I was able to grab one though as my husband walked around the visitor areas to watch their charges. We got lot of pix of her this way on equipment she had not tried before but similar and capable to do so. There is plenty of space for the older kids, many her age or a few years older and younger so she fit right in. There is a separate area for smaller kids, toddlers and preschoolers whose parent were even closer by to them. Her father signed her up for an hour which gave all of us enough time. It seemed safe and there was always staff around, picking up out of bounds plastic balls forever flying out of the ball pit and others just observing across the activities. She would still be willing to go again in the next few visits until she is truly a tween.
