Convenient and fast. Located next to the gas station, allows you to get a quality cup without having to drink gas station brew.

I went to Kravins, The new name for the coffee house, that used to be called Shiplap it's located…read morein the center of Old Town Yelm, WA. I had great expectations but was sadly disappointed. First of all, you must realize there's tons of coffee places in Washington, especially in Yelm I can count about 9 places that sell coffee on the main Street. I'm not even counting the half dozen gas stations either . Most of them are little drive-thru structures. This one is a brick and mortar in town. And unfortunately people are lazy and like to drive through and get their beverages. So that's sort of a negative for Kravins. You need to make that place a coffee house. Someone is willing to get out of their car for. The former business was really adorable. They had some really cute unique vintage stuff in there shop. They had a business that did Do-It-Yourself terrariums in the back. It was very unique and it was sad that they didn't make it due to lack of support of this town. The rule of thumb is when you take over a business you need to make it better and more interesting . I went in the other day, because I heard they had soup there a while back. They no longer sell soup. So that's strike one. Their baked goods looked like they had bought them from the grocery store instead of either sourcing them from someone unique or baking them themselves. There are plenty of bakers that are independent in this town that you could source some really amazing baked goods from if you don't want to do it yourself. You need something like that to bring people in. I don't know why you don't have a soup and salad bar that would take your business to the next level. The cute shop and vintage items are gone and have been replaced with boring gift store items. Tim's pharmacy has the most unique items and they're right across the street. Why are you trying to reinvent the wheel with some humdrum stuff? I'm giving you free advice if you want to make that business go. You have to make it shine and be so unique. Even the drinks have to be different. I purchased a small smoothie that cost me almost $8 and it wasn't good. It was extremely sweet and it had a strange taste to it. Based on that visit I would never come back and I wouldn't recommend you to anybody. You have a really nice shop there. You need to really bring it up to the next level. You need to serve some sort of soup and salad. Something unique. Forget the sandwiches. Those are everywhere or if you make sandwiches they have to be different. People are looking for something new. Also you want to make it a place people want to come and hang out. It's not charming anymore with the gift shop hanging there. Hopefully you fix it. Turn it into a little restaurant.

Quite a unique store. It looks small from the outside but once inside, it huge. It's got 3…read moresections, the front, simply seatings plus several sales good table, middle section, where you order your drinks and foods/snacks plus shopping for sale goods plus a rental private room for meeting, and the back section is where all the tables & chairs, couches, dinning tables, mismatch of everything. Decor overall is carefree and chill moods. Clean & spacious place for work, relax, or just hangout to read a good book with drinks & snacks. Drinks are okey, not bad and same with foods. No need for high expectations but go with the flow. We went here for some recoup & recharge over coffee & cookie and card games. Service is nice & friendly. Good vibe for sure. Had a wonderful time here with my friend before bowling right next door. Parking is plenty, most are street parking infront, sideway or in the back.

My family was looking for a place to try for breakfast and this popped up on Google so we thought…read morewe'd give it a try. We ordered the following with ratings and overall feel: Earl's Mess 8/10: The gravy on this was BOMB! The only downside of this dish was that there were bell pepper seeds everywhere in the food so I got alot of crunchies. I also would have loved like a slice of toast or a biscuit to really push this dish over the edge. Benedict Bowl 6/10: Portion is a little small and the hollandaise sauce was alright. 34916 7/10: The biscuit and fruit jam was the best part! Everything else was overall good but not knock your shoes off. Deserts chocolate chip whoopie pies, snickerdoodle coffee cake bites and a chocolate cupcake 10/10: This is the bread and butter of it all. Their deserts are amazing! The service was good. We were greeted right away and all our questions were answered quickly. We will definitely be back to try more items.

There were not many yummy's to choose from...the tables were gone and 1/2 the restaurant has candy and crude food in it. We just discovered Gilhams a while ago and have stopped every time we go by. Wish you luck on your new endeavor but we will pass as cozy is our priority.

Ever since the implementation of curbside during the ladder stages of COVID and vast improvements…read moreof the app this store has actually done really well. This store is not perfect and some employees really need to be pulled aside and talked to about their professionalism. Since I am an impatient person and I hate going through drivethroughs anyhow. We use curbside almost exclusively. Aside from the added convience of curbside, it is easier to have issues fixed with incorrect orders and you don't feel trapped like you do in the drive-through. The one real consistent problem I am seeing is the front counter being unattended and people in the kitchen don't pay attention to the monitors so waiting does become an issue. The other issue I have is with the fact that there is too much of a reliance on the Kiosks for orders. Those two things really are taking the service out of customer service. The one thing I can say is that the people we have dealt with have been very kind and curious (even though one of the employees reamed us after he was reamed about an order we had). All said and done, this really isn't a bad store if you just take the time to learn about how they work and who you talk to and don't. The ones who are great with customer service are the ones).

I plan to make it my mission to get people to eat at Jack in the Box, they my be as slow, but the food is hot and I get as much as I want to drink.
