There's a small share parking lot with Uni Bread, but I don't usually have trouble finding street parking either. Just be careful backing out if you park in the lot! There's a few counter seating, but I always take it to go. I like being able to order on the kiosks. You can still pay cash after you order on the kiosk. Kust makes it easier to see and choose the options, and when there's only one person working, they can focus on making the drinks. They use lactaid milk for the most part! They do also have oat milk. Great for my lactose intolerance. I like the Okinawa Tea from here (50% sugar, lowest you can go for this drink since it's supposed to have that sweetness!) It's a unique sweetener that I enjoy. I like to add grass jelly as well for texture. I also got the Milk Tea (with pudding) and Lava Pearl Cold Brew Latte for my parents to enjoy. They were having a BOGO 50% off deal. The boba tea itself was absolutely amazing. I ordered the Japanese Matcha, very refreshing. It's clear that they use high-quality ingredients and are very clean and sanitary. It's very dangerous to have a bubble tea place like Coco within walking distance. If it were a little further away, it might be worth it to work off the carb calories and enjoy a cold milk tea with tapioca boba and not feel guilty. I try to resist the gravimetric pull and the call of the sweet milk tea, but once in a while, you just have to give in. At about $5-$6 a pop, it's not something I can do everyday anyway. If you download the app, you get a first time BOGO Free offer and offered the option to preload your account with $50 or $100, good for 10-20 drinks and they give you a 5% discount. Super dangerous! I am convinced that bubble tea places with a line out the door (looking at you Kung fu tea) is just inefficient staff. At CoCo, they have the process down to a science. For this I always stop here for my bubble tea fix. The staff isn't super friendly but they will take the time to remember your order if you are a regular. When my husband and I heard that Coco Fresh Tea & Juice reopened their Fresh meadow park location, we were super excited and couldn't wait to visit. We were there at around 12:00pm on Saturday 5/2 and there was already a line by the entrance. However here I reallly enjoyed bubble tea in spots that were further from my house in NYC area and once in queens were ok including the famous sweet cafe until I came across this location. You can truly taste the difference between other bubble tea spots within queens. We enjoyed our recent orders. We found the selection to be plentiful and the ability to customize our drinks - especially the amount of sugar - was terrific. The app worked well and our orders were ready on time. We each got something different and all enjoyed what we got. For our taste, we found that even 50% sugar was plenty sweet enough. We will def be back to try some of the other offerings. There are a few parking spots available but they're shared with neighboring businesses, so you may have to park on the street. This is a pretty busy area so you will sometimes have to hunt for spots. It helps to have someone else with you so 1 can run in and place/grab the order while the other remains in the car or circles back around (when necessary). If you're in the mood for customizable tea drinks, and you either drive or live in the area, this place is for you. Located right off the highway, Coco offers customers a multitude of teas that can be ordered either hot, cold, or iced (ask specifically, it's not the same!), with a number of add-ins. Their menu offers a bevy of drinks, and prices are reasonable for the specialty drink market ($4-6 avg). Drinks are heat sealed, so no worries about spilling if you are literally "on the run" trying to catch that bus. I was going to go for the "2 Ladies" (Hot Tea+pudding+grass jelly, $4.50 for Medium), but the blackboard special grabbed my attention. What I liked was that you could tailor the level of added sweetener to your taste (i.e. 50%, 20%), but you HAVE to specify that with them when you order. On my visit here, I had ordered the "Winter melon sugar" special with grass jelly ($3.99 Large cup) but was not asked how sweet I wanted it. As tasty as it was, the final product was WAY too sweet for my liking. I was home by the time I got halfway through it, I busted open the seal to fill it back up with water. Next door is a small bakery with a side of quasi-French pastries. Though the two are linked on the same property, no one could tell us if they were actually the same establishment (I'm assuming they are). If I have to comment only on this property, then I have to mention that the seating (both in and outdoor) is located on the bakery side only. Seating is limited; the tables are small (good for 2 guest, cozy for 3 people), with about 2 chairs per table, and the ledge of the windowsill doubling as seating. So many bubble teas, so many choices, so many configurations. When someone says they like a place I think it is also important to find out the drink they are getting from there - some prefer fruit tea, sweet drinks, milky drinks, etc... My personal taste focus on the actual TEA flavor, not the milk. I do not like non-dairy drinks. I do not like overly sweet drinks (I usually order no sugar drinks). I rarely, if ever, get fruit teas. So along those lines I enjoy Coco because they offer a really nice Hojicha - which I would order without any dairy or additions to ruin the subtle tea flavor, no sweetness, but 30% should be enough sweetness if I wanted a little extra. This would be my go to drink from here. I also enjoy the Cloud Black Tea, (0% sugar, less ice) with pudding addition. This is a strong tea flavor to stand up to the creamy foam and pudding. The foam wasn't the best I've had since it had a taste reminiscent of Reddi-Whip. I prefer the milk foam drinks to a full milk tea since it allows you to drink the tea and then slowly transition into more of a milk tea as the foam combines with tea soooo... two drinks in one! This particular Coco has the benefit of being attached to an Iris bakery which is ok if you prefer a little treat with your drink. Seating inside and out. Like this place for the sole reason that it's like 5 minutes from my place and that IRIS bakery is just right there. So I get my fave cake then the bubble tea. The place is clean and roomy and bright which is perfect for a bubble tea. But, there is NO seating available here. They have counters where you're supposed to enjoy your tea standing up. Or you can get a piece of cake from IRIS next door so you could sit. Staff are not that nice and polite, they always seem to be ire occupied of something that I really don't know. With everything going on with this pandemic, it's awesome to see how a business is still making things work out from there order ahead option, through Grubhub, and there own website! They have a cute little sticker outside to make sure people are keeping there social distance between one another, as well as making sure only one customer at a time is inside. The service alone is awesome everyone has there PPE's on as well as well as super friendly with explaining there menu on why there menu said, "non dairy milk" I learned that many of there teas doesn't have milk at all but they have an option for customers who wants a milk base in there tea. My favorite from them so far is the caramel milk tea which has a nice coffee taste with a caramel swirl taste to it! If you know me you know I love a coffee taste! I also tried their Thai ice tea, which was also great as well!! There boba is perfectly plump and bubbly just how I like it. For my lovely Yelpies, if you order on there website a Thai ice tea you can get a free upsize to a large!! What an awesome deal! This place is a must try! I ordered 6 bubble teas for delivery using Grubhub which is the link posted on their website. There is no option to add bubbles, only to remove them, which was not checked off. The three Taro bubble teas were not made with bubbles even though I did not check "no bubbles." The others that were ordered, the Lava Pearl, the Signature, and the 2 Ladies, came with them and "no bubbles" was also not checked. It was very disappointing especially since we wete all expecting delicious bubble teas WITH BUBBLES and we will not be ordering from here again. read more

