We gave them a call for an estimate on our house. And decided to have them do my boyfriends rental property and Then I thought hey, if they service palm beach county too, I would use them for my rental in boca to trim those trees too! They service from palm beach all the way to Miami ! They quoted us a fair price and we set up a time to trim all 3 properties. Communication was excellent. Never missed a text. Provided details of when they were on property and getting to leave for the next. Sent before and after pictures as well. Great guys. Super nice. Get your popcorn ready for a terrible experience... First, we had agreed to an early move. The owner agreed. We received a call at 8:12am that they were on there way. Then we received another call they wouldnt be at our home until noon because they had another customer they had to tend to. They then showed up at 10:30am, did a pretty lackluster job, and then we confronted, they were unhelpful in fixing the situation. I was offered 10% back as a courtesy, and had to remind them for a week to get the money back. We were crushed with fees and ended up paying 30-40% mroe than anticipated. I appreciate the service they are providing by helping college students, but when workers are saying "hurry up lets go" trying to rush a job complete and not even finished, it leaves you as a customer feeling frustrated and feeling ripped out. TLDR; Hire someone else that is more professional. Side note - Had a friend wanting a mover and purposely told them to go elsewhere. read more

Their work is exceptional. I had quite the job since there were so many heavy clusters of coconuts. When they were finished, they cleaned everything up and it was spotless when they left. Very professional, safety oriented and knowledgeable. I will definitely call them for future need. read more

Really nice, presentable young men came to give me a quote to remove two black olive trees and trim two others. Their quote was in my inbox in 24 hours and was quite reasonable. Unfortunately for them the man who's been doing my yard and trees for 20+ years blew everyone else out of the water. All that being said, if they had beat the price, I would have hired them. These guys work incredibly hard. They were very professional and clear in all communications, both in person and via text. They answered our call for a quote quickly and gave us a reasonable FLAT rate. The weather and some truck maintenance issues delayed them but they came back and finished as promised. From the beginning to end, it was a disaster. These are kids you're hiring not a professional company. Calls and let's me know the move will cost $250 does not mention there will be any additional charges. Scheduled for 9am, they showed up at 10:30am. They didn't organize the box truck correctly so they had to rearrange everything so more can fit and charged me for that time. Entertainment center was stacked vertically which caused damage. Tried to stuff everything into the truck because they brought a "smaller one". I mentioned I needed a tv wrapped and they charged an extra $70 to poorly wrap the items. Then refused to take the tv because it was on a glass stand and I had to remove it so they can take the tv. They could not fit everything and left a beanbag and other items because after rearranging the truck they still couldn't fit more. They blamed me and said I didn't mention the beanbag so they couldn't take it. Said they could come back and pick it up but I would have to pay for more time and mileage. When unpacking they lost several items including legs to a table that is now worthless without them. 4 different attempts to contact them about the legs and beanbag and they said they would let me know. Now a week later and still no update and I am being ignored. At the end of the move, after they were finished eating the food I bought them, they state it's going to be more than $250 and charge per hour, charge for mileage, charge for the wrapping. So the initial $250 turned into a $610 bill. All while they did not complete the job, damaged items, took breaks, didn't arrange the box correctly and lost items. Do not hire these kids, they might be good a throwing away trash but don't trust them with your move, you'll instantly regret it. read more

I hired Coconuts for College to prune back a huge mango tree that overreached 3 different properties. I had gotten several quotes from other reputable companies, but when Chandler came out to inspect the job, he was really attentive to what I wanted done, show a lot of energy and enthusiasm to get a new client and ultimately gave me a very good quote. The team completed the work today, and by far this was the best tree trimming service I have ever used down here in South Florida. They did the work with care for my property, made a few adjustments on the fly given how big the tree was, and in the end left the tree looking great and my property perfectly clean. They even tarped my little pool so it would not get filthy. All in all this was a great experience, and I highly recommend these folks. read more

They worked with me to deliver a couch to an older couple. Both of the young men were so efficient, helpful, very careful with the item moved, respectful, polite, and on and on. absolute scam.Danny told me and my mother they could do a house to house move for $80hr.once Danny got my mothers phone number was extremely inappropriate with her to the point of sexual harassment even when she constantly said no.The night before the move we received a phone call stating the rate went up from $80hr to $130hr I wonder why.They were suppose to arrive from 8am-10am but showed up 3hrs late in a dirty rented landscaping truck that wouldn't even fit half of our stuff.After speaking to Manger Matt we found out this was the truck Danny sent to pick up our stuff.Matt himself was extremely apologetic and embarrassed with the behavior of his co-worker.Im all for supporting small businesses but this is extremely irresponsible and disgusting.Please be cautious. read more

I do not do many reviews and usually only the bad and negative ones because our society is all about money and no heart at all. No matter who you hire they want to get out before they even get there, corners are always being cut on almost any job. Not the case at all with this company. I actually was happy to pay them a little more then what they asked for and if I could I would have paid them a lot more. The service , the cleanliness , the work quality the care was absolutely the way I would have the the work if I did it myself. Every little thing was thought of when those coconuts were dropping from high above not to damage anything on the ground including the furniture. A young man came to my door to offer tree trimming services and I was happy to give the job to these young hard working college students and their mentor who is a retired veteran. Their price to trim the palms was good so I asked them to do a full cleanup of the rest of my landscaping which included multiple bird of paradise and Christmas palms. Again, the quote was reasonable. They worked so hard and did such a nice job that I actually paid them more than they asked for. I would highly recommend them. read more
