If you talk to others while waiting, you'll find other happy customers. They've gotten my dog in quickly when she's eaten bees (more than once ) and gotten her taken care of quickly. They're extra careful with my cat who has had a spinal injury since she was 5 weeks old. My dog actually loves coming in and seeing the technicians.
