Such a cute little winery with a great selection of wines! We prefer dry wines and the Merlot and Harvest Reserve were our favorites! We did a tasting of 6 different wines and everything was very affordable! Bonus is that it is dog-friendly! Such a great stop on our trip to the South Haven area!

Very nice to sample wine for a modest price during the Lakeshore Harvest Bicycle ride. The inside and patio area is very relaxing. Thank you for supporting the event.

Cogdal was nice...there were some good wines available. Their Rose, Cabernet Franc and dry cider were really good. As good as anything Ive had on the Sunset Coast. We ordered a harcuterie board...it was.on cardboard and assembled in plastic souffle cups...the wine tasting was in plastic mini solo cups as well. To me this was a little off putting but it was.a good value....2 tastings and the charcuterie "cardboard box" which included some salami...cashews...dehydrated cherries...chocolate pastilles, jack cheese...Club crackers, and some goat cheese totalled 22.00 ad we each got to select 6 wines/ ciders fir tasting. The cider was very good. The cabernet franc and rose were honestly very good. I was impressed enough to take couple bottles home. The tasting room and adjacent patio are very nice....they do close at 5 though so if you arrive at 430 you might get in a tasting....bottle sales end at 5.

Visited again today 9/1/24. Still great wines and they have expanded the outdoor seating area to allow more people to enjoy the delicious wines and beautiful views.

Nice Vinyard, very nice tasting room The building is set back from the road Nice outdoor seating areas in addition to the inside seating. Staff was friendly Reasonable prices for bottles of wine Some wine themed gifts are available for purchase

This winery is nice and close to South Haven, which is a plus! Their patio is amazing! So nice, tons of seating, spacious and well kept. The wine was good. I didn't get a chance to try the charcuterie plate they offered. They had some nice retail items inside as well. I wish they poured slightly more in the tasting glasses. It was so minuscule it was almost hard to tell what it tasted like. Could be we got a bad batch. Also, I think it's covid, maybe? But the disposable cups on the tray made for a really hard walk to the table. The wind would blow them around and it was super slippery. Other than that, we really enjoyed! I'd recommend a full glass on the patio if you go

We stopped in the other day for a quick wine tasting. The ladies that work here are super nice and not pushy at all. Their tasing is $5 for 5. My favorite was the White Cap. All the others didn't really appeal to me. Originally I am from California so I am used to California wines, I guess. The Michigan wines were bad by any means. Just not what I'm used to. The vineyard land is vast but the tasting room is quite small. The tasting bar probably could fit 10 comfortably. Occasionally they have a good truck there as well. But they offer free crackers while You're tasting and pretzels when you sit out on the deck. After we tasted our wines we bought a bottle of the whitecap ($15) and sat on the deck. The deck overlooks the vines and has multiple tables and seats. It was pleasant.

Stopped here while road tripping through Michigan; we almost drove right past it as GPS isn't clear. You have to drive down the path a bit in order to get to the building. Drive is nice- vineyard is beautiful. Parking isn't conventional; park where you can. Employees were very friendly and knowledgeable about the wine. We were immediately greeted and started our tasting. Tastings are $5 for 5 selections so between my husband and myself we tried everything they had to offer (except for the super sweet ones). The patio in the back looks like the perfect place to put your feet up and enjoy a glass of wine.. or several. However, I didn't care for any of their wines. I almost always leave a tasting with a bottle or two; they were a bit too sweet for my taste.

This was the best Michigan wine I've tasted so far! MY favorite was "Vision". Yummy chocolate pairings as well.

We stopped here along the Michigan Wine Trail as part of our 25th Wedding anniversary. The Wine didn't disappoint. Friendly staff. Beautiful views.

They practice solid social distancing with the outside tables spaced apart, the staff wearing masks and a requirement for customers to wear masks inside. They are both dog and kid friendly (just keep the dog on leash) and brought our dog water. They have light snacks to accompany the wine flights. The reds are very solid and have depth. The dry whites were good, but some better than others. The rose is really good. The bottle prices are reasonable.

