I ordered the caramel Frappuccino and it was excellent! The two cup sizes are on the counter where you order so you can compare and know what size you want. See my pictures for menu and items to grab and go.

This location is right after you exit the security scanning towards the right. I picked up an XL drop coffee, Diet Coke, and carrot walnut muffin. Staff was pretty quiet and not that talkative. You pour the coffee yourself and add the cream and sweetener as well. No stevia available. I tried the regular coffee and it was super weak; just terrible. The muffin was soggy on top. It was lacking in the banana flavor department.

Definitely a "Meh. I've experience better" location. They are inside of the Buffalo Airport and they have coffee and pastries. I didn't order any pastries as they were already wrapped up for the night, even though it was 20 minutes to closing time. I only grabbed a mocha, which was just eh. The cashier seemed annoyed to be there and that I came in while she was wrapping up the food. Overall: D I'd suggest a different location for a coffee fix.

Extremely unhygienic. There were multiple flying insects making their home at the bottom of the coffee dispensers. To the owner of this place-how are you still in business? Would you like your family drinking this bug infested coffee?

    Wrong prices on receipt!

Bad experience. Coffee shop overcharges and will not fix it!!!! I ordered XL no cream, no sugar Americano and Blueberry muffin. Advertised price on the overhead billboard says XL Americano is $4.00, when you ask how much is Blueberry muffin cashier tells you it's $4.06 I was charged $4.50 for coffee and $4.19 for muffin plus Tax $0.76. When I asked cashier why did you charge me $4.50 when you have the coffee listed on your billboard above your head for $4.00 she kept saying it's the tax. Poor thing had no idea what she was talking about, hence I took time and explained that the price you list first is before tax and you add tax at the end and I showed it to her. She was confused. Another team member said yes, I can see that and called manager to come in and give me refund. I stayed; not over 63 cents, but over principle and so I could ask the manager to either correct the advertised price or fix their cash register pricing. There are laws protecting customers rights. I waited 20 minutes and this manager had better things to do, than making things right, and I was not going to miss my flight. Just be aware you are likely being charged more than you see on price list. If they did this to 100 customers per day they would have wrongfully collected $23,000 per year. Someone needs to do something about it. Be careful!!!

This place reminds of a typical Starbucks coffee shop, but a generic version. You have a nice selection of coffees along with specialty flavors. You can also grab a muffin, breakfast sandwich, regular sandwiches or any other pastries they have available for purchase. I did not order a coffee so I can not say if the quality is good, especially for the price that they are asking for. A decent place for a bite while your at the airport.

Holy crap are they slow. 1 worker, line 20 people long. Why? Oh yea, Delaware North. Enough said. Worst company ever.

    Marqus R.

Just a little airport coffee shop. When it's crowded it's real crowded and when it's empty it's really empty. It's a case of either or with no in between. The coffee isn't, to my taste at least, of Starbuck's quality but not bad. The bites are really nothing to speak of but if you need a snack to take with you on the plane, it's a good choice but it you are going to eat before you leave, Anchor's is better choice.

This dirty this beanery was quite a disappointment in an airport where coffee options are very limited. It's rare to find a coffee shop that can compete with the Starbucks or Tim Horton's brands and like most this one failed miserably. The staff was friendly but the product lacked character and the barista seemed confused about my order and asked if I had ordered a non-decaffeinated latte, I know my expression must have been like WTF so he continued the process without asking a second time. I was tempted by the pastries but decided to pass after looking at the housekeeping...

The location makes sense as the residents of Williamsville are generally well-educated and worldly enough to appreciate authentic Yemeni cuisine; the same cannot be said for most of Buffalo suburbs, unfortunately, so I'm grateful the Buffalo metro now has one. Ordered the Qamaria latte, traditionally-spiced with cinnamon and cardamom. The spice notes were potent, but not at all overpowering and the beverage remained balanced. Had a chicken malawach as well; flaky and savory, and also well-spiced. It was a bit greasy which was the only regrettable thing about the experience, but not extremely and it didn't compromise the flavor or texture. The dining room itself was clean and elegantly decorated with Arabian and Gulf motifs, and the staff were friendly and helpful when my mother had questions about the menu. (I give any practicing Muslim props for working in food service while fasting during Ramadan.) All and all, grateful they're part of the community; I just hope they don't overexpand and sacrifice quality for quantity like many others.

I had specifically made the stop here to grab a quick coffee & a breakfast "sang-which" on my way to run errands; only to find out upon arrival they offer no food here. ONLY COFFEE. Kind of a bummer. Due to busy Main Street in Williamsville and parking difficulties don't know if I would stop back because they don't have any food to sit and enjoy with your coffee. Seemed popular, long lines waiting to be served. Posting an updated menu on Yelp, as coffee shop has no paper menu (to-go menu) and they also do not have a website displaying their menu online for customers to view. That would be a nice update.

It was a Saturday morning and while street parking was plentiful, the line inside was pretty long. That said, the line moved at a reasonable pace and tables seemed to turn over fairly quickly. By the time our coffees were ready, we were able to grab a seat without too much trouble. My mom ordered a black coffee while I opted for one of the seasonal lattes. Both were smooth, well balanced, and what we were hoping for on a cold winter morning! Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed with the food selection. We were hoping for a light breakfast but options were limited to cookies and a few small pastries. The items that sounded most appealing were already sold out for the day which was a bit of a bummer! This is definitely not a full breakfast spot. Prices were on par with what you'd expect from a craft coffee shop, especially in the Williamsville area. While I enjoyed the coffee, the overall experience on a busy winter morning felt a little too hectic for my liking. All that to say I'd absolutely return, just at an off hour and after having already eaten. Overwinter is popular for a reason, and with better timing on my part, I know it would shine even brighter to me!
