No strip mall. No room full of people on a mail assembly line. I only visit this area, but I will wish they were in my hometown. Friendly, kind, professional. Over the years, I've had the occasion to visit for various treatments and have never left disappointed. However, my greatest rating is about the excellent customer service. For a bridal get together, we booked over 10 people and changed it everyday until the final morning. They were so accommodating and handled the onslaught of women in a fun way. Bait and switch! Came for a $59 massage since my wife booked a massage and haircut the same time. The massage was nice but when I came out to pay, I was informed it was $85 instead of $59 because I had deep tissue. News to me. The only conversation I had with therapist was that I knew my wife (whom had just finished) liked a lighter pressure and I preferred more pressure. As I said, it was an okay massage, but it was nowhere near what I would consider a deep tissue massage. I didn't want to make a scene while my wife was still there getting her services and, frankly, I was shocked and caught completely off guard. read more

I went in with quite a challenge, my hair was a mess after taking care of it myself for over a year. I had an appointment but had no idea what stylist was going to get this challenge. Amber was my stylist and she was immediately pleasant and did not make me feel embarrassed for my current mess. She worked with me on both cut and color options instead of going with whatever she thought was best which is what you get in some places. Amber worked very fast yet with obvious skill as she cut, highlighted and low lighted my hair. I was very pleased with the outcome and with Amber. The service staff that not only made my appointment but checked me out seemed to be very competent and pleasant as well. It has now been several weeks since Lauren CUT OFF my hair and left it jagged, butchered, uneven and I don't know if there is even a name for it. At this rate it will be a very long time for my hair to reach a point where I can fix the disaster that she created. You just can't imagine!! Every time I look at it I just have to wonder what world she was living in at the time. Personality she has, but it means nothing if she can't give a good cut. Please be cautious and don't go through the nightmare I experience every day I look at my hair. True, with a curling iron (which will burn my hair and cause other problems), it is a little more presentable. That is my only saving grace. My only course of action now is to deal with it and hope it grows really really fast, which it isn't going to do. read more

I have been doing business with Brent Allan Salon for several years now and I have had a lot of services, all of them performed to my desires and with professionalism. Brenda does my hair and I absolutely love her! She did my first cut a new way and it was perfect for thin fine, hair so stylish! I had an eyelash extension done, and that was so pretty and relaxing. She has a certain type of foot spa that uses infrared light to kill germs etc. The whole compound is lovely. The oak trees, the awning going in is grand, the hair and nail area is beautiful with a tall glass fountain with soothing water sounds, then you take a deck out to the spa area where you are smothered in luxury, beautiful towels, gentle aromas and very relaxing music played softly in the background. As to covid-19 everything is wiped down after each customer. Brenda always wears a mask, and I assume since Brenda is the boss that every detail is taken to insure a safe environment at each station. They even offer snacks and drinks free,and jewelry for sale, and Paul Mitchel products often on special. read more

Received a gift card. Went in for a spa DAY. When I phoned, the person helped me choose a few services. So I had a body scrub, massage, facial and manicure pedi set up. First off, if you've never had a body scrub, what a treat. Really, do it ASAP. Massage therapist, Connie, was fabulous. Nail techs were great as well. I move a lot and am always nervous finding a new salon. Jamie has cut and colored my hair now. She also did my spray tan for my wedding. I cannot say enough how much I love her work in everything she has done! She is so talented and genuinely sweet!! You will not be upset with your results here! I'm really nervous whenever I have someone new do my blonde hair because I've had bad color jobs before, but Jamie did AMAZING and it was perfect for my wedding!! This is the worst spa I've ever visited. Very unprofessional employees who absolutely don't care about customer satisfaction. I had a green peel done that did nothing to my face although they assured me it will take care of my concerns. They charged me for products that were necessary to achieve results, but they didn't have one of them and despite my several phone calls, never provided it to me. I paid for something I never got! Kelley is the worst employee there, full of lies and she even asked for gratuity. The owner doesn't care either, so just avoid them, don't waste your time and money. I also reported them to Better Business Bureau, because the way they treat customers is not acceptable. Wouldn't recommend them to anybody. read more
