This company's culture is unhealthy. The shower installers did not share with owner what happened:…read more that they backed into my garage apron to turn around and leave on 10/18. They backed up too far towards garage and dented the gutter above my garage in two places about 18 -24 inches apart . It also dislodged the downspout on left of garage. The gutter had to be replaced; it cost me time to find a company and 385 dollars for install of a new gutter. At first I thought it was an Amazon truck that was at fault - the height was right. But then I looked at the photos and the placement of the dents. As soon as I saw the Wolverine Glass truck again on 11/8 (my installation was delayed) with metal stuff/ladders sticking out about a foot from the back end of the truck, I knew based on my photos that they had done it. Their demeanor with me was also very different from the first time they were here - they knew I knew. I am owed an apology - and the company's insurance should pay for the 385. In addition, the customer service was below par. They never did courtesy calls to confirm appointments; I always had to call them to confirm. And at the end, I did not even receive a thank you - dirt on shower floor and an invoice via email for the last 50% of the bill. I do not recommend them.

It was the week before Christmas but they were still able to have my order ready the next day! I was quite pleasantly surprised Everybody in the shop was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Wolverine Glass!

I have to take a few deep breaths before writing this review…read more We had Alexandria Windows come out to replace a few windows two summers ago. The communication and scheduling was lacking, so we were a little frustrated, but it didn't prepare us for the ordeal we were going to be dealing with. We live in an old house, 1920's. My husband expressed this many times, that appropriate measures would have to be taken as we had lead in our old windows and trim. I heard him over the phone as well as in person and he was assured they would take the steps necessary. The day the windows were to be replaced, my kids and I left the house. Two windows were in our daughters room, the other in our guest bedroom. One window was oriented the wrong way and still installed. The worst part was, after removing the old windows, the workers took leaf blowers out to blow debris out into the yard below and all over the rooms. My husband ran upstairs and yelled at them to stop, that once again, there was lead paint involved. They stopped and cleaned up, but not well enough. My husband wiped everything down afterwards, not trusting it was cleaned properly. A few months later, my daughter received test results showing elevated levels of lead in her blood. It was quick and not a single other person in our family had any detectable levels. I was livid. I'm still livid. I don't care that one of our windows is wrong or that it took forever to arrange communication. I'm livid that lead safe practices weren't followed as promised and my child had to pay for it. You can't put a price on that. Thankfully, she's grown, and the situation is under control now, but if you have an old house, I would absolutely not recommend this company. To the owner, if your business gives homeowners your word that things will be done safely and following safe standards, you need to follow through. Safety should be top priority. This could have had a very poor outcome.

    Majic Window - Window Install

My review is not a reflection of Majic Windows as a company, but rather of one particular…read moreindividual who refers to himself as "Majic Mike." Ironically, I would describe him as rude and unprofessional rather than "magic." We had a scheduled appointment for our roof installation; however, no one contacted us to inform us that the appointment would not be kept. Instead, we were the ones who had to call on the scheduled day after taking time off work and waiting at home, expecting the installation to begin. When we reached "Majic Mike," he was extremely rude and dismissive. He stated, and I quote, "There were 36 people scheduled. I didn't have time to call." He then told us that the missed appointment was essentially not his problem and that he did not care whether we rescheduled in one day, one week, or one month because he was "a busy man" regardless of our business. I was so disappointed by his lack of professionalism and customer service that I ended the call. I then contacted our salesperson, Keith Wysocki, who was very apologetic and immediately worked to address the situation. The Customer Service Supervisor also called me back to apologize and help resolve the issue. It is solely because of the professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine concern shown by Keith and the Customer Service Supervisor that we chose not to cancel our project. They restored our confidence and demonstrated the level of customer service we had expected from the beginning. While our experience with "Majic Mike" was extremely negative, these two individuals ultimately saved our business relationship with the company.

I would give them -100 stars if I could…read more.. I would NEVER recommend Majic Windows. My family's experience was one of the most frustrating customer-service experiences I have ever had. We signed our contract in July 2025, and what followed was nearly a YEAR of delays, mistakes, and terrible communication. We dealt with broken window sills, incorrect measurements, Marble-Lite being installed when we ordered real marble, real marble arriving broken TWICE, and multiple attempts just to get the correct bathroom window. Our project was not properly completed until nearly a year after signing. Throughout the entire process, we constantly had to chase Majic for answers and updates. After the project was finally completed, management told me they would address compensation for everything we went through. I have followed up multiple times since and have received no resolution and now not even the courtesy of a response. Completing the project nearly a year later does not erase what it took to get there. The lack of accountability, communication, and follow-through is unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and look literally ANYWHERE else. After our experience, I cannot imagine knowingly choosing to do business with Majic Windows. My family deeply regrets choosing them, and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.
