Boarding - Easy process. Make sure to sign the waiver before arriving. Bathrooms nearby. Captain nearby to assist getting on the boat. Ride - The ride starts off slow. As a boaters daughter, I didn't mind that part at all, but it's not for everyone. It was very relaxing taking off, the music was great and it was a very smooth ride. We were able to see a baby bull shark do a 360 out of the water, many birds and a dolphin. They can't guarantee that you'll see something - It's totally out of their control! If anything, go with the mindset that you might not see anything and be pleasantly surprised if you do! Captains - Our captains, Speedy and Kris, did a great job. Speedy was awesome - Attentive and very friendly. Gave us a cute souvenir which we will cherish forever. Seating - My only true "complaint" is that for the amount of people, there wasn't enough seating. They have suspended nets at the front of the boat which I enjoyed, but for someone with chronic pain, it may be incredibly uncomfortable if those are the only seats left. There was enough space to sit away from others, but hurts the body/buttocks/back after a while. Overall, even without the animal sightings, it would have been a very relaxing cruise. I would 10/10 recommend if you're the type of person who enjoys sitting back and relaxing.

We had a GREAT time!! We were supposed to go sooner this week but the damn rain kept ruining our time! But we went to the beach and our friend had a random thought about doing a catamaran and so she found this place. It was the best random decision we've made all week lol!! The crew was so cool and inclusive! They're so awesome and I feel like we'll be back super soon lol!! Definitely do better than we did showing up 20 minutes before time to leave; we barely made it and they were nice enough to wait (probably because the rest of the peeps on board were chill, thank you!!)

Kris and Nate were absolutely amazing captains! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make sure our group was safe, comfortable, and having the best time. We set sail right into the sunset, and it felt magical--dolphins swimming alongside us, great music playing, and the perfect vibe for unwinding after a beach day. The catamaran itself was spacious with plenty of comfortable lounge spots, room to move around, and even convenient restrooms below deck. Everything about the setup made us feel like first-class celebrities. What made it even better was that it was a Sunday evening cruise--it was the perfect way to close out an epic day at the beach without a single thought of Monday creeping in. Captain Kris was awesome, Speedy was awesome, the views were awesome. My only complaints are that there are far too many people and too few seats. This makes for an uncomfortable 2 hour ride, especially if you have any back/neck/hip issues. The first 45-1 hour drags as there isn't much to see, which isn't their fault. Once we hit Houseboat Cut, it was much more enjoyable, but by that point our backs were ready to break in half from holding ourselves upright, and we're only 23! Overall, I'd still recommend going, but I'd look for a smaller tour at a similar price point first. read more

The only reason it gets 3 stars is because of the cost. At $60 it's semi reasonable. The sunset sail is "2" hours yea right It takes 20 min to get off the dock, they take you out into a river you sail maybe 40 min if your lucky and they motor you back. The 2nd mate wouldn't shut up. I just wanted to relax on the boat and instead I had to Listen to lame jokes and crap about bird species. I just wanted a relaxing sunset sail. Just know what your getting in to. $60 for cheap commentary and 40 min of sailing read more

Sunset cruise is a must do while visiting Cocoa Beach. Captains Ritchie and Greg were very accommodating. Guests can be hands on with raising sails and sailing to their own playlist of music. The timing was perfect for getting out to see the sunset. I will definitely be sailing with them again when back in the area. read more

We had a wonderful time on the Sunset Catamaran Sail by Sail Cocoa Beach yesterday! Captain Kevin and First Mate Jason made everyone feel welcome and educated us about the dolphins, plants, and boats. The captain's sense of humor and the nice music added to everyone's enjoyment. Although we didn't see the sunset because of the clouds, we were happy that the storms had stopped and the tour had not been cancelled. This is a very family-friendly tour that was enjoyable by all ages that ranged from 6 to 70-something. Other nice features were 1) plenty of parking at the marina, 2) restrooms on the ships, 3) soda and snacks included. 4) over 2 hours on the water 5) a covering to get under if it rained, and 6) a nice restaurant (Dolphins) nearby to eat or drink at after the boat tour. read more

We really enjoyed the sunset cruise with a few other couples from our condo last night! The boat is perfect and spacious with 2 bathrooms. We had a wonderful crew of John and Don that pointed out beautiful birds and we saw numerous dolphins! This is something I would love to do again when we are in the area. I'm sure every trip is unique and sunsets never get old! We went with our parents and friends on the private tour this past weekend. What an incredible time we had! We brought some drinks with us and enjoyed cocktails while sailing through Cape Canaveral and out into the ocean, down to the Cocoa Beach pier and back. It was overcast, but that didn't stop us from having fun. We were fortunate enough to see some dolphins, which is an added bonus if they happen to be nearby. I even raised the sail and drove the boat. Ritchey and Greg with very accommodating as captains, hosts, tour guides, and bar tenders :-) We had so much fun, my parent's haven't stopped talking about it since we got back. We will be returning again the next time we have company in town. read more

We went out for my moms birthday and I can't even begin to tell you how much fun we had. I think what made it even better were the men who worked on the boat. They offered us sodas and snacks, made the safety rules clear and we didn't feel awkward about making ourselves at home. They offered to take photos of us to capture the moment, and my friend brought drinks on board and he kept offering to grab her another. I'm beyond happy with our experience. read more

I went on the Sunset tour with my boyfriend and mother. It was a great ride, we even saw a few dolphins. Captain had snacks, and non-alcoholic drinks to keep us hydrated. I also helped the captain raise the sail. It was a great time. I recommend 100 percent!! read more

They ran out of bacon and sausage and it was supposed to be a brunch which they closed up rather quickly instead of leaving it open for the duration of the trip, but it was it took a really long time to get a frozen drink where the bartender continue to serve everyone else that was in line 1st, so she could reduce the length of the line versus stopping and making a piña colada which mind me I was first in line. The captain was extremely rude, screaming at a boat that was passing us on the wrong side when he was getting ready to dock, he could've handled that better, and he also screamed at a 97-year-old woman that was in the front of the boat world to move because she was in his way. Luckily, the lady was hard of hearing so a family member was able to ask her politely to move over which is something the captain should've done, but he was extremely rude. Thank goodness it was not my mother or he would've gotten an earful. There's a lot of things that they could do to improve this cruise and they should because it's a really nice event to hold for a special occasion or a midnight cruise. They just need to listen to the people that have input and change some things for the better.