This place deserves zero stars or should not stay open without proper etiquette training for the employees. First time here and I have to say the worst experience ever despite the fact that this is during COVID19 time. I have been to other tea shops or coffee shops during the COVID19 time and never experienced this kind of attitude. 1. If you want one customer in the store ordering at a time, you need to put a sign on the door indicating that one customer in the store at a time. Customers do not read minds. AND THERE WERE AT LEAST FOUR OTHER CUSTOMERS INSIDE WHEN WE WENT IN TO WAIT TO ORDER BEFORE BEING KICKED OUT. 2. If you are asking your customers to wait outside the store while the other customers are ordering or picking up their orders, you don't use the words "GET OUT and wait". There are a million other words or phrases to use in place of the words "get out". A simple "please step outside and wait" would be more proper. The employees definitely need training in customer service and etiquettes. 3. There wasn't an employee by the door letting you know when it is okay to go in and order. When we stepped outside to wait, there were at least four customers inside waiting and ordering. So their one customer at a time policy only refers to certain customers. 4. Mismanagement is definitely very noticeable in this boba tea store. When we noticed that there was one customer waiting for their drinks we opened the door and asked if it is appropriate to go in to order, they said "close the door" and refused to answer our question. Rudeness, improper customer service training and lack of signs indicating their new policy are evidences of lack of proper management training, leadership and ownership. So disappointed! read more

There are plenty of drinks to pick from, but I opted for a large Matcha Latte ($5) with no toppings and enjoyed it. The drink was perfectly sweet and much tastier than I expected. The amount of ice was also on point. As for the matcha, the flavor was just right; it's not strong, but you do get a smooth green tea taste. We also bought a large Milk Tea with plenty of boba ($4.75), and although I didn't taste it, the comments were similar. The boba was said to be cooked perfectly. While there was only one person making the drinks, the wait wasn't too long considering there were five people ahead of us. I feel discriminated against as the only woman of color In the establishment with coily hair.. they publicly refused to serve me my drink after paying for it and insisted I pay an up-charge to receive the item I purchased. It was highly embarrassing since I decided to support their business a few minutes prior to my physical therapy session and over their competitor Möge Tea across the street. The gave me a receipt and told me, "handle the refund yourself because we are not giving it to you". I've contacted upper management via the website and hope to be recompensed quickly. read more

Came twice already, and they have a real issue with staffing. With a long line building, they had 1 person making the drinks and the other taking the orders. While the drinks pile up in the back, nobody was calling the ready orders. Took 15-20 mins to get our drinks both times. In all honesty, I rather drive a little extra to Bell blvd. It may be faster than waiting for your order here. Definitely lots of room for improvements, but the drinks were still fairly good. Will take me a while before returning. read more
