing but patient with the staff and the wash mechanics. I have a brand new Tesla that that mirrors are automatically saved to go in at the car wash for this location as I have an unlimited membership as a carryover from Bumbers. Halfway though the wash I noticed that the mirrors had been pushed out, so I pushed the button to push them in again. When I got through the wash, I noticed the drivers side mirror hinge was totally broken off. I immediately went and told them, and they took pictures and wrote up an incident report. The car right behind me had its passenger mirror glass totally broken. Another lady complained her mirrors were pushed out through the wash. My incident report states that someone would get back no later than Tuesday night. It's now Wednesday, almost 6 days later and I've heard nothing. I can't even drive the car in fear that the whole mirror will fall off in high speeds. Horrible service and they haven't frozen my contract? read more

I canceled my subscription and will never go there again most of the employees are rude, and the wash does not get the car clean. After a wash I always have to take my car home and wash it by hand. If I could give 0 stars to Cobblestone Carwash I would. DO NOT get your car washed here. First, the changes they made since acquiring Bumpers have severely diminished the quality of the wash. My car is still dirty after going through. I talked to the onsite manager and all he said was, "go through again or call the customer service number." Then he said, " no one else has complained". Obviously he has not read the Google or Yelp reviews. They eliminated many of the extra features that made Bumpers a great bang for your buck (air hoses, etc.) Second, don't even try to contact customer service or get help from the on-sight manager. He is totally impotent to help you with anything, he just refers you to the customer service number which you'll never get a live agent or a return call from. The customer service number refers you to the website or you can leave a message, no live agent ever. I called multiple times in a month and never got a return call. I cancelled my membership online as their automated message suggested and they still charged me for the following month. So I left more messages and filled out the online form a SECOND time which still didn't work and they then charged me for another month. I had to walk up to the location's window and talk to the on-sight manager again. He was - again - no help at all. I asked if he had a boss he could call since I haven't been able to reach anyone at the customer service number in over a month and he said that he had no one he could call and he couldn't help with the membership and he couldn't give me a refund. So - impotent - not even sure what he does there. Either he lied about not having a contact/boss or they have a very inept business structure. The only way I could resolve the issue was to open a dispute with my credit card company and that's what it took to get a refund for that last month and to stop them from charging my card. (The credit card company did it NOT Cobblestone) I called and left another message letting them know what I had to do to cancel my membership. Still no call back from Cobblestone to this day. read more

This was great when it was Bumpers, but the buyout was not handled well. Cobblestone somehow keeps charging my cc for the old premium price I was paying Bumpers, but it's a new company. The gate does not open for me in the "members" lane. Am I even getting the premium wash? It doesn't seem like it. Where is the tub for washing specialized floor mats that won't fit in the machine? I tried to get a wash in April but they were inexplicably closed, then tried again and was turned away because someone had crashed inside the wash and it was shut down. I still have not been able to use the wash for the month of April that I paid for. Who do I even call? It's not Bumpers any more? I feel completely disrespected that my loyalty and membership were just "assumed" by a new company with no communication. What is the price? They're never open on time, I took my new car after the rain we had there and spent an additional 1/2 hour cleaning it because the car wash was to terrible! This place is horrible! I noticed there is a new car wash going up west of Cobblestone about 2 miles. Can't wait for them to open. read more

cobblestone acquired bumpers (1/1/2022) and has been a bad experience so far. their scanner did not accept my monthly member sticker and a sign was posted one the kiosk "singles washes only, membership unavailable" with no attendant in sight. however they were able to bill me for my monthly membership already (january 2022). and customer service does not respond to voicemails or inquiries online. i understand acquisition related issues, but at least try to take care of your customers, or communicate with them. read more