Of course wildlife isn't there simply to perform for humans. It's unreasonable to expect any guide to guarantee what or how many species you'll see on a tour. That said, Captain Barry diligently sought out delightful experiences with local wildlife. He found us dolphins hunting fish near bridges and the lock. Manatees foraging on the edges of the canal. Pelicans 'dive-bombing' for fish; herons and more. We also got additional information about local history and the port. The 4-6 person boat is clean, comfortable and well captained. The next day, we sailed to the edge of restricted Kennedy Space Center waters, and watched SpaceX launch a rocket deploying satellites into space. We'd seen a rocket launch last year at the Kennedy Space Center, on the main grounds. This Launch Tour was a MUCH better way to watch. SO much more comfortable and a much better view. After the launch, we expected to go right back to the dock, but Capt. Barry took the time to seek out more dolphins. They came much closer to the boat today than yesterday. So gorgeous. We highly recommend this tour company.

(Forgot to look). Convenient restaurant with amazing key lime pie! Only feedback is there was a problem with our third party booking site getting the information to us the check-in, as there is no one there. Easy call to the staff taken care of in less than 5 minutes. Remove dead plants, also, people sailing through don't always follow "no wake" rules!! Only in the day did we experience that and not that often. This is a new favorite thing to do!!! We plan on returning!

Buyer beware! I had a five night stay booked at this property in one of the townhomes. When I…read morearrived, I immediately realized that the home was not as clean as it should have been. The furniture was grossly stained, the bed in the master bedroom was so rickety that even a small amount of pressure caused the whole thing to sway, Lightbulbs were blinking in the master bathroom, and dead bugs were on the floor. I immediately called their guest services number and spoke with a gentleman who was actually quite helpful and compassionate about the situation. I sent them the same photos. I have posted below, and they agreed that the property should not have been in that condition. They offered to show me a Condo which was smaller as an alternative. When we toured it prior to deciding if we would stay or not, we saw the same issues with gross stains on the furniture, and gooey smudges on the wall. We refuse to accept that as an alternative, as it was not at all an improvement. Their final attempt at providing a solution was at a newer property, which was nice in terms of its condition, but it was farther away from where we needed to stay making the drive inconvenient for us. It was also a two bedroom apartment when we had five people and two dogs on our booking. Because I booked through hotels.com, the property refused to work with me directly on the issues and told me it had to go through the booking agent. I requested a refund through hotels.com on Sunday, and it was not until Thursday that the property even bothered to reply and offered a 25% refund for a trip that I never even took. Their customer service agents are like gatekeepers and refused to allow you to speak to upper management. They only divert you back to hotels.com, which I understand from a policy perspective, but from a customer service perspective, it leaves much to be desired. I believe that because they offered me options, none of which were good ones, they believe they did not need to provide me with a refund. Just know that if you choose to book here, that if something goes wrong, you will likely not be compensated. We did not stay a single night and left within hours of checking in. They still believe a refund was not needed. Find anywhere else to stay but here.

This gym cafe doesn't stand a chance to survive. The doctor is smart & kind; she deserves better chairs & a quieter area for her patrons. Put up a curtain if need be! Now it's like an ultra corporate military boot camp; no longer fun & relaxing. Were stalked by the phone militant towel gal. It's as if you committed a crime texting your boss. Some of us are working while there; we're working 'On Call' & are "required" to check our messages. It's 2026: people must WORK! It's boot camp chastising by one female lacking people skills; always acts stressed/annoyed; like she doesn't like her job & can't wait to go home. Please remove her from weekend shifts. She wants to rush us out of there. Many members notice this. Have none of the Managers or Supervisor's noticed how she talks to members in locker rooms? It's as if we are an imposition to her rolling her towel cart around. The other gal Claudia, with short dark hair & glasses is awesome. We resent being babysat. Were accomplished adults & it's an invasion of privacy. I don't need to be asked if I'm done with my towel! When done, I put it in the cart! She needs to leave members alone please. . We do not want to be micro-managed by this one towel gal. It's too aggressive & controlling.

Hands down the best 2-3 hour boat tour in the Cocoa Beach area. The multiple dolphin sightings started about 30 seconds after we launched and continued throughout the duration of the trip. We also spotted a couple of sting rays and several types of birds. However, the real value is with Captain Kevin and First Mate Kurt. These two guys provided more information in 2 hours than most college professor do in a full semester! Both guys are Navy Veterans with a vast amount of knowledge surrounding the intercostal waterway system and all things sailing. The trip is worth every penny of the $60 fee. I would recommend the trip at High Noon....you get the boat all to yourself while everyone else eats lunch. Satisfied New Yorker read more

Chris and his crew were awesome! Super knowledgeable and a ton of fun. Saw a toooon of manatees, birds and a few dolphins. Super chill vibe w good music. It's a catamaran so you're not packed onto a covered boat sitting next to a bunch of people like many of the other tours are. You can get up and roam around the boat. That's the main reason I picked this tour, it's more intimate. You can lounge wherever and there's even bean bags! There is a covered area if you don't want to be exposed to the sun.
