My wife and I are not gluten intolerant, but have enjoyed various Holidaily GF beers at a few places around town, so we decided to check Holidaily out on a recent trip to Golden. Very pleasant customers were happy to meet our husky mix puppy, the bar area was very cute, and the back patio was terrific. There was a tasty looking Mexican food truck, but we had already eaten so just had a couple of beers and fed the pup treats on the patio. Holidaily is basically the only reason I've accepted that gluten-free beer doesn't have to taste like sad carbonated water. It's female-owned, and the seasonal flavors are so good you can actually taste the passion; or maybe that's just the high ABV talking. Either way, it's my favorite spot. ​The bartenders are an absolute vibe and great for a chat, which helps because the place is usually packed. It's a bit of a trek out there, but considering the beer is elite, it's worth the gas money. Plus, they don't just "allow" dogs; I'm pretty sure they'd prefer my dog over me. ​It's the mandatory pit stop before hitting Red Rocks. Grab a flight, snag some tap-fresh cans for later, and hit the food truck so you don't pass out by the second set. 10/10, would drive past ten other breweries just to get here. read more

Don't get me wrong, the beers are good but if you're going in for draft beers be aware! As a newcomer I did not feel welcomed or eager to be spoken too. Cute and kind of hidden little spot with plenty of parking. Staff were very nice, dogs allowed inside, and good list of a variety of all gluten free beers. My favorite had to be the blonde! First time here after having the Riva at a brewery local to Castle Rock. You can sit in or out, and since we had our dog with us, we sat out back on the patio. Lots of seating to choose from, and it was a nice day. There is water for humans and pups in the back room, and our dog enjoyed a large, cold bowl on a warm day. My wife enjoyed two Riva's, while my daughter and I each had a root beer stout, which is a Riva blended with root beer. I thought it was ok, but rather sweet, so I had a regular Riva for my second one. They had a food truck, but we didn't end up eating. Service was friendly inside and out. We wouldn't hesitate to go back the next time we're in Golden. read more

A dedicated gluten free brewery - sign me up!!!! Usually when i go to breweries I'm in a corner sipping on my flavorless hard seltzer but not at Holidaily brewing!!! They had a variety of beers and all tasted great. They have a nice little seating area inside plus some outdoor seating. They are also pet friendly so bring your dogs and enjoy the chill ambience. The service is friendly and quick. We got a flight and they brought it out to our table. They have a dedicated gluten free food trucks outside for everyone to enjoy. ABSOLUTELY LOVE! I have been gluten free my whole life & this was the first time I had good gluten free beer. It made me so happy. The beer was delicious. The food truck has the best gluten free nachos too. It was so nice to know everything was gluten free and didn't need to worry about it since I'm celiac. Planned on going for a hike nearby, got rained out so went searching for a place where we could bring the doggo - cue Holidaily! They allow dogs inside and outside which is a huge plus for us (and many folx in CO, I reckon). Staff is super friendly and it seems they have a good amount of happening ons throughout the week, plus a pretty solid happy hour! Our dog can be wary of strangers but she was good with all the employees, which = good vibes. The beers and kombucha were unique, tasty, and gotta love the fact their gluten free. My only qualm is that they don't offer any non-beer alcoholic options. My husband can't do beer for health reasons and so we have a strong preference for places with a seltzer or hard kombucha option. Maybe someday?? Either way I'll be back with the doggo :) read more

