I had to cancel an appointment because I was significantly bruised from a previous massage and could not safely receive another one. After canceling, I discovered I had been charged a $20 cancellation fee that was never clearly disclosed to me. I had canceled appointments in the past and was never informed of this policy. When I questioned the charge, I was told it was stated in text messages and emails, but I personally never saw or was made aware of this policy during my time as a member. To make matters worse, they still kept my monthly membership fee and counted the canceled appointment as my monthly massage, even though I never received the service. I paid for a massage I did not receive and was charged an additional $20 fee on top of it. Rather than trying to resolve the issue by allowing me to use the massage I had already paid for, management was argumentative, dismissive, and unwilling to take responsibility. Very disappointing customer service. After this experience, I can no longer recommend this business. I encourage anyone considering a membership to carefully review all fees, cancellation policies, and membership terms before signing up, as my experience with how policies were communicated and applied was very different from what I expected.

Not only did the therapist massage me, he also did some stretching for mobility. I even did cupping for the first time. The instructor consulted and checked in to ensure the student was using proper technique. I've been a few times now, and plan to keep going. They are always in need of clients, so definitely give it a try!

The school offers many services at reasonable prices. There is nothing fancy about this school. Do not expect glitz and glam. We will visit the school again. You can't beat the prices. Do not be in a hurry. Today's appointment took an hour. Tipping is allowed and appreciated.

If you have a child with Autism or ADHD don't take them to their facility! I sure wish that there was a no star option because this place doesn't even deserve one star. They advertise on their website that they focus on children with special needs, but in actuality they don't. I provided them his IEP two weeks ago and they never took the time to read it until there was some complications yesterday. They kicked my 6 year old son out of their facility after 2 days stating that they don't have enough staff to provide low student-to-teacher ratio.
