He was very abrupt with me during the conversation as if I did something wrong. 1st he asked that I give him 30 minutes past the 2 pm time and I agreed. Then he up and said for me to call someone else. This is very bad customer service from the beginning without consideration for what I had to do to make this appointment happen. Sounds as if Jack is not organized, not reliable, but mostly, very unprofessional! Please consider before scheduling anything with Jack.

He and his coworker had all the tools, equipment, and knowledge to get the job done. They understood the problem and fixed it in a matter of minutes and then explain to me what I needed to do after they left. While he could've charged me more for the labor in time for the repair, I only had to pay for the visit, which I thought was more than fair. Two days later, everything is still perfect. I have no plans about giving Amen Appliance Repair my highest recommendation.
