Ordered half sheet and pepperoni roll. Everything was cooked well until we cut into the pepperoni roll. It just had a single layer of cheese and pepperoni in 1/2 the roll, other side was plain bread. When we called to let them know, we were informed that all rolls were made by the owner that day and all are the same and would never have just a piece of pepperoni. As we were talking, the owner hung up on us. We basically spent $10 on a loaf of bread. All we wanted was to let them know what happened and a simple acknowledgment/ sorry would have been nice. We were not looking for compensation (mistakes happen) but will not be returning due to the lack of customer service. read more

Ok, so in the Poland-Boardman area where there many choices for take-out food, I think they can do much better to prepare their offerings. We have had pizza on occasion, and it is fairly good, we have had pepperoni rolls; skimpy portions of pepperoni and cheese and a lot of roll...too much bread. This time we decided to try their wings...alka seltzer please? We were told the supplier brought them smaller than usual wings so they would add a few to our order to make up for it. The bigger problem was that they tasted awful, like the oil in the deep fryer needed to be changed. They were way overdone and so dry that whatever meat there was, almost wasn't. I think they need to work harder to offer better product. Not so sure we will give them another try. read more

An hour later after the manager apologized 3 times, got home and opened our "buffalo" chicken salad to find half of the chicken was covered in barbecue sauce. I hate barbecue sauce.... Not good. It's better than The Elmton and Brier Hill, but so is microwaveable Red Barron, so that's not saying a whole lot. Youngstown pizza by in large is absolutely sub-par. I guess the best advice I could give would be to make a day trip of things and head in over to Pittsburgh, their pizza is much, much better. Would snag a slice if someone else bought it, but would rather make my own or drive to the Burgh. read more

Ordered two chicken salads on 9-20-19. They said it would arrive at our house in 30 minutes and the driver showed up 1 hour and 10 minutes later. We open our salads to this. The menu says the salads come with a generous amount of fries and cheese... I believe I counted maybe 10 fries and one giant blob of cheese. This wasn't our 1st bad experience. Last weekend we ordered wings and pizza on Saturday. They were once again 45 minutes over their delivery estimate and the wings were cold and soggy. Seemed like they have been sitting for hours. I want to love Cocca's but they make it really tough to love them. We have had both good and bad luck with them in the past but last night made me want to right a review. We ordered pizza and boneless wings (do yourself a favor, don't get the boneless wings, they are really just chicken nuggets) to be delivered. The gal on the phone seemed confused, finally took my phone number and voila, had my name! She took my order and said 20-25 minutes. I called back a few minutes later because I forgot add blue cheese and after a bit more confusion, got it added. We waited about 30 minutes only to get a phone call from the delivery guy saying no one is home? Tell him to go to the front door thinking the side doorbell is broken. Go outside, no delivery guy in sight! Call back to find that he's been sent to Struthers when we live in Poland! 20 minutes later we have our food. Credit card slip has the right address but the one stapled to the bag has an address in Struthers. I googled it only to find someone with the same last name lived there but passed away 3 months ago! Only thing I can figure is they somehow lost the address and googled just the last name and got the Struthers address. Too bad they didn't call to ask to confirm my address or even better, ask me for it again when I called back to get my blue cheese! To make matters worse, I am now watching for the guy who drives by the house, turns around, drives by again, turns around and then pulls into my neighbor's driveway. Pizza was only lukewarm after all this so incredibly salty we both got up during the night to get a drink of water. Time to find try a new pizza place! read more

Y'all they have some fire chicken nuggets (they are called "boneless wings" but they're chicken nuggets). Although i was really impressed with their FRIDGE! Just a bad experience all around. Picked up order, none of the staff wearing masks correctly , and the food was awful--not as described on menu , missing ingredients, just bad. Manager did offer to remake but after seeing lack of health precautions, took a hard pass. read more

Cocca's is still relatively new in Poland, and I've tried their pizza and wings many times. I like them both but they don't blow me away. The wings are pretty plain, the ranch wings are pretty good. The pizzas crust is too thick for my taste but more people like it than don't, especially in this area. I prefer a thinner crust (which they do have, but doesn't cut it for me) and more pizza places in the area make a thick crust. But, even though I prefer other pizza places, I can't overlook how many people like Coccas, and it definitely is good. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new pizza place to try out. read more

I'm giving it a 4 star only bc the food is delicious and I understand Black Friday can be tuff. I would've given it a 5 star but when I went in and picked up my frozen rolls the nice young lady asked someone to go get a couple nice rolls. A short dark hair lady responded back "like I wouldn't get them nice rolls" rolling her eyes. She came back up tossed them on the counter. Review is just for the pepperoni rolls. Admittedly, I just don't enjoy the sauce that they use on their pizza so I never order it, but I must say that the pepperoni rolls are a standout. Loaded with meat and cheese and cooked to perfection. I have never had one be undercooked or doughy, which will happen from time to time at other places that I've ordered from. read more

This is a nice place when the owner is there but last night there were a bunch of young kids running the place.I had ordered my food ahead of time and walked in the door and up to the counter.Not one word said to me and wouldn't even take notice I was even there.So after standing there while the girl in front of the oven stood there talking to her fellow assiciates and rubbing her own neck.I could see my pizza sitting there and so I yelled excuse me I would like to get my pizza this kid came over and got it.Then they all look out with dirty looks as I'm leaving.If you don't want to give people their food find another job.The owner is a great guy as I go there alot but he needs to know the employees are costing him customers. read more

We had always had good food and service from them in the past, but last night when we went to pick up our pepperoni rolls the person checking us out had a tissue hanging out of his nose. Either it was to stop a bloody nose or a runny nose, but either way it was so gross and we couldn't even eat the food we purchased. He also had an apron on with food all over it which leads me to believe he was cooking also with either a bloody nose or a runny nose. I think this would be a health department violation. read more
