After insisting that I have confirmation and showing it, the Manager came over and told that they do have the paperwork, but she just received it yesterday from their system. The manager was more interested in blaming me and arguing and when I was begging for resolution and to see someone else, she thought it was appropriate to tell me she could get me in at 1:30 but I wasn't listening to her so now she felt I wasn't a fit for the office! I was able to get the prescriptions that were necessary. I've been prescribed the same medication before so I knew what I needed but Dr. Roy Dubash recommended me the same prescriptions without me asking him for the same prescriptions. While speaking with me, the employee was on their phone, which made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a patient coming in for medical care. Even more concerning was the cleanliness of the office. I was the first patient there that morning, yet there was a toenail on the floor and floss sitting inside the compartment of the hand sanitizer station. If I was the first patient of the day, it was hard to understand how the office could already be in that condition unless it had not been properly cleaned beforehand. That is especially concerning in a medical facility where cleanliness and sanitation should be a priority. To make matters worse, I was also overcharged for my visit. After speaking with my insurance company, I was told that the amount I was charged was more than what I should have been responsible for under my insurance. Having to deal with a billing issue on top of everything else made the experience even more frustrating. A medical facility should be clean, professional, and make patients feel comfortable seeking care. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. Between the rude front office interaction, the unsanitary condition of the facility, and the billing issue, I would not recommend this location.

I made a call to MD Now Urgent Care to see if my daughter can be seen and to have a diagnosis and treatment for the sore throat. The lady on the phone was pleasant and told me that I can bring her in, no appointment necessary. We arrived at MD Now within a few minutes and happened to be the only ones there. The waiting area was large with adequate seating. After greeting the receptionist I was told to scan a QR code to fill out a form. Within 10-15 minutes my daughter was called in by the nurse where she had her weight and blood pressure taken...then a few minutes after the doctor came in. After my daughter explained to the doctor about the symptoms she was having with the sore throat, the doctor did a brief physical examination then had the nurse conduct a strep test, which came out negative...but after a finger stick blood test, she did test positive for mononucleosis. The doctor informed us that mononucleosis was not serious and should go away on its own. He advised my daughter to rest, take Motrin for the pain, and be on a liquid diet until she's able to eat solid foods. He also gave her a doctor's note for school. That's it, we was good to go. We was probably there for about an hour. That's the quickest I ever left a doctor's office.
