Came here today for the first time with a coupon for a deep tissue massage. The ladies in the front were extremely nice. My massage therapist was Zach. He is great at deep tissue, and we hit it off right away. He will dig in there deep and work those knots out. The 90 minutes went by way to fast. I have to say Zach is the best at working the neck! I get serious neck tightness from teeth grinding and stress, and he really got in there! I will definitely be coming to see Zach as often as possible. His music choice was also really good, not the typical water sounds. If you need a great deep tissue massage, please go see Zach, you will not be disappointed. read more

Been having a lot of headaches and wanted to get a better solution than just meds. I have never been to a chiro and was nervous. Making an appointment was easy and it is a free first appointment. Dr. Cobey is great we talked had a little bit of cracking nothing big. I had to get an x-ray before I was able to really be adjusted they could do it there or I could do it somewhere else. Their office was super clean, it is hard to wear a mask and have adjustments the other place I tried they had me take mine off but they had one on. The only issue for me was that my insurance would not cover the appointments and they are $$$ so I had to find a place that would take my insurance. If you want top-of-the-line care and insurance is not an issue then I would go here for sure Dr. Cobey is a very kind and caring woman that wants to help you feel your best. read more

I can't compare this massage to any other massage because this was my first massage ever, but I had a pregnancy massage this morning with Joy. I booked this to hopefully get some relief in my lower back and she did just that! She is so lovely and accommodating. Knowing this was my first massage AND I'm pregnant, she checked in with me periodically to make sure I was comfortable with everything she was doing. She also, without me even telling her, worked out the exact spot in my lower back that has been causing the most pain and she offered cupping therapy in that spot which she said isn't typical for a pregnancy massage but that I would really benefit from it. I will be back one more time for another pregnancy massage before baby comes. read more

I went in after suffering from what I thought was a pinched nerve for several weeks. Dr. Randa was so compassionate and caring. She got me diagnosed and set up on a treatment plan immediately. I wasn't sure if I would like the no-appointment adjustment setup, but surprisingly, it works pretty well. There has only been one that I waited along time (about 30 minutes) for her to get to me. The office staff is consistently pleasant and helpful. I wish that the office would contract with more insurance providers. Unless you have BCBS (I think), all of the cats here is out of network. Most importantly is the quality of the care. Dr. Randa is wonderful. Her adjustments are firm and "assertive" but rarely actually hurt. I feel better and better after every session and I am feeling very confident that if I stay with her program, I will avoid surgery or long term pain management. read more

I've been suffering from frozen shoulder and finally made myself an appointment here. Their knowledge is incredible! Not only did my range of motion improve in my affected shoulder, I feel other parts of my chest and arms are more relaxed and on the road to recovery. After reading all the great reviews, I called because my hip and back were giving me some problems. I called the office and said I was a new patient with an issue with my hip and lower back. The receptionist said I am sorry, but I will have to book you out for a new patient consultation in three weeks. Considering that I am having a problem now, three weeks seems to be a ridiculous amount of time to go to a Chiropractor. I started going to Dr. Randa after another mom suggested seeing her for my baby's reoccurring ear infections. And I was blown away by her professionalism and knowledge and the care she gave to my baby. To this day, my toddler still goes to her a few times a month and LOVES her adjustments. I'm convinced that her care has also helped to improve her weakened immune system from constant use of antibiotics. My daughter loves her!!! Then I started having hip/back/neck problems. I'm not impressed at all. I had been going to a chiropractor for years that I absolutely loved. Unfortunately I moved too far away from said doctor. I decided to give Dr. R. A try here. First I was over charged. My old place was $80 a month and I would go 4-8 times. I told her that after she told me it was $65 each time. She immediately jumped on it and told me she would give me the same deal. Awesome, I thought. She didn't take X-rays because she said i didn't need them since I've had some within the past 2 years (even though she never saw those X-rays). I never even had a real exam from her! As I went to leave she told me I only needed to go twice a month. I went twice that month, and felt I needed to go again. As I went in, I was told by the receptionist that I needed to pay $65 to be adjusted. I said I thought I was allowed to come up to 8 times for the $80. She said no, it's $80 a month for two times. That was the deal I worked out with the doctor supposedly. She said if I coughed up $65, then next month they would only charge me $15. So being a pushover, I did it. I got another sub-par adjustment, and was on my way. I never came back. Here are other reasons I did not go back asides from being ripped off: my son said his adjustments from her hurt (she was able to over bill his insurance for them). He had been seeing a chiro for years also, and never complained of it hurting before her. My neck also hurt after every time. My old chiro did adjustments based on how I was feeling. (faceplates for stuffiness, neck for anxiety/stress, hips for mensies, headache treatment, etc. Not once in the 3 times that I went to her did she ask how I was feeling or if there was anything I would like adjusted. read more

Miracle worker! Dr. Randa and her team are amazing! Having all kinds of issues from migraines to tingling in my legs and arms for months! Knees were also bad.
