This place is horrible. Avoid, bad drinks and bad attitude. Ordered a Okinawa black sugar latte from their menu - no tea taste so I went back. The manager (Xiaobao) started arguing with me that their lattes are only milk containing drinks with no tea. I pointed out this was misleading and lattes usually contain coffee or in this context should contain tea. At this point I asked if I could just replace it with a milk tea or even just add some tea. He refused and said it was my fault for ordering the drink and not knowing it had no tea. I just spent over five dollars on sugar water with some milk. What a ridiculous place. As an aside, I also ordered a plain iced black tea which was mediocre at best also. All this could have been resolved with about ten cents worth of tea. I'm a big fan of bubble tea however I did not have a good experience here. Horrible tapioca and even worse straw. It was so difficult to drink my classic bubble tea because the tapioca balls kept getting stuck in the straw. I tried every way possible to drink my bubble tea and it led to a lot of it spilling out. Coco bubble tea is one of the best bubble teas around since their milk tea uses nondairy milk, and I go there a lot. Their prices are steeper than some other bubble tea stores, but I get my drinks within a minute or two of ordering, always. Such speedy and great customer service! read more

I've come here multiple times to fulfill my daily needs of bubble tea simply because this Coco bubble tea shop is amazing. The vibrant lighting, cleanliness, as well as the roomy area places this Coco a tier higher than the ones I've been to. While it could be said that there are no seats, there's room to sit in next door if you want to chill with friends. I usually order a large bubble milk tea with 50% sugar 50% ice and they'll have it done before I'm even done paying for my order. On cold days, I've tried their hot bubble milk tea and that in itself is also amazing. Customer service here is impeccable and I've never had an encounter with any sort of bad attitude. All in all, I'm eager to say that with a combination of amazing drinks and great customer service, this Coco is one of my top 5 bubble tea spots and I will definitely keep on visiting. read more

I actually never really liked boba tea before coming to coco (I went to gongcha and kungfu tea before this). The reason why I like boba now is because of coco. They have fruity teas that are mixed with yakult which tastes SO GOOD. I always get fresh tea to go, and they also have very fast service. I think they sometimes do discount events too where sometimes you can buy one drink and get the other one 50% off. Very nice place I will definitely be coming again. read more

Love this place! I live nearby so I always swing by and buy myself a Lemon Winter Melon Tea with lychee jelly. In regards to sweetness, that would depend on the customer themselves. I assume many people are not aware of the option to adjust sweetness or simply go for no sugar; for me, their regular sweetness level is perfect. Also, I've called before and they can make drinks for you before you get to the store! It's super convenient and the service is great. They always welcome you when you walk in and offered suggestions when I wasn't sure what to order. I was introduced to the current fruit tea promotion they have going on and a while back, I was recommended to try the Hoji bubble MT! Went there and got for large bubble Tea and they were being stingy with everything, the tapiocas, the lychee jelly, and we politely asked if they can add a little more because we're spending $5.75 for each drink and they gave such little toppings. They were giving attitude and being rude. They said "oh I don't care, as long as it tastes good" and then ended up turning their back on us and ignored us. read more
