Beware! Very Shady! Incompetent! Unprofessional! Disrespectful! No Customer Service Care! No apology! Do not come here! I absolutely will sue them at the Pasadena Courthouse! Visited today 3/17/2026, after speaking with Matt the day before. I brought in brand new 21 inch Tesla rear wheels and Michelin PS4 tires for installation on my car. I drove over an hour from Chatsworth, California to this location so that they could use the Hunter Revolution machine, specifically to avoid damaging my wheels. Nevertheless, Matt, if it's his real name, severely damaged my new wheel near the wheel center cap area with the machine that was made to avoid this. How incompetent!!! He lied to my face and gave dull, illogical, dummy excuses about what happened. Bottom line: He damaged the wheel and would not acknowledge and take accountability for his actions. I had to call the police to make a record of this issue because I will be suing. The damage was caused because he did not apply the machine's plastic adapter when he clamped onto the face of the wheel; he clamped to the face of the wheel with metal to metal contact and severely damaged the paint. If you're a car enthusiast or care about your car being taken care of, don't bother coming here. This is my second time coming here. The first time was for a tire patch. They said "we'll try." Like, what do you mean? It's either a yes you patch it or you simply can't because it's too close to the walls. They were able to patch it but can you imagine if they took out the mail and couldn't? Then you'd be forced to buy a tire. A few days ago I came back in need of a new tire. I was told it was possible and that it would cost $135 out the door. I agreed and later that day my tire pressure light went off. Today, I brought it back and noticed that the speed rating was different from the rest of my tires. I understand that it doesn't need to be the same brand but at least the same specs. All they did was lower and match the tire pressure on all 4 wheels. He told me to go ahead and Google about the speed rating which I did. I was correct, driving with different speed ratings could cause serious damage. While he told me, it's fine and was practically the same. If the shop did not have the same exact specs for the tire, consult with the customer before doing any services. The owner is a very honest and helpful man. My car alerted me about my low tire pressure and I stopped by this shop. It was my first time here and the owner came out and personally checked the tires for me. He immediately warned me that the treads to my front tires were dangerously worn and that I needed to get them changed ASAP. He didn't have the tires I needed and did not try to sell me any other tires. But he filled up the low tires so I could at least make it home without charging me. All of their employees are knowledgeable, reliable, and do an outstanding job working with each other to make sure the wait is not long. I've had tires swapped out all the time on my old oem 21"for $25 cash here at ez stop. Loved it. Needed another two installed, called ahead. $35/tire bc 35/40 sidewall. That's fine, but not the deal it once was. I asked about alignment, he told me they do Tesla's with air suspension and it's $150. That's a bargain. Hmmmm... I arrived at 1:30, made sure everything was clear, asked again if they know the procedure and he snickered, "we align teslas all the time". I walked around and shopped. Around 4 he called, the alignment is $250, not $150. Money signs in their eyes. As I said " okay just do it", he said " $200 just this once". We spoke at the same time, I asked what he said and he just said "okay, we can do it. It takes about two hours". Okay. At 4:45, another call, "we don't have time today". I came back the next day, first person before 9. Everyone is nice and very assuming, no talk, just moving cars, moving my car, etc. the alignment guy was nice and friendly, but, he didn't prep the car whatsoever. Makes me so frustrated. They called me later to say it was ready. I paid my $250, got into my car and went. As I drove, the air suspension came down from "high" to standard. As it did, I was fading to the right, especially under brake/regen. I gave it a sudden jolt to accelerate and my car went hard left, I let off, floats right. The car was aligned in the wrong ride height. Completely meaningless. Took two days and I had chores preventing me from going back. I was too aggravated to call. Who drove this car and thought "yep, that's 100% perfect as usual", I mean I can't even drive on the freeway, going through dips or hops has my car swerving both ways. They'll assure you of whatever, but don't expect good work or a fair price. read more

This place definitely gets the job done, and is fairly priced. However, the customer service is basically non existent. The first time I took my car here, I had a very good experience. I got a few things done and they took a minute to explain that it looked like they'd never serviced my transmission at the other place I'd taken it to. Good looking out. They fixed everything, were communicative about what they were doing, how much it would cost, when to come back and pick it up. So I returned to get new tires. I asked about a certain tire and they basically said, "that's not economical" and said they'd put on some Nexen tires that come with a good warranty/etc. good looking out again, but I would have liked the opportunity to talk through the options rather than to just be told I didn't want that. When it came time to pay, I came into the office and asked a question, the two main guys just looked at me, speaking to each other in their preferred language and chuckling to themselves. An experience I don't think anyone likes. Hesitantly, I returned to get more work done. They took my name, took the car, said the price and then just walked away and started working on it. While it comes from a good place I suppose, they didn't tell me how long it would take, whether I should wait or come back later or really any communication at all. He just walked back in to say it was done about 30 minutes later. Then I walked out to retrieve my car and one of the guys had to drive it out into the street so another car could make it past. No problem, but then he proceeded to be gone for about 10 minutes while I just waited there in the driveway. No one said anything to me at all. Not about where he went, or when he would be back with my car. In summary, they do the work, they charge $100/hr as of fall 2023, but the customer service and communication are lacking and need improvement. read more

These guys did more than just save my car but they saved my life. Late afternoon I noticed a huge nail severely pierced into my tire. All other places I contacted wouldn't take me in because most places around the area were getting ready to close. That included this location too. The nail piercing was very bad, there was no telling when my tire might pop and I drive long commutes. I wasn't sure if I might make it home safely that night. Despite also being near closing hours too these guys generously took me in and made sure to get the job done in helping me replace a new tire and even went the distance to help me check my other tires. Definitely do come here at reasonable hours though or call ahead of time, but yeah these guys really helped me out in a pinch and get back home safely. I'm very grateful. Previously brought my '02 Accord for an oil change, 15 minutes in, I get a text stating that I have "a large amount " of oil underneath the car, which to be fair, I was leaking oil but any sane mechanic would realize it's BEEN leaking.. I was told they'd clean ALL the oil from the under carriage and I would need to return in about a week in order to pinpoint the leak. Upon inspecting my car later that day, I found 70% of the oil previously there before, still under the car. They did not do the work they were paid to do. Was also asked what kind of car I have in order to get a price quote for a TIRE PATCH!! $25!! Went to Tire Zone in Covina where they looked at me funny when I told them this.
