We had a great time with him and even booked again the same evening to go back out and watch the Falcon 9 launch. That was absolutely amazing!! I highly recommend this if there is a launch when you are visiting the area. The boat is very clean, well maintained and a super smooth ride. We could have stayed out there all day with him.

The captain (Ian) is very knowledgeable and able to tell us exactly what we can and can't keep and has been doing this kind of stuff pretty much his whole life. He found us some great spots, and went above and beyond during the trip. Highlight of the trip was when he helped us snag a large bull shark! They were great about telling us what we needed to do, but letting us actually do it. We actually hooked a second one, but it ended up snapping the line on that one. They filleted what we caught as soon as we got back to the pier and we were able to get it cooked right away at the restaurant at the pier, and took home the rest of what we weren't going to eat. This was my first experience deep sea fishing. This was, by far, the best fishing trip I could have asked for and set a VERY high bar for any future fishing trips to follow in the future.

I would recommend this to anybody from out of town or any local resident. Lots of information for any age group. They were also very helpful to a group member who got sea sick. A+ in my book! It was the cheapest and surely not the most expensive. But, we were pleasantly surprised with the accommodations and the cleanliness. It was ready for everything fully stocked in the kitchen including a dishwasher. Kudos whoever choose the bedding. What a great nights sleep!! What kind of pillows are on the bed!!!! (Forgot to look). Convenient restaurant with amazing key lime pie! Only feedback is there was a problem with our third party booking site getting the information to us the check-in, as there is no one there. Easy call to the staff taken care of in less than 5 minutes. Remove dead plants, also, people sailing through don't always follow "no wake" rules!! Only in the day did we experience that and not that often. This is a new favorite thing to do!!! We plan on returning!

Buyer beware! I had a five night stay booked at this property in one of the townhomes. When I…read morearrived, I immediately realized that the home was not as clean as it should have been. The furniture was grossly stained, the bed in the master bedroom was so rickety that even a small amount of pressure caused the whole thing to sway, Lightbulbs were blinking in the master bathroom, and dead bugs were on the floor. I immediately called their guest services number and spoke with a gentleman who was actually quite helpful and compassionate about the situation. I sent them the same photos. I have posted below, and they agreed that the property should not have been in that condition. They offered to show me a Condo which was smaller as an alternative. When we toured it prior to deciding if we would stay or not, we saw the same issues with gross stains on the furniture, and gooey smudges on the wall. We refuse to accept that as an alternative, as it was not at all an improvement. Their final attempt at providing a solution was at a newer property, which was nice in terms of its condition, but it was farther away from where we needed to stay making the drive inconvenient for us. It was also a two bedroom apartment when we had five people and two dogs on our booking. Because I booked through hotels.com, the property refused to work with me directly on the issues and told me it had to go through the booking agent. I requested a refund through hotels.com on Sunday, and it was not until Thursday that the property even bothered to reply and offered a 25% refund for a trip that I never even took. Their customer service agents are like gatekeepers and refused to allow you to speak to upper management. They only divert you back to hotels.com, which I understand from a policy perspective, but from a customer service perspective, it leaves much to be desired. I believe that because they offered me options, none of which were good ones, they believe they did not need to provide me with a refund. Just know that if you choose to book here, that if something goes wrong, you will likely not be compensated. We did not stay a single night and left within hours of checking in. They still believe a refund was not needed. Find anywhere else to stay but here.

This is what this small area should be for! We all have a life & need to communicate. The chairs screech when moved. Please do something! We need a place to sit and communicate. The cafe is too loud and the chairs screeching across the floor is hideous. Not a nice atmosphere; much too noisy and chaotic. The hospital cafeteria is 1,000 times more pleasant and has comfortable booths and no loud, screeching chairs or loud meetings or people on obnoxious speaker phones. This is not a Cafe! This gym cafe doesn't stand a chance to survive. The doctor is smart & kind; she deserves better chairs & a quieter area for her patrons. Put up a curtain if need be! Now it's like an ultra corporate military boot camp; no longer fun & relaxing. Were stalked by the phone militant towel gal. It's as if you committed a crime texting your boss. Some of us are working while there; we're working 'On Call' & are "required" to check our messages. It's 2026: people must WORK! It's boot camp chastising by one female lacking people skills; always acts stressed/annoyed; like she doesn't like her job & can't wait to go home. Please remove her from weekend shifts. She wants to rush us out of there. Many members notice this. Have none of the Managers or Supervisor's noticed how she talks to members in locker rooms? It's as if we are an imposition to her rolling her towel cart around. The other gal Claudia, with short dark hair & glasses is awesome. We resent being babysat. Were accomplished adults & it's an invasion of privacy. I don't need to be asked if I'm done with my towel! When done, I put it in the cart! She needs to leave members alone please. . We do not want to be micro-managed by this one towel gal. It's too aggressive & controlling.

