You can't go wrong with Coburn for 3 very important reasons. 1) They are experts and know what they are doing so there is NO messing around. Mike Link helped us install 2 mini splits and we were amazed at how efficient he was at getting the job done - right from the very beginning. 2) Customer service is above and beyond. He left his number for 24 hr service and when we had a little glitch due to our own fault, he was right out to fix it. 3) Their rates are reasonable and fair - as opposed to all the other companies I called for quotes they were upfront with a cost estimate and were almost $200 under what we expected. I called Mike Link on Friday night with an urgent request to jump-start my heater on Sat. He came out and tried for several hours and was unable to patch up an already patched up unit.
