It was extra chewy, dry, and absolutely tasteless. The lox was forgettable. The cream cheese was good, but that was it. Add on a very long wait time for a line that wasn't very long and less than friendly service and that leads to this low review. The only perk was the parking lot and arriving early on a Wednesday left ample parking. Will definitely try out another option next time we want bagels.

It is as good as the Cubano sandwiches you get from Miami's little Havana area. Highly recommend. I think this sandwich would be way better if it had more Steak, (especially for the high cost). I felt like I was eating too much bread. The bread overtook the great taste of the steak. Also, the Chimichurri was more like a pesto sauce. It was good but that's what I felt like I was tasting. The regular fries were tasty, and coleslaw was very good. Unfortunately, she was not attentive or welcoming during our visit. We had to wait for assistance, and the overall service felt dismissive and inattentive. As someone who has visited before and recommended this cafe, I expected a much better level of customer service. I even contacted management directly to discuss my concerns regarding the staff member and my experience, but I have received no response or follow-up. That was especially disappointing because I made an effort to address the issue privately and give management an opportunity to respond. After this experience, I no longer feel comfortable recommending BK or returning as a customer. I hope management takes customer service concerns more seriously and provides better training and accountability for their staff.
