The theater are small for less than 30 people that is very good you won't have to listen the noise how are eating and drinking other people . They have a nice bar with bar seats and more seats on the side for big parties. The parking with validation is $3.00 during weekdays I don't know how much is on the weekends. Always ask the attendant at the entrance of the parking , because they charge more. Shortly after, since it was never my plan to stay, I left to pick up another one of my children from practice. I was called on my way to be informed that the group was removed from their seats because they saw me leave. These aren't rowdy teenagers and it was clear I gave them consent to watch this movie. While I understand the spirit of the policy, these aren't small children- they are young men hoping to watch a movie during a summer night with friends supporting theaters, instead of streaming something at home. It seemed the young manager was keen on enforcing the rule to the point of reimbursing my money for the tickets. All of this seemed so unnecessary for an 8:30pm movie on a Thursday night. Sadly, the theatre wasn't even packed for a new release. Probably should have been our first clue. On the bright side, the boys took an Uber to CocoWalk and were welcomed to the theatre without issue. It was just an unfortunate experience that didn't need to be.

There are no concessions, but the event sponsors didn't have a problem with people bringing in food. I don't know if renovations are being done, but upstairs and some stairs were closed. The rest rooms are on the second floor, I didn't see an elevator.
