Review of water park only:…read more Don't buy for the whole family. We made the mistake of buying for a family of 4, but only small kids would enjoy this. Could have saved half the cost by just buying for 2 kids. You definitely don't need more than an hour either. It's really loud, so it's not great for autistic or sensory sensitive kids. My kids don't enjoy water directly in their face, and there's nowhere to go that doesn't have water landing directly in your face. There's nowhere for adults to sit, and it's a small room so there's residual splashing everywhere; wear pool shoes even if you don't go on the play structure and are just supervising the kids. During the 5-minute breaks once per hour, it would be nice if you could use the adjacent pool I but it was occupied with aquatic sports teams. Staff were very friendly, and the overall sports/rec facility looks huge and very clean. Locker rooms were very clean as well. For our family, however, it just wasn't worth the price paid nor was it the type of water park that would work for older kids or autistic kids.

We had a blast at the bounce house and the ninja maze. There is a rock climbing wall and some advanced obstacle course for older kids. My kids were fascinated by the arcade too, they sat on the motorcycle and pretended to play. The groupon deal makes it worth going, you get two hours of play on the regular ticket price. Staff was friendly and helpful at the front desk. Will recommend!

It was finally warm enough to do an outdoors activity so I booked us tickets to go over the Easter weekend. I reccomend booking in advance as they do get booked up quickly. Also make sure to sign the waivers beforehand; so you don't have to do it at check in. I must say the staff this time around was truly commendable. They were great at instructing us the how tos and safety measures. They were considerate and patient dealing with my young nephews which I noticed and appreciated a lot. We did the tree top journey course as my nephews are still young and aren't quite tall enough for the other/ more advanced loop. This one was perfect for them. Some parts were challenging and scary but we managed to brave through it and were having the time of our lives! Tips: wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Bring a attachable cord for your phone so you don't run the risk of dropping it LOL. An hour gives you around 2-3 rounds on the loop depending on how fast you go through the courses. So much fun! I am considering purchasing buying the packages to take my nephews throughout the Summer.

I took advantage of Black Friday offers and went on one of the last days they were open for the year. Freezing temperatures, but with good layering, hat, and gloves that wasn't an issue (I had pre-purchased their gloves, but wasn't thinking about temperature and got fingerless ... luckily I had brought a thick pair of my own gloves as a backup). I was by myself for the adventure (my wife stayed on the ground and took pictures - it's okay to bring spectators), but there were some other groups on different courses. The staff was friendly and helpful and made sure to tighten up the harness between each course. I did about half of the total courses - two full courses and one halfway, which had an option to return to the start before some obstacles I wasn't quite ready for mentally. The first two courses I did included a handful of obstacles and ended in a zipline. The obstacles get progressively more challenging as you go along, partially in terms of balance, but mostly in terms of fear factor. For me the toughest to psych up for was a set of free hanging ropes that you walk on. The Tarzan swing also took a minute to mentally prepare. The remaining courses I decided to save for another day after looking at them from the ground - I'd been challenged enough for the day, but definitely plan to go back and build up to those, hopefully with some friends along for support.

First off, the instructors and front desk are absolutely fantastic. They pay attention to the children, make moving your body fun, and are easy to chat with when you have questions. Many of the same staff is the same from when the business opened over a year ago which says a lot about the business itself. Flexiblity: I have attended cooking classes, art classes, movement classes, and parents' morning out classes here and all were fantastic. Our preschool was even able to organize a private multi-hour class date here when we were closed for a teacher workday. Parents could leave or stay, or even do some work in the warm and welcoming. lobby. Birthday Parties: I love the fact that booking a private party gives you use of the gym and party room so you can really spread out. The lobby has toys and tables which allows for a really natural transitional time between each activity which is a nice touch. Now that summer is here, I will definitely drop in one of their classes. We are lucky to have a spot like this so close to us.

Stopping an order right in the middle of the attendant taking it is so unprofessional and shows why this place has turned into a ghetto Sky Zone. Go to Flight. This place has gone down the dumps and you can tell they don't care. This is how it starts. Businesses think it doesn't matter when they lose one customer. But we are a family of 7. We won't spend a penny here again. My 5 and 8 year olds get pushed around almost every time we come here by kids double their age and they have nobody above 16 to do anything about it. They allow 18 year old men to play dodgeball against 5 year olds. There is literally no age grouping. My son nearly broke his nose and my attorney wants me to sue. We are still under the statute of limitations so now I will probably go thru with it after tonight. It's the straw that broke the camels back. This place could be nice if the owner and manager cared. But they save money by hiring kids that don't care and every attendant is younger than the next. I ask to speak to the manager Isaac and he is maybe 18. He repeats the same BS as the 16 year old "girl" who literally stopped the attendant from placing my order. No apology. No explanation other than this kid say in g we stop serving food an hour before closing. Well. It was an hour and 15 minutes before closing and there is nothing that states they stop serving hot food anymore hour before closing. I was not ordering 3 large pizzas. I was ordering my kids pretzel bites. What happened to customer service?! What happened to taking care of the customer. We stoooed having our birthday parties here because it's run by -6 yr old kids who have no manners, no sense of respect, no training on customer service. There are 15 people standing around literally doing nothing. They could stop serving food 15 minutes before closing and use all the people standing around to clean the kitchen within 15 minutes. If I walk in a restaurant at 8:55 and they close at 9, they understand that they will have to make the food. Over an hour before closing and I get treated like I am a 16 year old kid by some kid who I think was a female. Literally the attendant was keying in my murder and she stopped him. She had not started cleaning yet. It's not like she was done cleaning the kitchen. She had not even started. What a joke if a place. But this is why ppl don't go here anymore. It's ghetto and run by kids with no training, no respect, no sense of what their job is and what they are getting paid to do. Shane in the owner. Shame on Jesse the GM and Shane in Isaac the 18 yr old manager who did absolutely nothing but lie to me.

Thus, I am usually skeptical of indoor playgrounds. However, this was a good experience. This is the first time we have been to Fair Oaks since the Fun Zone opened, and the weather looked ominous when we got there. So after haircuts and Elevation Burger, we decided to let our boys run around for a while. The Fun zone is sort of tucked away in one of the arms of the mall. Not being right in the middle of everything is probably why it is less crazy than other places. For the most part the kids were running around, but not out of control. There seemed to be parents for every child, so unlike Columbia it does not appear to be a dumping ground while mommy, daddy, or nanny shop. The play stuff is the standard soft climbing stuff with the requisite soft slide. I know that stuff can get nasty, but right now it is still new enough that it looks clean and well kept up. In all, this will be the new go to place when my kids need to run on a rainy day.
