In spite of my being very angry when she took the curlers out, it was absolutely beautiful. As she said, it was very soft, just curly enough, and I could style it anyway I wanted, be it curly or a soft style. She told me she knew what she was doing and she was so right. I get compliments almost every day. As I said, I got very angry at her and left angry. Do you think she'd welcome me back? I'm afraid to let anyone else do my hair.

I booked an appointment and…read moreexplained to the person on the phone that I had previously had chunks of my hair bright pink and that I wanted to do a color correction back to chocolate brown she said she would dye my whole head with dark brown dye and i would be fine, within a week the pieces that were pink were red and the rest of my hair was dark brown and it was super noticeable and I had called her and asked if she could fix it and she said to come in, and when I did I had explained to her that since my hair had been bleached so many times that it had lost it's natural pigmentation meaning she would need to use a filler color first and then go over it with the final color again so that it doesn't fade red. And she ignored me and proceeded to dye the red pieces jet black and I simply asked if she was going to put a filler color in once again and she said "who told you about filler color? Are you a cosmetologist?" And I was honestly shocked and just said no and she proceeded to do my hair the way she wanted. Within a week later my hair was red again.