The boardwalks and beach access points are sturdy and well constructed. Bathrooms are available at the entrance to the beach access points. Overall, one of the best beaches I've been to in Florida. An added bonus is that it's not overly crowded and parking is plentiful! :)

We had a fantastic time on the boat tour in the Space Coast area! The crew was excellent, providing great beverages and snacks. Captain Mark did a fabulous job as a tour guide, offering insightful explanations about the sights. The highlight was seeing the massive cruise ships up close and catching a glimpse of the SpaceX equipment, including a booster and drone barge. Highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting the area. Five stars all the way! read more

Captain Mark made our day and our night. In the day time we took a private tour around the Banana River. We saw a manatee and a dolphin. He allowed my kiddos to drive. The fact that he got my teenager off the phone and had her enjoy the boat ride was amazing. He was kind and informative. We ended up taking a night tour to enjoy the bioluminescent tour and we loved it. I recommend anyone visiting to take that night tour with him! read more

I later learned that there are better locations nearby for seeing the bioluminescence. One of the reasons I chose this company was because their website advertised that they were the only bioluminescence tour in Cocoa Beach offering clear kayaks. Research after the tour shows several companies in Cocoa Beach that offer clear kayak bioluminescence tours. When I tried to book the clear kayak tour online, the website wasn't working properly, so I had to call to make my reservation. During that call, I specifically requested the clear kayak tour. The representative confirmed that the launch location closest to me offered clear kayaks and booked the reservation. When we arrived for the tour at the scheduled time, there were no clear kayaks. The tour guide immediately told us they don't use clear kayaks at that location. After the tour, I contacted the company to explain what had happened. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, the owner told me I had never requested a clear kayak tour and claimed it was my fault for booking the wrong tour. That directly contradicts the conversation I had with their representative when making the reservation. Mistakes happen, and I would have been much more understanding if the company had simply acknowledged the booking error. Instead, I was given incorrect information when booking and then blamed for their mistake afterward. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

The funnest part was going through the mangrove tunnels! That was a barrel of laughs as we moved through "Tarzan style", that is, grabbing the branches and pulling yourself and your kayak through! My son was in the back of the kayak doing the work, while I was taking pics or videotaping, so I had to be careful of the rogue branch to the head! But it wasn't a problem, and I enjoyed myself immensely. When it got dark, we each put our nets (given to us to borrow) in the water, and the bottom of my net was glowing! It was a bio jellyfish or something, clear, and the size of a golf ball! While my son paddled, I would just hold the handle, with the net in the water, and I would catch 2 or 3 or 4 glowing, squishy balls! Wow, that was cool! It was a full moon, but we still got to experience some of the bio, with our net and our paddles pushing through the water. There were mosquitos, but Cocoa Kayaking supplies you with a lot of repellent to put on at the start, along with a life jacket. When you arrive, there's this building with a restaurant/bar inside, that's the only bathrooms there are, but Cocoa Kayaking will meet you not in a building, but way across the parking lot toward the water, you'll see a big truck and trailer with lots of kayaks on it. Our guide was super cool, very friendly, and always a bunch of interesting stories to tell, he was one of the best parts of the trip! And in general, I really just love to kayak, and the waters were calm, and the weather was perfect, so everything went great and I would def do it again! Oh, don't worry if you can't swim, a bunch of the trip, if you fell out, the water would only go to your knees. But you can't tell while you are kayaking, it feels like it could be 10 feet deep throughout most of the trip. But it wasn't. We also saw a stingray our guide picked up for us. So neat!! Oh, they also give you bags to put your stuff in the boat with you, so your stuff doesn't get wet. We brought water bottles but didn't stop to drink them, tho it was 80 degrees out. Never even thought of it. Don't forget your deet! (I was the only one who got bit - there were 5 of us--after putting on their stuff and my deet spray, and it was only 1 mosquito, with 2 + hours on the water. But it was on my knee, after I rolled up my jeans past my knees and never put any spray or lotion there.) Also, you can pay a little extra to have the guide to yourself (up to 10 people), or you can pay a little less, but they might add some strangers to your trip, also, up to 10 people. In our group there were us 5, another couple, and a single guy. Plenty of room for everyone, except for those in the back might not have heard everything the guide was saying, which was interesting and funny.
