When I called, I was told I would be charged the full $150 as a new client, but that the price would be adjusted once they saw my lashes since I really just needed a fill. I regularly get my lashes filled every 2 weeks, and due to an emergency with my regular lash tech, I needed a quick appointment before leaving for a cruise. The service itself took about an hour, which is exactly what I expected for a fill, but I was still charged the full $150 with no adjustment. If the pricing had matched what was explained on the phone, I would have had no issue and would gladly leave a 5-star review. Kelly's work was great, but the lack of transparency and follow-through on pricing left me dissatisfied with the overall experience.

Inside the nail salon it was very busy that day (on a Thursday morning/afternoon), but it was organized in such a way that it was very efficiently handled and everyone looked to be having a great time. Titus was the nail artist who did my pedicure and Connie was the nail artist who did my sister's pedicure and her nails. My pedicure turned out beautifully and I had a fantastic experience. He told me he was a Redken educator that taught in Australia & has worked in a few different states. Ty lighten my hair, layered/textured & trim the ends. I'm very happy with my salon experience-- I have not changed salons in 10 years (I'm from the Bay Area). I'm always worried when I get a haircut, but Ty gave me an excellent haircut & experience. Besides being a great hair stylist, he has an interesting story. I left feeling inspired about life & being in a new state. I would definitely come back to this salon.
