I was pleasantly surprised that her remains were packaged up beautifully in a scatter container inside a dark blue velvet drawstring bag. We also received a certificate of cremation, a pawprint, a brochure on grief support, and a card with some of her fur lovingly tucked inside. All this was in a high quality blue bag with their logo. It was all done with such care, it made a sad and difficult task more bearable. The person I interacted with was very softspoken and pleasant which also helped a lot.

He examined my little Gracie, checked heart and lungs, and temp, commented that her hydration was good, diagnosed her with an infection and gave her a shot and gave me some special food to get her eating. $121.
