We had such an amazing time at Tanglewood! The establishment is family, friendly, and you can also bring your pet if you own one. The day that we went they had a food truck where you could order burgers! Such a great touch for those that are hungry. Melissa and Kennedy were so great! They both offered great suggestions and let us taste things before we purchased. We were able to also meet the owner who was just as great. He was very well informed about the wine and gave great suggestions also. We are from Indy, but I would love to come back if we come back to the area. This is a great spot to hangout outdoors if you're looking for a fun activity to do with friends and family. I will say, their wine is very sweet, so if you like your wine on the sweeter side and more like moscato then you'll like it. We had a flight and tried 2 whites, a blend and a rose. I do wish that they had the notes listed on their board somewhere or had a menu to look at to compare before you order. Tanglewood is simply the best! Perfect peaceful atmosphere not too far from downtown Holland. They have great indoor and outdoor spaces and perfect for people of all ages. The staff here is so friendly and you can tell they really enjoy their job and are passionate about their wines. I have came here twice now and can't help but show my friends this awesome place. Came here on a Saturday night while visiting. It was threatening rain but still had a good time. The slushy was very good and so was the cider. They had a food truck serving BBQ which was nice but the band had to be inside so we couldn't hear them since we sat outside. Worth a try if you're in the area. read more

The guys up at the bar were very friendly and educated on the wines. They even recommended a few which were spot on for what I enjoy. The atmosphere is great very calmed and open. A blueberry lovers dream! After a day focused mainly on breweries, we decided to switch it up and check out Tanglewood's offerings. This ended up being such a lovely little stop as the staff were all super helpful and I could get a flight to try everything my little blueberry heart desired. Favorites were definitely the blueberry slushie and the sparkling blueberry wine. I also think they had a blueberry seltzer (it might have been a cider, it was a REALLY long day) that was delicious. If you're a fan of the super concentrated traditional blueberry wine, they have that here too! This was a really beautiful space with lots of indoor and outdoor seating. If you are looking for a personalized experience, Tanglewood is your spot. I visited this winery with a group on a bachelorette celebration and we all left extremely happy with our experience. Trevor gave us our own tour of the facility and was very knowledgable and personable. I am not normally one to enjoy fruity or sweet wines, however I left with a bottle of wine and a 6pk of their sparkling canned wine! Their staff was so friendly, chatty and overall very pleasant. Tangle wood is a nice local spot that's located out by the Blueberry fields on Riley Street. When we first walked in it was small, but the patio furniture was gone for the season. I'm sure it's more spaced out with nicer weather. All of the staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the products they served. They do wine flights with their blueberry-based wines and they even have some ciders. Overall it's a great stop for a unique wine tasting. read more

This place is a hidden gem! While visiting from California, our Michigan friends contacted Trevor and he welcomed us for tour. His passion for what he does is obvious and his wines & port were shockingly great! We are from California and like our wines a bit on the dry side but his wines are complex and easy to drink. I believe even a non wine drinker would like these. There is one in particular, Blue Silk, that is made 100% from blueberries and it's amazing! Actually all of his wines are 100% fruit.
