The classes and camps are super fun for my tech loving kid. Beautiful facility. Addie and the teachers are very acknowledged and caring.

You are responsible for the food, but they have no restrictions so that makes it easy. Best of all, they clean up! The only downside is they don't have many activities that appeal to older kids so consider that when planning a party.

I'm not blaming the staff for everything, but the overall vibe didn't feel right for a family-friendly visit. When I arrived, my kids were in a room alone without any other kids around, which added to the sense that supervision and safety weren't up to what I expected. My kids also said the other children weren't very nice, and on our first day they were left in a room without continuous supervision. That lack of adequate oversight and the quality of interactions among the kids made the visit less enjoyable. On a positive note, the owner did refund us an hour which was an awkwardly rushed charge on my credit card, which I appreciated. .... I'm adding to my review because I was surprised by the response. My appointment was scheduled for 11am, though I later learned the classes started at 10:30am. On our first day, we arrived early to check things out. You told me it was fine to leave the kids for the hour I paid for, and if they enjoyed it, they could stay longer for a fixed daily rate. When I returned an hour later to pick them up, the staff member told me to come back in 30 minutes because they weren't finished. I wish I had -- because when I did go back, I found my kids standing alone in a room. The staff member came out from another room, rushed me to pay (despite my having already paid online), and then charged my card again without proper explanation. To make matters worse, on the way home, my kids told me that the other children had been unkind and that the staff allowed them to be left alone intentionally. This was disappointing and not at all what I was led to expect.

I'm sad they took away the canvas painting options as that was the reason we drove 30 min just to come to this specific location. My fault as I should have called first to double check if they still offered the canvas painting. This is the only location I knew of that did that. Oh well. There is a huge selection of pottery pieces to choose from. Prices vary pending on your selection. Came here with my daughter and she selected the cute little tea set. I almost had a heart attack when I saw the price at $54! But this is what she wanted so I cannot deny her happiness. Haha. I mean I can but I didn't know want to. It took me a while to find what I wanted to paint that was practical. We have so many pottery pieces the kids make that are just for decoration. Love when we make plates, mugs, bowls or any kitchen pieces as they are most practical. I chose the geometric vase! The vase was $37. There is also an additional $8/per person studio fee to use everything (brushes, paint, materials). This stuff can add up quickly. Our total was $117! Ouch. But fun and you can't put a price on fun experiences. Lol. Once you pick your piece, the staff will bring you a bowl of water and a paint palette. All brushes located at the tables. The you select the colors you want and put onto your palette and bring back to the table to start painting. We took our time and was here for 2 hours. But our pieces were meticulous. Ha. They also offer coffee here which is a nice bonus. Once you're done painting your piece, you can use the blow dryer to dry the paint, this prevents smearing. Give the finished pieces to the staff and they will label it for the final touch of glazing and thus completing the process. It takes about 7 days and they will call you when it's done so you can come back and pick up the finished product. Can't wait to see ours!

The only thing I don't like is there's never enough tables to accommodate everybody. We sat outside because there was only two of us. If not, we were going to have to wait until someone was done. it was a beautiful day until it starts to get hot. The breeze dies down and people are smoking past you as you are outside. I am excited about getting my artwork. It'll take about two weeks.

