She was very rude and didn't even applaud my hard work in losing weight without weight loss medication. This doctor only cares about money and you working with her weight loss clinic and does not have actual care for patients going through medical issues. The Front Desk woman with glasses is a bit younger and extremely rude and abrasive. They do a pretty good job of getting you in and out, but everything else is horrifying. She is basically running a pill mill for weight loss shots in the office right next-door.

Whilst they don't have imaging equipment like MRI and CTs for walk ins, the student physician's assistant advocated for me and gave me a full EKG. I left here with some possibilities for what I might be experiencing, a little more certainty. This is how you build trust with LGBTQIA+ patients. B) The main physician saw me for 3 minutes and prescribed me a medication that I am contraindicated against. That is the reason this review is 3 stars instead of five. If he had taken 3 seconds to look at my chart, he would've known exactly why I couldn't take it. I had a very pleasant experience here despite the end result.

All I needed was an ultrasound to verify the findings of the MRI and a biopsy to ensure that everything was okay. In the first place, Beth is not a doctor, she is a nurse practitioner, so while she can do some things, she can't do everything. She picked doctors for me to see, but none of the ones she works with are in my network, so I refused. I finally found one myself, but there wasn't any point in going back to Beth when I was already being treated by the doctor. I couldn't see any point in paying her to do nothing. The reason for the one star review is because of the treatment I received from her and her office. To start with, her office called to schedule a telephone appointment. Due to the virus she was not seeing patients in-person. I don't trust that this is the best way to practice medicine, especially since my doctor examined me in person and he was the one who sent me to her. At any rate, they called to schedule a phone interview. They also informed me to expect her to be late for the call. That's very unprofessional. Show respect for your patients and be on time. She was nearly 30 minutes late calling me. I was getting ready to call my doctor and ask for another referral. The call was uneventful. She didn't say or do anything that would make we want to work with her. In fact, she pretty much made it clear that she wasn't able to help me without first finding a doctor. So, as I said earlier, I did. She billed my insurance and was approved but the fee was charged to my deductible. That part is fine, but months went by and I never heard anything from her office. Then I received an email saying they had mailed the invoice but it was returned as undeliverable. This is odd because I have lived in the same house for nearly four years. It turns out, they had my address wrong. And not a little wrong, but hugely wrong. I immediately informed them of their error and requested that they correct the information and send the invoice again. Again, months went by and nothing. Finally I received another email, this time threatening collections. They still have my address incorrect. I immediately filed a complain with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. It is a federal law that bills must be sent by mail, and since they refuse to correct my address, they can't send an invoice to me. I can't see any reason to use this person's services and nor would I ever recommend her. Her office does not care about getting information correct and she doesn't have enough respect for her patients to even try to be on time. There are plenty of good medical people in this area. Try another one.

Not only were we in and out within about 30 minutes, the entire staff was absolutely WONDERFUL! Dr Paul Cumillo is the shining star, however. This incredible professional is truly an example and aspiration for the medical community. Filled with knowledge, wisdom, experience and a huge caring heart, I knew at that first visit we had found our new family doctor HOME. Dr Paul was so encouraging and kind to my teenager, gave us very helpful advice and really helped him at a level much deeper than a school check up. When my son got sick the following month, we both felt relieved that Dr Paul was right around the corner for another wonderful visit. Since then I moved my youngest from the overbooked pediatric office to this practice, and it's also where we turn to for our adult care. Dr Paul has become our beloved family doctor! He is sincerely the most caring and wonderful provider we have ever met! We're so grateful for the whole practice which is filled with very friendly and top notch staff from the moment you enter. I will never go back to the hassle of scheduling appointments with long waits now that my family has experienced the convenience of this fantastic walk in facility and FAR SUPERIOR medical care and front office service! Did I mention they also have an in-house pharmacy? Here's the bottom line: this place is excellent at what it does: offering outpatient non hospital…read morein/out same day surgery. But is physician owned and professionally managed. All medical staff having direct surgery related contact with patients are either RN's specialist techs, or well trained medical assistants. The operation is seasoned. You'll receive a call from an intake nurse a day before surgery who screens you and records or confirms your present medicine protocol, reviews the surgical procedure and provides pre surgery guidance including how you should prepare day before and day of the surgery. Upon arrival you're greeted by a receptionist who actually smiles and looks at you when talking, handing up authorization papers and scans your ID and insurance. The pre op nurse comes to the waiting room to take you back to the area where you'll change into gown and asks pre-op questions. She is calm reassuring and professional. She monitors blood pressure and pulse goes over your meds (again) and literally tucks you into your wheelchair or bed, no kidding. Furring your wait for the surgeon or anesthesiologist she will check in on you periodically. My procedure was relatively simple, excision and reconstruction of some growths which were not supposed to be there. The surgery was being done by a dermatologist trained in cosmetic surgery. I prefer having these excisions done this way rather than in my dermatologist's office because the cosmetic surgeon is far better at minimizing the scaring of the reconstruction of the surgical site. And it is still covered by insurances. I have had several of these surgeries over the years and Park Creek has been consistently very good at what they do from start to finish. My pre op nurse was attentive and reassuring. She offered to bring my husband into the curtained off area to sit with me while the physician/surgeon prepped. The OR nurse, ROSW, was outstanding. She sets you up on the OR table and does preliminary prep of area to be operated on. She remains in OR and assists the surgeon. And there's another nurse assisting in OR. No shortage of staff. It's immaculate it's a great place to have your outpatient surgery without hassle of using an outpatient hospital setting. I've always felt good when being there. Recommended when you need outpatient surgery. Oh easy to park in large private parking lot. On 441 in Parkland.
