I think this might take the cake for the worst coffee I've had in Colorado. I've had better coffee from gas stations. My boyfriend got a cold brew and it was so watery and gross. I had high hopes for this place! My son recommended this place and I read all the reviews but wanted to see for myself! I am making an honest review without any hate or political bs thrown in there! The aesthetics were amazing! I love how they decorated and support the community. I am also aware of the fact the at they are believers in Christ and that makes me happy as well! With that being said! The Coffee is bad. Watered down flavored milk! I got a latte and my son got a cappuccino I believe! Both tasted like they came out of a machine that has the powder favored instant coffee. No taste of Coffee at all! Super disappointed but the lady at the window was nice. But being nice and having and awesome looking building doesn't count when you're a coffee shop it's all about the coffee! I am SO glad we have a small business like Coffee Cabin. This coffee cabin is all things AMERICA. The gentleman that owns it, is kind, bright and greets you with a smile. Let's face it-the world is upside down. If you are tired of the big box coffee joints ( I am) and crave an experience where you can just support a local business, have some great coffee, feel unapologetically American and patriotic..then, this is your place. I drove from Aurora just to check it out and will be back frequently. I'm getting really picky about where I spend my money and making conscious decisions to spend it where the proprietor's values align with mine is important. I love supporting local small businesses, and my desire to do that has only grown with the COVID crisis. I had driven by The Coffee Cabin a number of times and finally decided to stop for a cup of coffee on March 18. I thought I'd just be getting a caffeine pick-me-up, but I got so much more than that. In addition to a warm and delicious mocha, I got a rose (the owner, Wes, was handing them out to all customers in order to make people smile during stressful times), and I also got my faith in humanity restored. Wes asked my if I had a few extra minutes, and I was confused but said yes. He said he had made a bunch of burritos and coffee that he wanted to bring over to the local police station, but he couldn't leave his biz and asked if I would drive it over. What an honor! Since this super special day, I have been back 2 more times. The coffee is always fabulous, and the smile Wes greets me with makes my day. I have since noticed that he gives back to the community in a variety of ways- just look at his tip jar (All of Wes's tips go to a good cause. In March all tips went to rebuild a school playground!). If you want really fabulous coffee and like supporting local rather than Starbucks, go say "hi" to Wes! He'll hook you up! read more

THIS PLACE ROCKS. Owner is the nicest human out there. He is ultra accommodating and a cool funny guy. The coffee is great, the chai is great. Haven't had a bad thing there. It is by far my pick for coffee in Parker! Closed on weekends, which I respect, but is always a bummer for my weekend errand caffeine desires! Will continue to support a family who respects the medical professionals, veterans and public servants. Ambiance fits the mantra here. Stickers and patches on the shop and inside the shop display an obvious support for those who protect us and our country- something I wish more people would not shy away from in current era. And for this I also choose this place. No real seating here but a convenient and fast drive up and drive out! read more

This is a great place if you are passing by and the urge for great coffee strikes you. Excellent coffee, congenial owner who strongly supports local businesses in the community and is always doing something for the community. The Pine Lane Elementary School is just a block away. Each year in early December Wes, the Coffee Cabin owner, collects clothing and toys for the less fortunate kids at the school. As you can see in the photo they appreciate his effort. read more
