I love this shop! In addition to their huge selection of teas and tea products, I love that they make simple syrups from teas and offer a variety of teas to go. During my recent visit, I got a cold hibiscus peach tea which was very refreshing on a hot day. Can't wait to come back here again!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Charming tea shop![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They have so many different varieties of tea. Justine is an amazing owner and soooo knowledgeable about all the tea, how it's processed and where it comes from. She wants to share her knowledge with everyone. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The shop is relaxing, and the smelling wall encourages you to pick a tea you'll like before you get it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Great prices, too.

Went here for a mocktail event and it did not disappoint. You can tell that the owner Justine is PASSIONATE about tea and her products! It was awesome. I learned a ton about tea, got to smell the wall of delicious teas, drink yummy mocktails and have a great evening. I will be back to purchase their handcrafted tea simple syrups (that are shelf stable without preservatives) and learn more!

A really good friend owned this tea shop before Justine purchased it... I hadn't been there since she purchased. I honestly felt at home. The place is awesome. She has a great selection of teas, and the store is full of great finds for a true or new tea drinker. Justine did a Tea 101 demo, gave samples, and shared the history with us about teas, how they are made, where they originate, and a whole lot of awesome information you would be amazed to hear. She passed out some great samples of Earl Grey Mandarin, blueberry violet lemonade (which comes from Germany), and a few others. She shared the importance of steeping temperatures and times for various kinds of tea and how much of a difference it makes. I couldn't wait to make a few selections to support the business. Justine has a strong desire to contribute to the community, so her efforts are always to support a local charity. I enjoy that she shares the information throughout the store. AMAZING tea wall!

Let me preface this with I am not (I mean WAS not---I am now!) a tea drinker. I came here specifically on the recommendation of my sister and brother in law to get a gift. What an amazing experience! They have a huge tea wall where you can smell all the different teas. They have decaf and caffeinated, fruit teas, herbal teas, green tea, black tea you name it. The woman was very knowledgeable and welcoming! My husband and I both decided to get a cup of tea since they all smelled so good and now we are excited to go back and try more! [[HIGHLIGHT]]They do have a couple of small seating areas but it was a nice day so we decided to take our teas and walk along Main Street and stroll into Glen Falls Park.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Highly recommend this as a nice weekend (or anytime) activity!

I am tea-obsessed and thought I would stop here yesterday on my way home from a work trip. Let me say off the bat that their selection of teas and teaware is pretty impressive, and definitely worth checking out! It was the girl working there that made me not want to be there any longer than I had to be. She did not say "welcome, come on in" etc. - in fact she said almost nothing to me the entire time I was there. No smile, no small talk, and no engagement about the teas themselves (you know, the reason to go to a tea shop??)... like "oh yes I recommend that one if you like (fill in the blank)" or "that one is a favorite, too". I felt awkward smelling teas and even asking for what I wanted in my sampler... Which was shockingly small for $35. Sample sizes are one cup at maximum! I think if I would've known that, I would've gotten bigger sizes of a couple of teas instead, but asking this girl about anything seemed like I might be inconveniencing her. I never complain about companies and their pricing because they obviously feel it is worth it (and often I agree!), but I was so dismayed at my experience that I quickly left. This would've been a completely different experience if the worker had been friendly and engaging. If I like the teas I got and am ever traveling through this area again, I'll probably just skip the visit and order online instead.

If you really enjoy tea, or your new to the tea world. Do yourself a huge favor and come here. You will notice right away, that there is a whole world of great quality tea waiting to be explored. You may feel a little intimated by the plethora of choices. But be at ease, the owner is amazing and extremely friendly. She takes the time to explain the various teas that are to your liking, and she even recommends new exciting teas to try. I always enjoy looking over the local honey section, nice quality honey is always a bonus.