My daughter has been begging to go for her birthday because she sees the commercials daily so it was an easy yes since it would require less preparation from me. Eileen our hostess with the mostess was attentive, friendly and accommodating. They have changed the layout of this location and they removed the ball pit (thank God) and it is all video and interactive games for all ages. There aren't anymore tokens because they use a card that you can swipe for the games. They still have my favorite game, skee ball (old school girlie over here lol) but at the time, not all of the lanes were working. I'm a big kid but eventually I had to share and let the other kids play lol. I moved on to the basketball hoops and the nostalgia was creeping in. The stage that they used to have with all the characters is no more and they have a big LED screen. Chuck E. is the only one that comes out and you can tell they take good care of the suit. Wasn't super gross or weird looking. Most of the kids were excited to see him and none ran away like we used to, lol. If you're doing a birthday party you're allowed to bring cupcakes and some decorations. They do provide plates, cups are included in the package with two slices of their absolutely amazing pizza and they'll also put a table cloth. I brought my own decor but if you're not really trying to do all that, you'll be covered. I had about 21 kids and my total came out to 500 and change. Btw, hey do require a 50 dollar deposit at booking and you can do that online. You're allowed to change the amount of people that show up, but right as you arrive. So if you're estimate is over, you will be paying for the no-shows. Pro tip, if you're unsure round off to a lesser amount and then you can add later. Please also note that the package is only for kids. You have to add pizzas and drinks for the adults attending which will add to your tab. Lastly, I had a great time. I was going back and forth between doing it at a park or here. But this was more affordable, less stress and my daughter had the best day ever. Thankful that her 5th birthday party was a success and we will definitely be back soon!

A customer let me know this plan would probably meet my needs. My child is (my mom} 90 years old and she just doesn't want to visit. The nice employees told me that I could call up corporate in 2 or 3 months and cancel if need be. As of February 18th, I have not been back. I called corporate headquarters to cancel and was told in very firm words that I had checked a box and signed a 12-month contract with them. They would not let me get out of it. Until 12 months have expired. To quote John Morgan from the largest personal Injury attorney firm in America. The only thing corporate America cares about is MONEY. Not relationships, kindness or even common sense. I guess when I visit Chuck E Cheese I should bring my attorney along and pay his hourly fee to make sure that I am safe. My only desire was to stop the monthly charge because in my case no services were rendered after my initial visit. So, this means as low as $63 or $70 remaining. It wasn't my idea to have to write this letter. This is the hill they want to fight for and die on. The callous, selfish and mean-spirited nature of this companies' policies left me no other choice but to bring this to your attention. I want to encourage you, the consumer who are reading this, to spend your money elsewhere. I have reviews with over 30,000 views in a year. If only 100 people with a lifetime spending of $100 see this and choose the competition, we can make a difference. Human beings matter. My first thought was "oh god they're going to tell us paint whatever you want" and that's not what I was looking for - I expected more of a paint by numbers and was a little dismayed when I got a blank canvas! Felipe was our instructor and he made me feel totally at ease. He had a great personality and awesome sense of humor. He was totally accommodating of my ADD (The class can be a little slow at times) and encouraged me to get really creative with my artwork. We had such a fantastic time! I would totally recommend this to anyone who is just looking for something fun to do or someone who needs a good stress reliever. I personally am a fan of coloring to relieve my stress but this is definitely a much better and more fun option in my opinion, especially because there's alcohol involved! I will be coming back for sure! Thanks Felipe for being amazing!!! (I saw some of his personal artwork that he had on his phone and he is quite the phenomenal painter, not just some random dude they hired to teach the class).

We ran into a few snags at first because we Googled the address and it took us to a completely different place than the address that the Groupon listed. Good thing we checked-we were about to go knock on a random person's apartment door. We actually showed up to the studio early even with the delay, and that doesn't seem to be the trend. The other people in our party came a bit late because they had been pregaming a bit and the other 6 decided not to show at all. About 30-40 minutes after the official start time, Felipe decided to actually start the painting-and it's a good thing that he didn't wait for the rest of the class to show up. We wanted to paint a sailboat that we saw on the wall, but evidently since he was so sick of doing that particular one we played a little bit of improv. There was definitely people on the other side of me who ended up accidentally drinking their paint water instead of their wine and dunking their paintbrushes in wine. Having wine in cups instead of wine glasses (and next to paint water cups) is dangerous while drinking. We had a blast, Felipe is awesome and was drinking right along with us. He's very talented and clearly has fun doing what he does. The studio does adult parties with booze as well as a lot of parties for kids as well. I think this is an awesome way to relax and create something, even if you think you're not artistic. It's amazing to express yourself. Even if it ends up being an abstract.
