I need to update my review since I have been going in here often as is is convenient to the King Soopers and UPS store, both which I use every day. Although I was skeptical at first, the new owners have done a fantastic job on the liquor store. It is so clean and well stocked, and very organized. It's an impressive store now! They now have more competitive pricing, and the owners are all very nice, and try so hard. They have done a great job here, and I really like it now. Give it another try! read more

This is easily ... the worst most unfriendly rude store I think we've ever been in in Colorado, of any kind! Went again yesterday after many months and just as rude and snotty service as before. And we too love that drive through liquor store just around the corner from this and though they're not as deep on inventory I feel GOOD about giving them my money. Great beer, decent wine selection, super friendly knowledgeable staff. Can I please give Negative 5 stars here? Ok, they have parking. 1 star for that. read more

Worst liquor store in evergreen. Highest prices. Unfriendly staff. Would recommend the drive thru in bergan or evergreen liquors even if its out of the way. Would rate a "zero" star if i could. Another Dominoes would be a better use of the retail space. read more

WON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS IF THEY ARE DEFECTIVE AND COULDN'T CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! I wish I could leave zero stars. We live in the neighborhood and have gone here out of convenience. The older woman who is usually there is always rude and doesn't seem to care about helping anyone but I rarely need assistance so it didn't bother me. I buy wine by the case usually, mixing different bottles so I have a variety on hand at all times. Last month I went in and was looking for something different so I asked for help with a pinot noir in the $50 range. I received a recommendation and bought it. We opened the bottle a few weeks later as we worked our way through the 2 cases we bought that day. The bottle of Pinot was corked beyond drinking with clear rot on the cork. Usually not a big deal, just go back to the store and get a replacement, right? WRONG! the bottle still had their price tag on it so it was clear we bought it there but the old lady said "since you didn't buy it this week I can't help you, tough luck, sorry". After trying to explain that we buy cases at a time so we don't always drink a bottle within a week of purchasing she just stared as if she had no comprehension of what was going on and once again said "sorry". I explained that I will take my business to another shop from now on and that I was amazed that she would lose a customer who spends so much in there over not standing behind what she sells. She couldn't have cared less. I love supporting local businesses but I have a level of expectation that they should want to support the local customer too. I had a list of things I was going to buy that was hundreds of dollars and walked out with nothing and will shop elsewhere. It is clear these people do not care about the customer at all. I've been to most other stores in Evergreen and have had amazing customer service, I just go to this shop bc it's close. Never again! I will take my business to someplace that cares about its customers and will stand behind what they sell. Goodbye, Coconuts. The owner(s) does not stand behind the products being sold at all. Despite the dreary atmosphere, lack of selection, and unfriendly staff, I have shopped at this store quite a lot for convenience due to its close proximity to King Soopers grocery store. One of the bottles of wine I recently purchased had gone bad due to a cork malfunction, which became obvious upon opening the bottle at a birthday dinner. Another day I brought the full bottle back to exchange it for a duplicate. I had the receipt in my possession, and the owner was able to note the purchase in her computer system. I explained that the bottle was opened the very same evening of the purchase date. The owner refused to stand behind her product, and she said too bad. She was nasty and sarcastic. She said there are no returns for any reason, including defective product. Stay far away from this place! I am so glad this store is not the only option in town. Although, if it was, I would drive to Denver before ever entering her store again. On the contrary, I have had many great shopping experiences at Evergreen Liquors near Safeway and Bergen Park Liquors near the roundabout. read more

This is easily the best wine shop in evergreen. The shop is small- but in the limited space they've managed to pack an incredible selection of wines. From the inexpensive to some of the best, most difficult to track down bottles. The owner and staff have always been warm and welcoming. We are grateful to have this shop in the neighborhood! read more