From the moment you walk in the door you hear the faint sound of music and the ambiance is welcoming. I was quite impressed with the size of this place, there is plenty of room for dining inside and seating for one person or a little group. The menu is pretty straight forward and there is a display case with wonderful cakes and other treats. The drink menu is pretty simple and there appears to be a featured item on display. We placed our orders and was given a timer to await our order preparation. We grabbed a corner seat with a couch like setting and waited patiently. Drink orders consisted of Cold Pistachio Latte , iced Adeni and a brown sugar oatmilk drink on special. We decided on a pastry also. So we ordered a Cardamom knot, Red Velvet Cake and Coconut Cake. It probably took about 10 mins from being seated before we were notified. We attempted to get up to go and pick it up, but the young lady delivered our items on a tray. The drinks were absolutely delicious! The flavors were a burst in your mouth. The Pistachio Latte was phenomenal. The Brown Butter was great, but a bit on the strong side and the Adeni was delicious, the cardamom really stood out in that drink. On to the cakes ...all were delicious.. The coconut was a little dense but delicious. There were 2 layers The cardamom knot was delicious. They usually heat them and that enhances the flavor. The red velvet was wonderful, I wondered about the type of frosting. It reminded me of a whipped cream, which I'm not a fan of but the cake was delicious. This was an awesome experience. Some additional features. The restrooms were very clean and well stocked. There is a corner area where they have games to allow people to enjoy. I watched some friends play a came of chess. Free water is available on the counter The atmosphere was very cozy and inviting.

My friend ordered the Biscoff cake that came in a soda can and hers was delicious. I probably just picked a bad one that day. The coffee was delicious and the latte art was very cute. I would like to return and try other pastries!

The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and effortlessly cool, the kind of place that makes you want to linger for hours with a good book and a great cup of coffee. My fiancé and I each ordered one of their specialty coffees along with bagels, and everything was fantastic. After a less than stellar experience at Tim Hortons earlier in the trip, Seven Hearts completely redeemed our coffee expectations. It was exactly the aesthetic and experience I had been searching for. What really made it special was how quickly it felt like a place I could make part of my routine. If I lived in Buffalo, this would absolutely be my go to coffee shop. Before leaving, I picked up a couple of honey sticks and a bottle of their house made lavender syrup to bring home. Now I get to enjoy a little taste of Seven Hearts, and Buffalo, with my morning coffee for a few more days.

Upon entering, no one greeted me, and I felt rushed while looking over the menu. When I asked questions, it felt like I was inconveniencing the employee rather than being helped. I ordered the blueberry lemon bar matcha and hoped the drink would redeem the experience, but it was disappointing. The flavor combination didn't work well in a matcha drink, and it left a strange aftertaste/coating in my mouth. I also specifically requested no dairy (asked for oat milk) yet it still came topped with cold foam, which upset my stomach. It looked cute, but for nearly $9, it wasn't enjoyable. I had originally planned to order food as well, but the overall atmosphere and interaction felt so uncomfortable that I decided to just take my drink and leave.

Absolutely 5/5 for everything…read more Ambiance- this is a cute coffee place but also so much more! They have many tables available for sitting and enjoying your meal. Everything was really clean and neat throughout the place. Service- ALL of the staff were wonderful. They greet you, explain all options to you and serve you too! Everyone made us feel warm and welcomed. Food- Now let's talk about the food!!!! Sooo many options. I think if I worked at the Apple Tree business park I would be in trouble! It would be hard to resist. For options, they have a ton on the menu. Lots of fried foods, sandwiches, pizza and also healthier options like hard boiled eggs to grab and go, along with salads and a lay-per-pound salad bar to pick your own toppings! Todays choice for me was a much talked about Fish Fry dinner! Omg. It comes hanging out the sides of the container and it's served with fries and all three salad options (potato, macaroni, and coleslaw). Everything was really tasty. Salads are definitely homemade and very dressed, not dry at all. The fish was fried right as we ordered so it was super hot and fresh. So delicious. We also tried 2 different types of pizza. I do wish the crust was a little more well done, but the flavors were good. My recommendation: come hungry!!! Fish fry is where it's at. I would come back here again. I also would like to try the coffee and desserts on my next visit because I will be back!
