    Earl Grey Tea Latte

Love it here! It's a great sweet treat option when you don't know what you're craving. Love their passion fruit green tea and earl grey tea latte.

Nice bubble tea! Made to order. Fruity and tea flavors. Service nice and professional. Short wait. Seats available. You can select the level of ice, sugar... worth it!!

I love the new Gong Cha in Mineola but seriously dislike this one. I came here about a handful of times after eating at the restaurants nearby and never had a good experience. I went today, and the girl who took my order barely spoke English. I was curious and asked if they had almond milk tea, she said we have almond milk, I then asked if they had honeydew milk tea, she said we have honey green tea lol Lastly, I ordered a pearl milk tea and asked for extra sugar bc I usually get 140% at the Mineola location for my husband, she said we only do 100%, which is fine. I ordered 4 drinks (3 pearl milk tea & a honey green tea), and while they were making my drinks, she was making fun of my request to another girl in Mandarin. Enough said. Although the drinks were good, I still dislike this location.

Dropped into this Gong Cha to pick up some bubble tea on the way home. Just wanted to comment on how seriously they take COVID precautions at this location ... the entire order and pickup counter has a clear plastic barrier separating the employees from the customers. Kudos for making such an effort.

My friends and I were really jonesing for a bubble tea treat. Gong Cha has some tea classics and some innovative toppings. I wouldn't say they're the most innovative in the area, but you'll find something to enjoy. Their boba has a good texture, and their drinks aren't overly sweet. What more can you ask for? I enjoyed my earl grey with boba this afternoon! I look forward to the next one, too.

Came back again in under a week, and there was no line again! Ordered Pearl Milk Tea and Strawberry Green Tea with pearls today. Got my drinks in under 5 minutes!!! They're using the app, Fivestars to gather points so you can get a free drink at 50 points. If you sign up, you can get $1 off a drink.

15% off not applied for holiday- which is Good Friday today- is not federal holiday!

Location: second floor Gong Cha - looks nice as we just walk in. Drink: bubble is extremely hard- can not chew it - like a rubber band! Service: not sure why they told me 15% off from LN 138 is applicable because today Good Friday is considered as federal holiday! He told me to Google it , it is holiday even if I have receipt from next door restaurant LN 138 doesn't count! We thought Gong Tea should be as good as expected like other chain stores, but this one just disappointed me! I did not argue with the 15% off even if Good Friday is not considered as federal holiday, but the bubble is so hard and milk tea taste wired.

Medium passion fruit green tea with pearls and coconut jelly and large taro milk tea.

During this hot summer like day, I just wanted some bubble tea. So I decided to give Seamless another chance and placed an order for: Large Taro Milk Tea ($5.50) and Medium Passion fruit green tea ($5.50) with pearls and coconut jelly. Here's the thing with ordering through Seamless: the items listed for ordering does not list or indicate the option to include tapioca pearls. I only realized that when my timely order arrived that the Large Taro Milk Tea did not have tapioca pearls. Recalling the ordering process on Seamless there was no option to choose whether to include the percentage amount of ice, sugar, tapioca pearls, jelly, etc...In addition my drink and a few others did list the pearls and coconut jellies in the order so I am speculating that they are not providing the tapioca tea options on Seamless. Anyhow, my delivery order was dropped off in front of the door, laying there sideways, yet on time. Thankfully the drinks were packaged really well that nothing spilled. It's good to know that there is a bubble tea spot not too far from my place by car so now I have a spot to go. Can't wait for things to return to normal. So far, I am enjoying my green tea even though the ratio of pearls and coconut jelly to the tea is 2:1 as I am writing this.

We stopped by and got a brown sugar tea and a milk tea. The place was empty and service was quick because of that. We missed out on the buy 2, get 1 free because it was Friday. The tea tasted good. They still use plastic straws, so I'm worried about the sea turtles having them stuck up their nostrils, but it's not such a bad thing if they are going to snort coke.

