I went to Simi Chiro for last resort treatment attempt to delay neck surgery. They were super nice and professional on the first phone call. Took my insurance info and checked my coverage and called me back in FIVE minutes. They explained the process after I explained my situation. They are super efficient, caring, patient, super friendly and nice. After 3 visits Dr Peter has been great. He had already read my MRI report that I brought before he came into the room (on time) and after we spoke a bit he adjust my neck and back and we planned next steps. I also had a deep tissue, physical therapy type, massage with Jason and it was also very effective. I woke up with a very bad stiff neck strain and couldn't move. I had an important upcoming event and needed relief and instant results. I couldn't get out of bed without assistance and I had throbbing pulsing pain. It hurt to stand, sit or lay down. I called and got an appointment within the hour on a day that they are normally not open. The front desk women were so professional and friendly and accommodating. I got a ride to the appointment and could barely walk in without shaking in pain. I have had a bad experience in the past with chiropractic care so I was very nervous and anxious. Need an amazing chiropractor, look no further! Dr. Peter is AMAZING!!! He is super friendly and I never left feeling like what he did hadn't helped me with my pain. His office staff are all very friendly and always super helpful when it came to scheduling and rescheduling. The only complaint I have which I never expressed so it's kind of on me too is on a couple of occasions I left smelling like woman's perfume which I can only assume was from another client bathing themselves in it so much that when they laid down on the table it transferred over and left a residue which than transferred onto me next.
