The tone and manner in which she addressed them did not seem kind or respectful. I even asked one of the employees if that was their manager, and they confirmed that she was. I understand that managing people can be difficult, but I truly believe employees should always be treated with respect and kindness. Watching that interaction was upsetting, and I know I would never want to treat my own employees that way. Good leadership should make people feel valued, not uncomfortable or discouraged. I attended a birthday party here for my sister's child, and unfortunately it was a terrible…read moreexperience from start to finish. From the very beginning, you could see the confusion on everyone's faces. As guests walked in for the party, no one knew where to go or what to do. There were multiple parties leaving and arriving at the same time, with easily over 100 people crowded into the lobby. Check-in was a mess, and people were standing around frustrated and confused. There was only one staff member at the front desk trying to manage everything--waivers, wristbands, socks, and questions--while dozens of parents and kids tried to get her attention. The lack of organization was unbelievable. When it was time to go into the party areas, the chaos continued. While we understood the rooms were not private, the setup was so unorganized that you couldn't tell which kids belonged to which party. People were sitting everywhere, staff were scattered with no clear direction, and the entire area felt overwhelming and poorly managed. Another major issue was the grip socks. I understand requiring them for children, but forcing adults to purchase them as well feels like nothing more than a money grab. We already signed waivers, so this was unnecessary and frustrating. To make matters worse, the place felt dirty and not well maintained. We have attended birthday parties at places like Pump It Up in Chino in the past, and the difference is night and day--those parties were clean, organized, and stress-free. This experience was the complete opposite. Paying close to $1,000 for a birthday party that was chaotic, unorganized, and dirty is unacceptable. I would never recommend this place and will definitely never return. Do not waste your money.