New much needed bubble tea spot in Little Neck! Yippee! It's always feels so good when a new bubble tea spot opens, good to have back ups! Stopped by 20 mins prior to closing. It's in a small plaza right on Northern Blvd. Parking can be tough during the day around here but manageable. I decide to try the milk foam dirty brown sugar because it looks and sounds just like Tiger Sugars specialty and bammm, it taste the same to me. They are definitely a little more generous with the sugar so I recommend getting less sugar and possible more ice on this drink. I took off one star because the first sip of a regular drink was just wayyyy too sweet, but I'm sure they will figure this out. The place is super clean, welcoming, all white feel. Love love, love! The service was awesome, the gentleman greeted me upon entering and took my order right away. Service was quick and efficient and staff was friendly! Go Gong Cha!

I'm officially addicted. I've always been a fan of tea parlors and these bubble tea joints but what sets them apart are the variety of flavor options. Gong Cha in Little Neck is the newest addition to the hood solidifying Little Neck as the go to hot spot for Asian cuisine. Since it's Grand opening on Monday, I've been here everyday. Yes, obsessed! Here's why: -they make my favorite Passion Fruit Green Tea, and guess what, it tastes like tea! Not just the syrup and sugar. I love that I can adjust the sugar level and ice especially for a drink like this. -Oreo Milkshake coming soon! This is the one rare bubble tea joint where they make some familiar American style drinks so something for everyone, even my pickiest. -forget the others, Gong Cha makes a Dirty Brown Sugar Milk Tea that's sure to please. The lactose free foam and the salted caramel mixed with brown sugar -BAM! An instant favorite. If you like sweet, this is da bomb. I ordered it with 50% sugar only and it was still awesome. -Earl Grey 3 J's. That is three kinds of jelly! Loved it. Like a jelly dessert in a cup. And did I tell you I love Earl Grey tea? I do. My drink could've used more EG and less jelly but not complaining, it was a first try for me. The staff here is very friendly and Emmett who I've seen twice thus far, was very helpful in offering suggestions and in taking my order accurately. Since this is their first week, be a little patient. There's only two people working, which they probably could use a third. This week anyway. As the people come in groups, the orders are a little slow to complete. Also with the Grand Opening deal, Buy one get one 50% off, everyone's sure to order more. I've totally taken advantage of this deal. The spot could use a few more seats, maybe bar stools as the tables take up so much space. And credit cards accepted! Just meet the $10 minimum.

When I walked in, I only got a quick "hi" and wasn't really acknowledged until after another customer was helped. To be fair, there was only one employee working and she seemed to be doing her best, so this felt more like a management issue than an employee problem. The biggest disappointment was being told they were out of the white/yogurt sauce after I already paid for the momos. That sauce is kind of essential to the dish, so it made the experience feel incomplete. Inventory and communication could definitely be improved. The deal was advertised as 16 it was closer to 18. The atmosphere also felt very empty and quiet. I honestly think this place would benefit from more community events, poetry nights, music, or something to bring more life and energy into the space. I still appreciate what they're trying to do and I do want to support small culturally diverse businesses. There's potential here, but right now the experience feels a bit subpar and unpolished. I'd still come back in the future to see if things improve.

They even have board games for customers, so it's an appropriate spot if you'd like to chill with your friends! I went with my friend and we got the Veggie Momo ($12), the Paneer Momo ($13) and drinks. The Momos are shareable and each order has 8 pcs, along with hot sauce, sweet chili sauce and a yogurt sauce for dips. My favorite dip was the sweet chili sauce. I was pretty excited for the Paneer Momos and they didn't disappoint me. We also got the Iced Passion Fruit Green Tea and the Kulfi Falooda Milk Tea with Boba ($8.85, you need to pay an extra $1 for the Boba). I tried the Kulfi Falooda and it had strong floral flavors that felt a bit overpowering for me. It didn't taste bad and was definitely a new experience. Once the ice melted, it diluted the drink and then tasted better.