This is a great brewery on the outskirts of Golden, right along Highway 93. I have been here a few times and have had their beers at local restaurants, and I always enjoy what I've tried! Holidaily is a must if you're looking for gluten free beer options. The brewery itself has plenty of convenient parking, and Friday-Sunday they have a food truck in the parking lot (gluten free too!). They post the schedule online if you're looking for something specific. Inside, there are some tables and bar seating. This is a great spot for yourself or for a group. The bartenders are always super nice and the service is great. The interior is always very clean as well. I love the different options they have on tap and when they change seasonally. I always like the Blonde Ale, and the house-made root beer (non-alcoholic) is delicious! As someone who has a barley allergy and gluten intolerant this place was my Mecca. I have not had a decent gluten free beer in awhile. The gluten beer market is typically a miss but holidaily brewing figured a few things out. My husband and I both ordered a flight to drink while we hung out for a hour or so. My husband got the flagship flight and I created my own. Some of our favorites were Fat Randy's IPA, Big Henry, and SMASH for Stache. There is a food truck on site if you need some grub. We had eaten before coming here so didn't have anything. Great vibes and great beer so why wouldn't you come here? I had to wait to write this review to make certain I wasn't in a new dimension! Eleven 100% gluten-free beers on tap with take home to boot. As a guy with celiac disease, my gastro-life was over. No pizza, no beer, no effing fun. Then I walk in to heaven. Best of all?? 1. Holy crap there's an incredibly sexy bearded otter-cub behind the bar that's worth the drive to just lay eyes on! WOOF! 2. We decided to come here after hiking some of the trails in Golden and have decided this is our new go to visit when we are in the area. The beer is good when compared to any beer, not just good gluten free beer. If you are gluten free, then you know what I mean. The set up is pretty typical to a brewery where they have plenty of outdoor picnic tables outside in addition to some outside seating. The day we went was about 65*, so perfect for enjoying their outdoor picnic tables. Seasonally right now they have a pumpkin ale, which has just the right amount of fall flavors; the pumpkin is not too overpowering. This was just one of the flavors that we were able to try with their tastings. Since it was a Saturday, we were lucky enough to enjoy one of the food trucks that parks outside the brewery on the weekends. Dedicated Bistro & Bakery is an entirely gluten free food truck. The owners are a husband and wife. They were so kind as to share the flour that they use with me, although I'm not sure I would be able to get it in Indiana. She mentioned that her goal, being gluten free, is to be able to share delicious food that gluten free people normally can't have. This brewery couldn't get any better! I recently found out I have Celiac and as a huge beer lover I was very upset to give up that part of my life but after finding Holidaily I don't have to! We got the "all in" flight which is all 12 beers on tap for around $25 (definitely worth it). Each one of these tasted exactly like their type of beer (IPA, stout, blonde, etc). You would never know they were all gluten free. They also have only GF food trucks on the weekend that I can't wait to try! We sat on the back patio and the bartender walked us through their brewery and explained their process and where they brew everything. He also sat down and gave me GF recommendations!! Smaller brewery. Hubby and I like to find all the new ones we can as we travel. The Riva Stout descriptions boasts a smooth finish but I'll have to disagree. I wish I could have done a sample. Not a favorite and I love stouts and am a big fan of dark chocolate. Hubby had the grapefruit IPA. Going going gone. He liked it. We will have to come back and try out some others. read more

Agree with the previous Yelpers.... The GF beer selection is a plus. I've had many a beer since moving to this amazing state and can share that these beers are great. I actually am not an IPA gal but Randy's IPA and the Confidence Booster Double IPA have suck a sweet, smooth finish that I almost forgot I was drinking an IPA. Nice job!! If you're a low IBU girl, their Belgian Buckwit, the Glutopia Saison and the Beulah Red are great. Totally an industrial area but with their beers, the great outdoor area and their dedication to brewing, you'll find something here ya like! read more

They had me at Gluten-free! Hands down THE BEST gluten-free beer, tastes like beer not cider! We are beer drinkers and ever since my wife was diagnosed with celiac a big part of our lives went missing until we found Holidaily! My wife grew up in Europe and LOVES dark brews when she found the Rivas stout at Holidaily that was it, we are now Colorado residents! This beer is truly gluten-free, and tastes like heaven. We even contemplated buying a kegerator specifically for this beer. They're not there yet for private kegerators but when they're ready we will line up. The place is clean and super friendly tenders! We sat outside with our dog (back patio is pet friendly) and drank our beers by the fire pit. We were able to hike the north Mesa and walk right over to the brewery for a treat. Definitely a must stop! Even friends who aren't gluten-free love the beer. read more

I forgot what beer tastes like until I walked into the doors of Holidaily Brewery. Being gluten free (celiac) for the 6 years, it's been a struggle to find GOOD beer that is actually gluten free and not just gluten reduced/removed. After moving to the Denver area in May, I knew I had to try Holidaily sooner than later and I am SO glad I did. The tasting room/brewery is smaller but makes it so intimate and easy to talk to your neighbors and meet new people. The staff is friendly and knowledgable to help you find a beer you like before committing to an entire pint. The rotating food trucks they have each day is just icing on the cake! My favorite beer is the Fat Randy IPA and they are constantly rotating beers with seasonal favorites and new brews. I recommend getting a flight so you can try 'em all! The best part of this brewery is I rarely tell people it's gluten free and they're none the wiser. It's THAT good and "normal" tasting. I am partial to IPAs and think it tastes great! I love that you can buy a variety of sizes of beer. You aren't stuck only buying a pint! You can get 5oz portion and flights as well! There is a great GF food truck that is usually there as well! This beer doesn't make you feel sleepy or out of it like regular beers. Some may not know what I am talking about but others will! The first gluten free beer I ever tried was a grocery store bought version years ago and that was the last one I had until last night. I came to Holidaily with few expectations and assumed I wouldn't stay long... again, nope! I stayed and tried every one they had and didn't find a bad beer in the bunch! Even my husband with no food allergies who still drinks regular beer loved Holidaily's brews! If I had three thumbs I'd give it all three, but, alas, two thumbs by will have to suffice. Tried a few different beers, the stout and the hazy ipa were my favorite. I also enjoyed the gose, it was definitely on the more sour side, as far as goses go, very lime juicey. On top, this place had a very strange vibe inside and featured very nonchalant service. The beers we tried (stout and a red IPA) were overly malty for the styles and had very little flavor otherwise. I am still trying to fathom how beer of this quality and at a medium ABV ends up costing over $7 a pint.
