This is an area we are unfamiliar with and let alone we ended up pulling into this sketchy area as it was the closest off the freeway. It was so scary and we had to abandon our vehicle due to not being able to get roadside service right away. My family and I had to leave our vehicle behind an alley and run to find a safe place to find a tow company. I called a few places and they told them our situation and they were quoting $600+ plus to tow and drive us back to the Valley. I ended up finding Hawks via Yelp and decided to give them a call. I ended up speaking with a nice individual and he quoted us half the price. They came to our rescue and had to bring a flatbed due to the type of vehicle we had. He drove us all the way from Lynwood to the Valley. After going through such a traumatic and sad incident with my Father the Owner of Hawks drove us to our house safely he was kind, compassionate, he kept my sons spirits up and made us feel at ease and just safe. It was under the 10 freeway and close to the entrance. It was getting dark and only had two flares. I took to yelp to find a tow service near buy and found Andy's towing. Luckily he answered and he said he could be at my location in 10 minutes! Andy arrived and I was saved! I was originally going to tow the car to my parents house and figure it out in the morning but in the car ride I asked Andy if he knew any reliable mechanics that worked on BWMs. He said yes my friend at Thong's Auto. He called him up and he said he's be able to fix my car! Ended up towing the car to the shop. Turned out to be excessive wear and tear on the rear axle.