This place is really beautiful and it allows dogs. They have a wide selection of wines and anyone can find something they like. I went with my boyfriend who likes dry wines, and I like sweet wines. We were both able to find 2-3 wines we really enjoyed. The outdoor seating was really nice but could've used some fans or more umbrellas. This is a great place to go but pick a time or day that isn't too hot.

Stopped into Cogdal this past weekend with my boyfriend, and we loved it! We did a wine tasting with Judy. She was friendly, personable, and fun! Their wine is very good, and you can't beat the prices. Beautiful setting! We will be back next tom we're in Michigan!

So nice new wines. Price for tasting is OK but plastic cups are bad and to buy your own glass also bad. Pice on bottles to high.

Great outdoor area! Very covid friendly. Had a tasting and a charcuterie board. The board left some to be desired, but was good overall.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by Chef Tim, who got us checked in. Chef Tim served up some excellent breakfasts the next few days!! Sherry, the sommelier, then took us through the complimentary wine tasting that came with our booking. These are wines that she had made, so it was pretty cool hearing about the flavor profiles from her and tasting them! We got to enjoy sitting on the patio and relaxing with some yummy mushroom popcorn that Chef Tim made. The 2023 Single Barrel Chardonnay was my favourite! The rooms are good for 2 adults, but probably no more. Each room has its own bathroom. I loved the white noise machines in the room that made it easy to sleep. There are a couple of common areas: a book nook with a 2nd floor balcony space and a downstairs living room where you can sit, chat, or read some books! There are all sorts of books on gardening, foraging, cooking, and wine! There is also the main dining area where breakfasts are served. Breakfast was amazing. Literally my favourite meals out of the 4 days we vacationed in the area. Chef Tim cooks everything from scratch and all was so yummy! The pastries were such a delight everyday! Seasonal Fruit Smoothie: Fresh berries smoothie! So yummy that I helped to finish my husband's portion also! Classic Eggs Benedict with Lemon Hollandaise & Slow Braised Pulled Ham on House English Muffins: so savory and yummy!! Home made English muffins were the perfect texture in combination with the poached eggs. The sauce brought everything together. So so good. Breakfast Potatoes: oh man. It's these potatoes were perfectly seasoned and I could of eaten a whole plate of them! Scones: super fluffy!!! Chicken Sausage & Grits: I thought I wasn't a fan of grits until I had these creamy savoury grits! The chicken sausage was a perfect pairing. I could of eaten a couple bowls of it! Baked French Toast with Macerated Berries, Mint Syrup, Strawberry Melba, & Whipped Cream: custardy French toast with a slightly sweet berry topping. I loved that the flavors were well balanced and not too sweet! Fruit & Yogurt Parfait: we were spoiled by the fresh picked fruit all weekend. The house made granola gave it the perfect texture contrast. Yummy! Fluffy Quiche with foraged golden mushrooms & asparagus: I have never had such a fluffy quiche in my life. The veggies were perfect.

Great location, food was amazing, great hosts! If you are ever in the area, you'll want to stay…read morehere.

My friend and I stopped there on our leisure walk. There were 4 people inside, with 2 waitresses working. We were politely greeted by Kim, who explained the "run of the land." You get 5 tastings for $12. Like most wine tastings, there are options of whites, reds, semi-sweets, and sweets. There is a $4 uncharge to try the ice wine. Although I'm usually a "Red Girl," my favorite was the Beach White and the River Stone White. My least favorite was the River Stone Dry Rosè.Rose. My friend's last favorite was the PinoPinot Grigio. I must also admit that Pinot Noir is typically my wine of choice and this one was not very good to my palate. As a pleasant treat, this establishment also offers a variety of ice cream bars from another Michigan-owned business called Icebox Brand. We did not try them, but it is reportedly delicious with options for small and large bars. Another bonus is you get to keep your tasting glasses! Overall, it was a great experience with delicious options. As a seasoned wine taster, I give it 4 out of 5 stars.
